Abstract

Abstrak, tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 54 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan regional sumatera pada tahun 2020, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dalam hal ini kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) Medan dapat ditingkatkan melalui motivasi dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze the calculation of the cost of production of Cone Ice Cream carried out at Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream UMKM, to analyze the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method on Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream, and to analyze the difference between the full costing method and the the method used by Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream and its effect on the selling price. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken by conducting direct interviews with UMKM owners and production employees who worked at Mrs. Narti's UMKM Cone Ice Cream, while secondary data was obtained through related books, other references in accordance with the research title and research results. Then the type of data used is descriptive qualitative data with data analysis carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis show that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream is Rp. 2,435, - while the result of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method is Rp. 2,580, - so the difference between the full costing method and the one done the company is Rp. 145, -, and the selling price based on the calculation of the full costing method is Rp. 3,417. So the most appropriate method is the full costing method because this method will take into account all costs incurred during the production process.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out if there was any influence on admission prices and publicity on the interest of tourist visits at Tjong A Fie Mansion.The population of this study is tourists who visit in January 2021.This study sample amounted to 124 visitors by sampling using the technique of Non Prabability Sampling with Accidental Sampling. The results showed that the price of admission and publicity was able to explain its existence to the interests of tourists, in addition partially the price of admission had no effect and was not significant to the interest of tourist visits, while publicity was influential and significant to the interest of tourist visits. While simultaneously the price of admission and publicity is influential and significant to the interest of tourist visits at Tjong A Fie Mansion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. Which share price data was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this study were inflation and interest rates, while the dependent variable was stock prices. This study used monthly data from 2017 to 2019 with the data analysis method used in this research was descriptive quantitative, while the analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing this hypothesis used the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicated that simultaneously inflation and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, apart from that partially, inflation has no negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have no and insignificant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of supervision and training on the performance of employees at Garuda Plaza Hotel either partially or simultaneously. The study population was 220 permanent employees of Garuda Plaza Hotel. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing online questionnaires to 33 hotel employees to test the validity and reliability of the 68 main respondents who come from Garuda Plaza Hotel employees. The results of the study rejected the three proposed hypotheses, so that it was concluded that supervision and training, either partially or simultaneously, had no effect on performance. Therefore, the authors suggest that a reward and punishment system is programmed as a form of supervision, in addition to making careful planning for a sustainable training program at the Garuda Plaza Hotel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of facilities and tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction on visitor satisfaction at the Karomah Natural Baths. The sample of this study was 86 people, sampling using incidental sampling, namely determining the sample who happened to meet. Data analysis used Multiple Regression test, while data processing used SPSS. The results showed that partially the facility variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and partially the attractiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while simultaneously facilities and attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know how much influence of motivation and work discipline to employee performance at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan. The sample of this research were 54 people consisting from regional employees of Sumatera in 2020, using saturated sampling (census) was a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples. Data analysis using multiple regression test, data processing using SPSS. The results showed that partial motivation and work discipline have positive and significant, simultaneous motivation and work discipline have positive and significant effect to employee performance. So in this case the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan can be improved through motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share on the company's stock price simultaneously and partially at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2010-2019. Types and sources of data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2010-2019. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis model, classic assumption test using normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2) test. simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test) with data processing using the SPSS Statistic 22 program. The results showed that the regression model is normal, multicolonearity does not occur, and autocorrelation does not occur, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test results 0.681 or 68.1% indicates that the variables return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share are able to explain the variations that occur in the stock price of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, while the remaining 31.9% is explained by other variables which are not researched. The results of the study partially show that return on assets has no and significant effect on stock prices and return on equity has no and insignificant effect on stock prices, while earnings per share has a significant and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover to profitability on PT Mayora Indah Tbk simultaneously and partially. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, data processing using SPSS Statistics. The result showed that partial cash turnover and receivable turnover have no effect and were not significant to profitability, while inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect to profitability. Meanwhile, simultaneously cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect to profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on guest satisfaction at Hotel Prime Plaza Kualanamu. This research is a type of associative research that aims to analyze the influence between one variable and another. The population in this study were guests who stayed at the Prime Plaza Kualanamu Hotel in June-August 2020, as many as 4,368 guests. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample size of 175 respondents. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires and interviews, secondary data were collected through literature study. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques and linear regression analysis The results showed that simultaneously service quality and price had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. With the value of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Squarese of 0.951 which means that 95.1% of guest satisfaction variables can be explained by service quality and price. Meanwhile, the other 4.9% difference is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study.
