Abstract

This study aims to determine the influenceof leadership, organizational commitment, working environment towardemployeeperformance through working satisfaction as intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT KSK Insurance Indonesia by using total sample of 180 employees. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by AMOS program version 22 used to test the hypothesis. The study concludes : (1)leadership has positive effect but not significant on working satisfaction, (2)commitment has positive and significant effect on working satisfaction, (3)working environment has positive and significant effect on working satisfaction, (4)leadership has positive effect but not significant on employee performance, (5)commitment has positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, (6)working environment has positive and significant effect on workingperformance, (7)working satisfaction has positive and significant effecton employeeperformance;Key Words: Leadership, organizational commitment, working environment, working satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

The influence between the GDP growth number and stock price moves is tenuous. But drilling down to the growth rate in various sectors of GDP can provide some useful insights to investors. This study analyzes the relationship between Gross Domestic Product (GDP), domestic and foreign interest rate and stock prices in Indonesia in the context of Pooled Least Square model. Data were collected quarterly from I/2013 to II/2015 from agricultural, mining, manufacturing, financial-insurance and property-construction sector. The study finds that all variables have negative impact on stock price index. The limitation of this study are lack of other variables such as macro economic indicators which influence the fluctuation of stock price index due to the period of observation was too short.Keywords: GDP, stock price index, interest rate, pooled least square

Abstract

This study aims to extend a model research empiric the influence of process selection of employee to employee performance mediated by Competency of employee. Population ini this study are employees at Inspectorate General of Ministry of Religion Affair. The sampel was used in this study are 112 respondents by sensus method. Data analysis was conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21.0 (Analysis of Moment Structures). The SEM analysis result has fulfilled Goodness of Fit Index Criteria, and has a high loading factor. The result shows that; (1) Process selection of employee has positive and significantly influence on the Competency of employee, (2) Process selection of employee has negative and significantly influence on the employee performance, (3) Competency of employee has positive and significantly influence on the employee performance. Therefore mediated effect of Competency of employee greater than direct effect process selection of employee to employee performance.Keywords: Selection, Competency, Performance, Employee

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya permintaan dunia akan produk-produk organik, minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap produk organik juga semakin meningkat. Namun sayangnya masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang belum menyadari bahwa petani dan pengrajin organik lokal juga memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan produk organik berkualitas, baik produk segar maupun produk olahan. Masyarakat Indonesia cenderung memandang sebelah mata terhadap produk organik lokal, padahal produk organik lokal juga tidak kalah kualitasnya dan dapat bersaing di dunia internasional. Dengan mengetahui seberapa besar etnosentrisme-konsumen dari masyarakat Indonesia, dapat dijadikan masukan bagi Pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait untuk dapat mengetahui sikap konsumen Indonesia terhadap produk organik lokal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen organik yang merupakan warga negara Indonesia dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 59 responden, etnosentrisme-konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen terhadap produk organik lokal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program-program penguatan rasa nasionalisme perlu dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan etnosentrisme-konsumen di era perdagangan bebas.Kata kunci : produk organik, etnosentrisme-konsumen, sikap konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi-dimensi pembentuk merek perusahaan pemberi-kerja (employer brand)terhadap niat melamar pekerjaan, dengan reputasi perusahaan sebagai peubahpemediasi. Untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel probabilitas dengan metode acak sederhana dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi nilai ekonomi dan nilai aplikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan, sedangkan nilai inovasi, nilai pengembangan dan nilai sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan reputasi perusahaan memengaruhi niat melamar pekerjaan secara signifikan.Kata kunci: employer branding, reputasi perusahaan, niat melamar pekerjaan.

Abstract

Dalam memenangkan persaingan saat ini setiap perusahaan harus menciptakan dan mempertahankan kesetiaan pelanggan mereka sehingga perusahaan bisa terus berkembang. Terwujudnya kesetiaan pelanggan akan berdampak positif terhadap perusahaan karena pelanggan akan terus menggunakan produk dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Kesetiaan pelanggan dapat tumbuh disebabkan oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan dapat tercipta oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain adalah kualitas layanan, promosi, dan citra merek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden di 5 Dealer Setia Kawan Motor Group. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengolahan data menggunakan AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, promosi, dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan.Kata kunci: Kesetiaan Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Layanan, Promosi, Citra Merek.
