In modern communication and social networking the peoples of different ages are of different moods while chatting. This paper deals with detecting the modes and identifying human emotions through text mining. This paper explored to detect the mood variation of different age group that swings is maximum as compared to other age group. The moods can be classified in the basis of gender, age group and the emotion while texting. The random sample is taken from public chat in that the users are manually classified for strength of positive and negative emotions. By classifying emotions and using decision tree different variations are analyzed in this paper. Outlier study is used to recognize emotion distinction in child having any kind of disability. The pattern of the text is analysed and clustered and with the help of Besiyan classifier the text is classified in accordance with their emotions.

Technological development have altered the way we communicate, learn, think, share, and spread information. Mobile technologies are those that make use of wireless technologies to gain some sort of data. As mobile connectedness continues to spread across the world, the value of employing mobile technologies in the arena of learning and teaching seems to be both self-evident and unavoidable The fast deployment of mobile devices and wireless networks in university campuses makes higher education a good environment to integrate learners-centered m-learning . this paper discusses mobile learning technologies that are being used for educational purposes and the effect they have on teaching and learning methods.

Although often overlooked, infrastructure has a significant role in modern society. It is necessary means of transportation for goods and services needed to support commerce. It is this need and the need for continued economic development that causes the continuous infrastructure construction and its’ associated greenhouse gas emissions. Infrastructure construction requires energy to process raw materials, transport, mix and final construction. Greenhouse gas emissions from pavement sections have previously been identified for pavement preservation techniques. This research further evaluates greenhouse gas emissions for typical pavement sections from Indiana and Oklahoma to determine the carbon footprint based on linear foot of pavement. The comparison of CO2e of two typical roadway sections finds the difference in carbon footprint since variation in their minimum roadway. The carbon footprint of typical utility pipe with HDPE produces minimum CO2e and steel produces maximum CO2e. Soil base remediation options produce minimum CO2e and stabilized aggregate base produces maximum CO2e. Carbon offsets are determined by choosing vegetative options, soil remediation methods and appropriate pavement. This study is limited to a few pavement sections with a small variety of typical anticipated carbon offsets that would be seen in roadway construction. The index presented allows users to simply quantify benefits of the carbon offsets.

Cloud computing is making a big revolution in the field of information technology thereby reducing capital expenditures spent. Computing is delivered as a service enabling effective utilization of computational resources. Certain security issues exist which prevents individuals and industries from using clouds despite its advantages. Resolving such problems may increase the usage of cloud thereby reducing the amount spent for resources. The paper focuses on one of the three service delivery models, Platform-as-a-Service(PaaS). PaaS model, layers in PaaS and PaaS providers are described along with the security issues encountered in PaaS clouds. The issues along with solutions discussed provide an insight into PaaS security for both providers and users which may help in future PaaS design and implementation.

Paper deals with power control of a wind and solar hybrid generation system for connection operation with electric distribution system. Power control strategy is to extract the maximum energy available from varying condition of wind speed and solar irradiance while maintaining power quality at a safety level. In order to verify the maximum power variable speed control is come for wind turbine and maximum power is applied for PV system. Inverter transfers the energy from the wind turbine and PV array into the grid by keeping common dc voltage constant. To ensure safety these inverters automatically shut down in the event of: High/Low AC-voltage; High/Low frequency; IOT is a key feature in which safety measurement is current and voltage. The results show the control performance and behavior of the wind/PV system .solar and wind are major possible ways were energy level are stored in battery, we implement to ensure that power transmission ways in hybrid pv/wind power are stored properly in batteries. Our aim is to monitor the current and voltage by means of IOT. The wave distribution of voltage and current is checked rapidly by using IOT. Non regular checking of voltage and current leads to total damage. And so we ensure that damage are monitored over IOT, variable power raise and drop are checked over by IOT. PV and wind power.

Characterization of tea waste, cooked waste has been done by various authors but for the first time it has been done for understanding the necessity of thermophilic digestion. And for this kind of digestion takes place in thermophilic digester for efficient biogas production. Detailed morphological analysis of feedstock has been determined. In the present study, thermo gravimetric analysis carried out For easy and fast digestion of cooked waste, a novel design of thermophilic digester is proposed and tested.

The sand dune ecosystem phenomenon in the research area has unique and interesting characters. It is identified that there is an increase in the construction of the environment in the use of sand dune ecosystem which influence the groundwater quality. Such phenomenon is the manifestation of the existence of spatial dynamics influencing the groundwater degradation vulnerability. This research is aimed at 1) predicting the level of groundwater quality degradation vulnerability based on the sand dune ecosystem spatial dynamics; 2) developing an environmental management model to continuously maintain the availability of groundwater. The research employed survey research and inductive mapping. The aspect of the study included an environmental study with hydromorphological and hydrogeological approach. Analysis and evaluation were based on the multiplication of weight and rate, and were done on landscape units resulting from the map overlay. The research result indicates that there are 4 (four) classes of groundwater degradation vulnerability out of the 5 (five) classes of vulnerability determined beforehand. Groundwater degradation vulnerability classes III and IV indicate problems of disturbances in the groundwater supply system and domestic and agricultural waste pollution. In order to overcome the disturbances in the groundwater supply system, water infiltration well should be constructed, communal domestic water processing should be encouraged, and in order to reduce pollution from the use of agricultural fertilizers, the fertilizers should be blended with clay.

In Photovoltaic (PV) systems, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is an important challenge which faces this system. In this paper, a comparative study between two high efficient MPPT control techniques is presented. These techniques are based on the incremental conductance (IC) method. The first technique is based on optimized PI-controller gains and the other is based on Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC). The comparison between the algorithms is investigated under different environmental conditions. The comparison criteria which are taken into consideration are: the percentage tracking factor (%TF), the tracking time, the ripple voltage in the steady-state, the dynamic response, and the complexity of implementation.

Plants are one of the most important sources of medicines. Among the plants known for medicinal value, the plants of genus Ocimum belonging to family Labiatae are very important for their therapeutic potentials. Ocimum sanctum L., known as ‘Tulsi’ in Hindi and ‘Holy Basil’ in English is an erect softy hairy aromatic herb or under shrub found throughout India. The antimicrobial activity is done by using Soxhlet apparatus method. For antimicrobial activity, Nutrient broth was used for inoculating the culture. Then wells were cut on the solidified agar medium which were swabbed with microorganism. Thus agar well diffusion method is carried out. The extracts were poured into the wells at different concentrations like 25%, 50% and 100%. After incubation, zone of inhibition was observed. So Ocimum sanctum can be used in developing drugs and medicines against various activities of Bacteria

Voltage control is considered one of the basic operational requirements of electrical power systems. The most popular voltage control equipment includes On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) transformer controlled by Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) relay. Recent studies have shown that fuzzy inference systems (FIS) are applicable for transformer tap changing system. In this paper, FIS are developed for transformer tap changing system using Mamdani-type and Sugeno-type fuzzy models. The results of the two fuzzy inference systems (FIS) are compared. The basic difference between the Mamdani-type FIS and Sugeno-type FIS is included in this paper. It also shows which one is a more suitable choice of the two FIS for transformer tap changing system.
