Abstract

Abstrak, tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 54 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan regional sumatera pada tahun 2020, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dalam hal ini kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) Medan dapat ditingkatkan melalui motivasi dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know how much influence of motivation and work discipline to employee performance at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan. The sample of this research were 54 people consisting from regional employees of Sumatera in 2020, using saturated sampling (census) was a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples. Data analysis using multiple regression test, data processing using SPSS. The results showed that partial motivation and work discipline have positive and significant, simultaneous motivation and work discipline have positive and significant effect to employee performance. So in this case the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan can be improved through motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Blockchain Technology on consumer experience in modern coffee shops in Medan. The research combines quantitative and qualitative approaches, using surveys, interviews, and regression analysis to identify key relationships. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between CAC, LTV, and consumer satisfaction, showing that optimized acquisition costs and higher customer lifetime value enhance consumer experience. Furthermore, the implementation of Blockchain Technology in these coffee shops has led to increased transparency and trust, further elevating the consumer experience. Coffee shops that adopted blockchain technology showed higher customer loyalty and operational efficiency. These results provide actionable insights for coffee shop owners and stakeholders to improve their marketing strategies and remain competitive in a dynamic market

Abstract

In this era of rapid technological development and the rapid dissemination of information. This greatly influences the patterns and lifestyles of almost all people, especially generations millennial. The development of the cafe business as a form of micro and small and medium enterprises (MSME’s) in the city of Medan is dominated by young people millennial generation. The facilities provided by the cafe include free wifi and a unique interior favored by visitors among millennials. Consumer style behavior of today's generation of children (millennials and z) in this digital era has both positive and negative impacts. From the proliferation of cafe businesses can increase employment opportunities in the city of Medan. With the consumer style behavior of the millennial and z generations can increase independent entrepreneurial innovation young people in Indonesia, especially in the city of Medan. Based on research results, Lifestyle The millennial and z generations are a very influential factor in the development of the cafe business in the city of Medan. The millennial and z generations also prefer cafes that have interior design which is instagrammable. Through several processes that are not easy, cafe owners can develop its business in a competitive market in the city of Medan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank KB Bukopin Syari’ah Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang variabel bebasnya adalah kedisiplinan dan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT KB Bukopin Syari’ah Cabang Medan. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi yaitu sebanyak 31 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t atau uji parsial. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pengaruh variabel kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan nilai Thitung = 6,469 > Ttabel = 2,039 dan angka signifikasi sebesesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dikatakan signifikan. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kedisiplinan karyawan, maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan khususnya pada PT Bank KB Bukopin Syari’ah Cabang Medan. Maka dari itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan dibuktikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 59,1%. This study aimed to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syari'ah Medan Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach; the independent variable is discipline, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT KB Bukopin Syari'ah Medan Branch. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population, namely as many as 31 employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, and t-test or partial test. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of the discipline variable on employee performance are shown by the value of Tcount = 6.469 > Ttable = 2.039, and the significance number is 0.000 < 0.05, so it is said to be significant. This can be interpreted that the higher the employee discipline, the higher the performance of employees, especially at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syari'ah Medan Branch. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with evidence of a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance of 59.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how hotel employees in Yogyakarta interpret human resource management (HRM) practices and how these perceptions influence their creativity at work. Using the concept of HR attributions, it examines the personal and organizational meanings employees assign to HR efforts and their impact on creative behavior. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 hotel employees. Thematic analysis revealed that both individual factors, such as motivation and personal values, and organizational factors, including leadership support and team culture, shape employees’ creativity. Findings indicate that employees’ perceptions of the sincerity and relevance of HR practices significantly affect their willingness to innovate beyond formal roles. This research offers valuable insights for future studies on the emotional and contextual aspects of HRM and creativity, particularly in service industries like hospitality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of MSME;s seen from the aspect of capital, length of business, business location and working hours at the Dolok Sipiak Art House Tourism Object, Simalungun Regency and the constraints of MSME’s in increasing income. This research approach is a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Respondents to the research were 4 (four) in the Dolok Sipiak Art House Tourism Object area, Simalungun Regency. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and literature studies. The results showed that the income of MSME’s in the Dolok Sipiak Art House Tourism Object area, Simalungun Regency, it was found that the income of MSMEs Souvenirs was Rp.400,000/day with the lowest income Rp.300,000/day, UMKM Coffee Shops had the highest income Rp. 300,000/day and the lowest is Rp. 250,000/day. For other Coffee Shop SME’s with a smaller business scale compared to the existing Coffee Shop, the highest income is Rp. 200,000/day and the lowest is Rp. 150,000/day. The obstacles faced by MSME’s in the Dolok Sipiak Art House Tourism Object area, Simalungun Regency in increasing their income are the reduced number of visitors, decreased consumer purchasing power, limited business capital and locations/buildings where the business is not permanent.
