Abstract

PT X is engaged in the sale of electronic equipment to increase human productivity, such as laptop computers and others, located in Palembang City. The research objective is to analyze and find out how the company is performing using a balanced scorecard. The data source used is in the form of interview data of company leaders, namely the calculation documents of the company leaders that are relevant to the existing research objectives, in the form of company organizational structure, financial reports, notes and questionnaires which are used as the basis for calculating the balanced scorecard. The indicators used in the balance score card include financial, customer, internal business and growth and learning perspectives. The results of the calculation of the balanced scorecard (BSC) show that the performance of Perusahaan X is still said to be not good. Performance still needs to be improved so that the company can achieve excellent performance. We recommend that companies apply a balanced scorecard (BSC) to be able to assist companies in measuring their performance not only from the financial aspect but also considering the performance from non-financial aspects. So that the company can formulate the right strategy before taking long-term action. Keywords: financial perspective, customer, internal business, growth and learning.

Abstract

PT. Cresco Indonesia is one of the companies that concerned in the Japanese slipper sandals industry in West Java, which was established in 1989. In order to responses to demanding costumer, PT. Cresco Indonesia applies ‘make to order’ strategy, so the production process will be carried out if there are any orders from consumers. The company has 13 departments. Based on observations has known that there are 4 departments that have a potential to cause an accidents work, they are the happo department, the shiage department, the quality control department and the packing department. The beginning measurements of RULA and REBA out of four departments show the results of high risk action levels. To improve the situation, work system improvements must be made. This study intends to improve the body's posture and work system currently, so that the design of tools for the movement of baskets in the shiage and quality control departments, grouping and labeling in baskets in the happo department as well as improve the order of the process of lifting goods in the packing department. Work system improvement is carried out using biomechanics theory. The final result of the design shows the value of RULA and REBA of operators is low risk, minimizes the value of defects in the happo department, reduces the activities of finding baskets in the happo department, minimizes the time of movement from the shiage department to the quality control department, improves the way of lifting goods in the packing department and fix up the posture of the operators

Abstract

Perumahan ideal tergantung dari persepsi konsumen. Masalah pemilihan tipe rumah merupakan kajian yang menarik bagi pihak developer. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan skala prioritas pemilihan rumah berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya dan mengurutkan faktor dari bobot tertinggi sampai terendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada enam variabel yang diteliti yaitu faktor keamanan, lingkungan hijau, kemudahan akses transportasi, desain rumah, sarana olah raga dan dekat tempat layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan uji konsistensi, tingkat prioritas tertinggi adalah rumah yang dekat dengan tempat layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

In companies engaged in the service sector, of course it cannot be separated from consumers, the need for food and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at PT. PT. XYZis also the orientation of the company. However, in this newly established company, there are no orders that satisfy customers, so they can assess what factors cause customer satisfaction and what factors or things can be related to Customer Satisfaction. The things that have an influence on service quality are customer trust and reliability of service quality. Using structural equation modeling methods can make it easier to see the value or influence between variables. From this result, it can help evaluation if the three variables have a positive or good effect. Then the company needs to make a strategy to increase customer satisfaction. The results of this study found that the involvement of service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction because the higher the involvement of service quality obtained, the higher the level of customer satisfaction in the company. In addition, it is also concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are correlated so that it has a positive influence on customer trust.

