Abstract

During the dry season, Bluru Village in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province, has experienced water shortage frequently. Therefore, the construction of a retention basin is planned to overcome the problem. The retention basin serves to store water during the rainy season that can be used during both the wet and dry seasons. Several analyses were conducted to build a small dam. The analysis included design rainfall analysis using the Log Pearson Type III distribution, as well as design flood analysis using the Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph method. The flood discharge was estimated at 76.75 m3/s based on the analysis of the 100-year return period. The water demand in Bluru Village is 45.25 l/day for domestic water and 2.26 l/day for non-domestic water. The height of the Bluru Dam has a dead storage value of 231,500.00 m3 and an effective storage value of 130,000.00 m3. The dam structure was evaluated based on software simulation by Hec RAS. The dam is estimated to have a base elevation of +55.82 m and a crest elevation of +62.82 m.

Abstract

In its implementation, starting from planning, scheduling implementation, to supervision and implementation of controls properly, construction projects have a complicated and dependent series at each stage. In the process of Construction of Phase IV Multipurpose Sports Building located in Katingan Regency, there were delays due to several obstacles. This is related to time management, thus affecting the delay in project completion. This study aims to analyse the difference in the period of delay that occurs based on the scheduling plan, realisation, and estimation with the help of Microsoft Project 2021, as well as identifying the critical and non-critical path of work on the three schedules. In this study, the quantitative analysis method, where data collection was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to several respondents from Supervisory Consultants and distribution of questionnaires to several respondents from the Supervisory Consultant and Implementing Contractor with a total of 6 respondents.Based on the results of PDM analysis with the help of Microsoft Project 2021, a comparison of the total duration of work based on plan, realisation and estimation scheduling was obtained, namely in the plan scheduling for 272 days, realisation scheduling for 249 days, and estimation scheduling for 267 days.Based on the three schedules, the work with the most critical status is obtained in Preparatory Work, Concrete Structures, Doors and Windows, Electrical and Electrical, and Procurement of Equipment Etc. And from the results of the questionnaire recapitulation, it is concluded that the influencing factors in the construction process of this project are unstable weather, material supply mobilisation process, and lack of manpower. Keywords : Critical and Non-Critical Path, Microsoft Project 2021, Rescheduling, Precedence Diagram Method (PDM)

Abstract

Abstract

In Tanah Bumbu Regency, specifically the Binawara Village road plays a crucial role as the sole access road for road users. This landslide is thought to have been caused by high tides in the river alongside the road. The construction of a retaining wall in the form of a sheet pile was part of the Kusan River Bank Reinforcement Project in Binawara Village, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The landslide is 119 meters long, 6 meters wide, and 8 meters high. The erosion of the river water, which is increasingly wearing away at the cliff, will cause a landslide on the road. The design of this retaining wall began with a literature study, collecting and studying previous literature related to the design. This was followed by data collection and soil investigation. This was followed by a stability analysis of the existing retaining wall. This was then modeled and analyzed using Geostudio 2024 software to obtain a safety factor. Finally, the retaining wall and overall stability were calculated. From the results of the stability analysis of the existing retaining wall, a safety factor of 0.995 <1.5 was obtained, which means the slope is not safe. In the calculation of the depth D_design, it was obtained in the sheet pile of D = 9 m. So the total sheet pile length is 17 m. The maximum moment obtained from the calculation was 22.58 t.m, while the cracking moment of the concrete sheet pile type was 23.40 t.m. The maximum moment <cracking moment was obtained, so the sheet pile construction was declared safe. The anchor force obtained was 56.51 tons/m. If a tie rod with s = 1 m was installed, the anchor force that occurred was 7.06 tons/m. With the ST-44 steel quality design, the tie rod diameter was 350.14 cm^3. Based on the results of the overall stability, it can be concluded that it has met the requirements and can be declared safe (SF 2.027 > 1.5).
