Bintang Ternak Hessa Air Genting is one of the livestock companies engaged in the distribution and warehouse of chicken egg products, which is located in Hessa Air Genting Village, Asahan Regency. Based on the results of research and interviews conducted by researchers at CV. Bintang Ternak Hessa Air Genting, a problem that often occurs in the company is that there is often a shortage or accumulation of chicken egg products to be marketed, not in accordance with the number of requests from consumers. Abstract

An agency cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR) who work in it. The quality of human resources is one of the factors to increase the productivity of an agency's performance. Human resources are the most important contribution to the growth and development of the agency. Therefore, an agency needs to conduct an employee performance assessment to determine the success or failure of the employee in carrying out his duties. Soft skill competency assessment is a very important issue in managing employee performance. The system that runs at the Subur Village Hall Office in assessing employee soft skill competencies has weaknesses, namely the employee assessment process is still done manually and the data processing process has not used an application program. In addition, the assessment is still subjective and not relevant to the actual situation, so it cannot be used as a basis for objective decision making so that it is difficult to determine the soft skill competency assessment possessed by employees. The purpose of this study is to assist the agency in assessing employee performance quickly and accurately. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with program design using the multi-factor evaluation process (MFEP) method. The results of testing the MFEP method calculation system are close to the results of calculations carried out by the Subur Village Hall Office using the Microsoft Excel application according to the weights on each criterion that have been determined by the Subur Village Hall Office

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the largest agricultural products in Indonesia and has high economic value and can improve the welfare of oil palm farmers. The research was conducted at PT. Agro Putra Lestari regarding palm oil production, having its address at Jln.Imam Bonjol No.179 Kisaran with the name of the leader being Mr. Anda Puta Lubis, SE, M, Ma. PT. Agro Putra Lestari is a company that produces palm fruit products which is still running. PT. Agro Putra Lestari spread across the Asahan area, including Meranti, Simondol 1, Simondol 2, Simondol 3, Lahan Camat, Sitampu Saring, Marpaung, Miri-Miri, Solo Baru, and Lahan Kembar. The problem that often occurs is the amount of oil palm fruit production which is fluctuating so that the company does not know the estimated production of oil palm fruit in the following month. PT. Agro Putra Lestari has difficulty in knowing the results of oil palm fruit production in the following month because of improper planning to predict the production and have not applied the comparison of the weighted moving average and double exponential smoothing methods in predicting the amount of oil palm fruit production at PT. Agro Putra Lestari. The data used is from June 2021 to May 2022. The results of the forecasting of the two methods are compared to find out which forecasting results have the smallest error value, where the smallest error value can be used as a reference for future oil palm fruit production.

Abstract

MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat is a private school institution located in Asahan Regency which has 32 madrasa teachers. This madrasa has quite complete facilities and is supported by technology facilities and a fairly complete information system. MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat is also included in the pilot MTs for other schools, because MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat has many achievements in various fields. Every year, the Principal holds a Teacher Soft Skill Assessment to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs. This study aims to determine the soft skill system for teachers in the school so that the performance of each teacher is obtained. Obstacles from Teacher Performance Assessment at MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat are still subjective in assessment based on assessment because there is no system of assessment used in Teacher Soft Skill Assessment. In the decision support system there are several methods that can be used in solving a problem. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews and literature studies. Abstract

Warehouse staff is a job related to the storage of goods for production or production. Therefore, the person who occupies the position is required to have certain criteria. However, during this time, the warehouse head of PT. Royal Abadi Sejahtera has experienced difficulties in the process of accepting warehouse staff, because there are many applicants who come to apply and do not meet the expected criteria. The problem faced in this research is that the company is still doing the selection by looking at prospective staff willing to work, the work does not only require a level of willingness to work, but has skills, education, work experience, attitude in work and good communication. Decision Support System is a system that is used to assist in the decision-making process in an organization. In the process the Decision Support System uses several methods used in the decision-making process and one of them is the MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method and the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) method for the weighting process. The benefits that the author wants to achieve in this study are to assist the company in facilitating the process of accepting warehouse staff as input for companies in making decisions using a decision support system to provide a more objective assessment resulting from the Decision Support System.

