Abstract

In its implementation, starting from planning, scheduling implementation, to supervision and implementation of controls properly, construction projects have a complicated and dependent series at each stage. In the process of Construction of Phase IV Multipurpose Sports Building located in Katingan Regency, there were delays due to several obstacles. This is related to time management, thus affecting the delay in project completion. This study aims to analyse the difference in the period of delay that occurs based on the scheduling plan, realisation, and estimation with the help of Microsoft Project 2021, as well as identifying the critical and non-critical path of work on the three schedules. In this study, the quantitative analysis method, where data collection was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to several respondents from Supervisory Consultants and distribution of questionnaires to several respondents from the Supervisory Consultant and Implementing Contractor with a total of 6 respondents.Based on the results of PDM analysis with the help of Microsoft Project 2021, a comparison of the total duration of work based on plan, realisation and estimation scheduling was obtained, namely in the plan scheduling for 272 days, realisation scheduling for 249 days, and estimation scheduling for 267 days.Based on the three schedules, the work with the most critical status is obtained in Preparatory Work, Concrete Structures, Doors and Windows, Electrical and Electrical, and Procurement of Equipment Etc. And from the results of the questionnaire recapitulation, it is concluded that the influencing factors in the construction process of this project are unstable weather, material supply mobilisation process, and lack of manpower. Keywords : Critical and Non-Critical Path, Microsoft Project 2021, Rescheduling, Precedence Diagram Method (PDM)

Abstract

The reconstruction of the Banjarmasin-Martapura Road Section II is carried out to meet the community's needs for better transportation access. In this project, the role of heavy equipment is very important to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the project. This study aims to analyze  the output level of  heavy equipment based on theory and field conditions and identify factors that affect productivity in Laston Lapis Wear (AC-WC) road paving work. The method applied in the analysis of heavy equipment production capacity is  the Time Study Method. This method is used to calculate the standard time of work by collecting data on the amount of time it takes to complete a task. The results of the study show that the production capacity of heavy equipment based on theory reaches 301.06 tons/day and the duration of work is 5 (five) days with the number of heavy equipment Asphalt Sprayer as many as 1 tool, Dump Truck as many as 20 tools, Asphalt Finisher as many as 1 tool, Tandem Roller as many as 1 tool, and Pneumatic Tire Roller a total of 1 tool. Meanwhile, based on the analysis carried out in the field, it was found that the productivity of all heavy equipment was 143 tons/day and the duration of work was 11 (eleven) working days with the number of heavy equipment Asphalt Sprayer as many as 1 tool, Dump Truck as many as 26 tools, Asphalt Finisher as many as 1 tool, Tandem Roller as many as 1 tool, and Pneumatic Tire Roller a total of 1 tool.  The aspects that affect the performance of heavy equipment in this study are material factors, field, heavy equipment conditions, weather and time management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity and costs of heavy equipment used in granular pavement work on the Syamsudin Noor International Airport access road construction project. The analysis focuses on evaluating the performance and cost-effectiveness of various types of equipment, including wheel loader, dump trucks, motor grade, water tanker truck and vibratory roller. Data were collected through field observations and contractor reports, which were then analyzed using productivity calculation methods and cost analysis techniques. The results show that proper equipment management and optimization significantly impact project efficiency and budget control. This research provides valuable insights for improving the planning and execution of similar infrastructure projects. Keywords: productivity, heavy equipment, cost analysis, granular pavement, airport access road
