Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mendalami tranformasi perkembangan emosi dari para lansia khususnya lansia yang berjenis kelamin wanita. Indonesia memiliki struktur masyarakat tua dimana jumlah lansia semakin bertambah pada tiap tahunnya. Penelitian terus dilakukan untuk upaya menanggulangi persoalan kemiskinan lansia di Indonesia. Desa Wirokerten, lokasi salah satu kelompok wirausaha lansia kreatif mulai mendobrak wacana negatif terhadap ketidakberdayaan lansia melalui bekerja. Kelompok lansia ini menarik untuk dilihat dalam kaitannya dengan aspek-aspek penting yang perlu dilihat dalam memahami persoalan lansia. Pendekatan psikologi perkembangan milik Erricson menjadi acuan berfikir dari tulisan ini, dimana pada usia lansia ini ada banyak aspek dan gejala sosial maupun emosi diri, bagaimana para lansia menyesuaikan diri mereka terhadap lingkungan dan perubahan tubuh  mereka. Riset ini dilakukan pada bulan April- September 2014. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan satu gagasan penting bahwa bekerja bagi sebagian lansia dimaknai sebagai bentuk perlawanan emosi yang ditunjukkan atas berkurangnya kemampuan fisik oleh sebab penuaan.Kata kunci : Lansia, Perkembangan, Lingkungan, Perlawanan Siklus

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is one of the most disaster-prone countries where 1,782 disasters occurred between 2002 and 2007. The devastating impacts of the disasters, particularly the earthquake in Aceh and Yogyakarta, attracted public participation from various institutions.  The high participation of the institutions to some extent caused program ineffectiveness as many of those institutions have overlapping roles and fight over funding and beneficiaries. This paper will critically examine why networking is important in climate change adaptation based on the lessons learnt of disaster response in Aceh and Yogyakarta earthquake. This paper argues that the participation of stakeholders needs an effective networking. Networks are certainly becoming necessary in disaster intervention to avoid overlapping roles and conflict of interest between institutions involved in disaster response. Networks in community levels also become social capital that increases community’s resilience upon disaster. Keywords: disaster, intervention, social capital

Abstract

AbstractIn the decentralization era, local governments are given more space to create a policy based on their people aspirations. Among others is the policy on poverty alleviation. Poverty which happens is not only absolute poverty but also cultural poverty and it is occurs in various regions in Indonesia. To fight the culture of poverty, the Government of Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) published a Local Regulation No. 1 of 2014 about the Homeless and Beggars Handling. Overall this regulation contains about the homeless and beggars handling approach such as preventive, coercive, rehabilitative, repressive, and social re-integration. To examine this issue, the authors use SWOT analysis. The study results showed that the implementation strategy that can be done by the local government of DIY are conduct direct raids and coaching, optimizing ‘Desaku Menanti’ Program, reduce overlapping authority, providing labor-intensive jobs, synergy with the community and private sector in empowering sprawl in the activities of small and medium enterprises, enforcement of the rules in a way that is persuasive and humane, and provide an official aid channel for the donors. Although there are pros and cons in the implementation, this regulation basically has a noble purpose to make DIY free from homeless and beggars. Keywords: poverty culture, implementation strategy, local regulation of DIY, homeless and beggars

Abstract

AbstractProstitution is a negative thing. For those who undergo these activities are considered scum of society. But in a certain sense, the existence of prostitution is considered a positive thing. Because the presence of prostitution is able to impact on the prevention of rape. In addition, prostitution activities are also tolerated for reasons of economic factors, whether it is the fulfillment of the economic needs of the family, or other people whose work by utilizing the existence of the prostitution practice. In Banyuwangi Regency, there are 14 locations of prostitution localization. Yet, undetected places as the impact of pathological behavior. By the proliferation of activities just precisely open the door of the most vital and deadly diseases, namely HIV / AIDS. Therefore, in order to handle the HAV / AIDS, the Government of Banyuwangi Regency makes a policy in the form of Regent Regulation of Banyuwangi Number: 45 / 2015, About: The Prevention and Control procedure of HIV / AIDS. Abstract

Abstract            Factors of poverty, low education, divorce cause is often referenced as the brain's disease. There is a significant relationship between problems experienced by a person with his behavior. Because, often people who are experiencing problems are always included with changes in behavior that is not unusual. This behavioral change is then done through a behavioral approach to restore the behavior as it once was.       In this case as conducted by the Social Rehabilitation Bina Karya and Laras (BRSBKL) to ex mental disorders. Clients who initially are someone who lives in a normal society, then when experiencing problems change drastically all his behavior becomes angry, quiet, aloof, not confident or afraid. But after receiving behavioral assistance then the clients are slowly experiencing a significant development into a person who would open, independent living, courage, mutual cooperation or already able to activity daily living.But in the process, not all clients who experience exs psychiatric disorders can be predicted when they will be healthy again. This can be seen from the level of problems and the desire of the client to return to health. Therefore, the handling of psychological exs through a behavioral approach can not be ascertained when it will end.Keywords: Behavioral theory, Mental Disorders, Rehabilitation.