Abstract

This study examines the selection of Generation Planning Ambassadors (GenRe) subjectively assessed so that there are several candidates who have the same weighting criteria values, making it difficult for the committee to determine which one is the best. Generation Planning (GenRe) in Pangakalan Koto Baru District by using a decision support system by applying the profile matching method. The final result of the research will be able to simplify the work of the selection process for the Generation Planned Ambassador (GenRe). This method compares the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that the difference in competence (GAP), the smaller (GAP) ) is generated, the greater the value weight, which means it has a greater chance of being recommended for selection. There are 5 (five) criteria used for this calculation, namely Public Speaking, English, Insight, Attitude, and Initiative. The results of this study were carried out by assessing based on ranking using the Profile Matching method, from the 9 (nine) prospective ambassadors there were 2 (two) male ambassador candidates and 7 (Seven) female ambassador candidates. Of the male ambassador candidates, the highest score was Fadlan Ikhsan with a score of 4.48 and the lowest was Rafli Jasna Aziz with a score of 3.48. And for female ambassador candidates with the highest score is Syakina Aulia with a score of 5 and the lowest score is Gisti Rahmatika with a score of 3.5. The results of the ranking of the planned generation of ambassadors are seen from the highest score

Abstract

PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is a distributor company engaged in the marketing of goods sales, the goods sold or marketed are heavy equipment types such as the Shark Komprssor machine. Maintenance on the compressor machine is usually carried out by a technician, in which case PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa selects the best technicians and also rewards technicians who will be the best alternative. The selection of the best compressor technician is done to help improve the technician's work power so that it becomes even better than the previous one. To assist the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best compressor engine technician, a decision support system is needed, and there are lots of criteria that every technician must have as a condition to become the best compressor engine technician. In this study, a case will be raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria by applying the Profile Matching method. This method compares the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that the difference in competence (GAP) can be seen. selected alternative, so that it can be used by each party in supporting the progress of the organization or company in achieving its goals through making the best decisions. The result of the Decision Support System for the Selection of the Best Mechanical Technician at PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is alternative A2 with a value of 4,755 in the name of "Satish Kumar".

Abstract

CV. Bima Agung Sejati, Air Batu District sells various types of fertilizers needed by farmers. From year to year fertilizer needs for farmers in CV. Bima Agung Sejati, Air Batu District, is experiencing a shortage and excess stock of goods. This is due to stock procurement without predicting needs in advance. The aims of study are to apply the Single Exponential Smoothing method to the forecasting system in determining fertilizer needs for farmers on CV. Bima Agung Sejati, Air Batu District, then designed the forecasting system using the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the database uses MySQL. the method used by researchers in conducting research and use in the process of analyzing data is the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method. The results of the implementation of this method show predictions in the next period counting Naga Mas as many as 709.59, Gaja Mas as many as 590.56, Rabbit Mas as many as 814.60. This forecasting yields with an average MAPE below 6%. Thus the use of forecasting results with the SES method is worthy of being used as a reference for good stock procurement in CV. Abstract

The Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office was established with the aim of being a mediator between companies or job seekers in terms of the fulfillment of manpower needs and job vacancies that enter every year. The problems faced in Tanjungbalai City certainly cannot be separated from job seekers who have not found jobs according to their talents, interests and experiences. This is partly due to the last education level which is still not evenly distributed and there are no companies that match the criteria for the latest education of these job seekers. The purpose of the study is to find out the general description of Job Opportunities for Registered Job Seekers at the Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office, to find out the Single Exponential Smoothing method model that is applied to the system can be used by the Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office in order to reduce the limitations of Job Opportunities for Registered Job Seekers with the Single method. Abstract

In order to carry out the functions and authorities of local governments in the form of implementing fiscal authority, regions must be able to recognize potential and identify the resources they have. Forecasting is an art and science in predicting future events. The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Asahan Regency does not yet know the Regional Revenue in the upcoming period & is not yet available a system that can calculate Regional Revenue for the upcoming period. The main purpose of this research is to know the prediction of Regional Income in the following year. The system created helps in determining Regional Revenue in 2022, with data used from 2011 – 2021. The Trend Moment method is a method that uses certain statistical and mathematical calculation methods to find out the function of a straight line instead of a broken line formed by the company's historical data. In choosing the forecast method, accuracy is needed to minimize errors in forecasting (forecast error), the goal is that the forecast can approach reality. Based on the results of system testing, this Regional Revenue Forecasting predicts regional revenue in 2022, which is IDR 136,847,395,228.82 and the result of the percentage of errors (MAPE) Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 0.12%.