Abstract

The increasing demand for coconut productin in Sungai Kupah Village, Kuburaya Regency has resulted in workers needing a tool that can complete work more quickly and effiently. The tools used today stil use wedges where their use takes a long tie because the process in the process relies on human power. In additin, with non-ergonomic work positins, workers can also experience several work-related diseases such as back pain and back pain. The objecties of this research are (1) Designing an ergonomic coconut peeler according to consumer needs (2) Testig the performance of the tool (3) Testig worker fatiue before and aftr using the tool (4) Testig the level of consumer satifactin. The solutin used in this study is the VDI 2221, CVL method approach, measuring tool performance and analyzing the level of satifactin. The results obtained in this study are (1) produce a tool design according to consumer needs and have paid attntin to ergonomic aspects (2) The design of this tool produces a fairly fast stripping tie of 143 peeling fruit/hour when compared to tools using a wedge, namely 92 peeling fruit/hour (3) Worker fatiue test aftr using this tool showed 14.42 % of coconut owners, 11.20 % of worker 1 and 10.48 % of worker 2. This test resulted in CVL below 30% where workers did not experience fatiue. (4) Respondents feel comfortable with the designed tool as evidenced by the results of the 4.8 Linkert scale. Meanwhile, for ease of operatin, the result is 4.3, which means that respondents fid it easy to operate the designed tool. The conclusion in this study is that the currently designed tools are quite effctie, ergonomic and able to reduce the level of worker fatiue.

Abstract

Masalah yang terdapat pada CV. Berkah Kreatif Mandiri adalah kurangnya profesionalitas karyawan terhadap tugasnya. Berupa: tidak mematuhi prosedur atau aturan yang ditetapkan, datang terlambat, kurangnya komunikasi antar karyawan dan minimnya empati karyawan terhadap tugas yang dikerjakan. Dilihat dari beberapa masalah tersebut, hal ini sangat memengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Berkah Kreatif Mandiri di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini di dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Maka teknik pengambilan sampling, termasuk non-probability sampling dengan kategori sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan data hasil uji t variabel disiplin kerja (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dengan tingkat signifikan (α) = 5%, (df) = (n – 2) = 30 – 2 = 28. Maka diperoleh ttabel = 0,747, thitung = 1,701, nilai sig. (0,461) > α (0,05) dan thitung = (0,747) < ttabel = (1,701), dapat dinyatakan H0 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja (X) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil pengolahan data dibantu dengan SPSS, hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat.

Abstract

UKM Batik Jumputan Ishak Palembang is one of the UKM that produces batik jumputan. Where all activities in the process of making batik jumputan are done manually by sitting and standing for a long time. These activities can pose a risk of injury to workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of ergonomic risk in jumputan batik workers and provide recommendations for improvement from the results of measuring the level of ergonomic risk in jumputan batik craftsmen. Ergonomics risk level assessment uses the Job Strain Index (JSI) method, where the JSI method uses six parameters, namely the intensity of effort use, duration of energy use, number of efforts per minute, hand position, work speed, and duration of activity per day. The results of the assessment show that the level of ergonomics risk based on the JSI method is that there are 7 work activities at a low risk level or the worker is safe with a JSI score 3, and there are 2 work activities at a moderate risk level with a JSI score 7, namely these activities have the potential to pose a work risk where activities that fall into the moderate risk category are the process of tasting cloth and picking cloth. For the improvement of work in the jumputan batik production process, additional work facilities such as tables and chairs can be provided which in the design consider anthropometric factors, so that the energy used at work can be reduced and can avoid the risk of work accidents. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan pesatnya kondisi pasar industri menutut perusahaan untuk mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen, dengan cara memberikan produk yang sesuai dengan standar kualitas. Salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk mengurangi cacat pada produk adalah melakukan pengendalian kualitas. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan pengendalian diharapkan menjamin tercapainya sasaran jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Perusahaan dituntut untuk memperhatikan produk yang dihasilkan, di antaranya dengan memberikan perhatian pada kualitas produk. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya produk dengan kualitas yang kurang baik. Maka dilakukan kegiatan dengan menggunakan metode Quality Control Circle (QCC). Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone. Dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan diharapkan perbaikan kualitas akan terus berlangsung, dan kualitas semakin membaik. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya pembuatan barang yang kurang berkualitas pihak perusahaan mewajibkan setiap operator untuk menjaga 3M (Tidak menerima, Tidak membuat, Tidak meneruskan). Selain itu jika terjadi upnormal pada saat proses berlansung, maka operator diharuskan untuk melakukan tindakan Stop, Call, Wait (SCW).
