Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating  the relationship between the motivation, and commitment, with performance at PT Airindo Mustika Express (in head office).           This survey was conducted with a sample of 35 selected randomly as sample group. Data was collected by standard questionnaire.The research concludes that there is positive correlation between : (1) the motivation and performance, (2) the commitment and performance, (3) Besides that, there is positive correlation between the motivation, and commitment with performance.         Therefore, based on the results of the study:  (1) There is a positive relationship between motivation and performance of employees, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between commitment and employee performance, (3) and there is a positive and significant relationship between both motivation and commitment to  employee performance. Key words : motivation, commitment, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of the incompetency in  English speaking of AP-258 students of LP3I Bekasi. It is focused on  the typical of each individual in learning English, as gender, perception, motivation, interest, attitude, and learning strategy.  Based of the result, gained the percentage of motivation and interest of the respondents in learning English as: 33% respondents with high level of motivation and interest, 11 % respondents with average level of motivation and interest, 28 % respondents with less level of motivation and interest, and 28 % respondents with no motivation and interest at all. Having positive motivation and interest through English, it will be  very affecting on the  attitude , perception, even the  learning strategy of each person in the process of learning English. On the contrary, it  will be the obstacle in the learning English process. As the most respondents have negative attitude in learning English, therefore they don’t get a good result. Keywords : Motivation, Interest Of The Respondents

Abstract

Analysis of the effect of Job Stressor and Work conflict on employee performance in PTS XYZ Jakarta. The study was conducted to determine how much influence the job stressors on Employee performance in PTS XYZ, and determine how much influence the job stressor  and conflict working together on employee performance in PTS XYZ, Jakarta.  This study used a survey method using questionnaires as a research instrument. The population in this study were 60 employee PTS XYZ in Jakarta and sampled in this study as many as 60 people. This research conducted in March to April 2014.Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique based on the opinions of respondents of the research instrument in the form of questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is using a computer with the use of SPSS 17.0 windows program. The result showed there were significant negative effect of job stressor and work conflict on employee performance either partially or jointly (stimulatory). Key word : Job Stressor, Work Conflict, Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between quality of service to brand image and customer loyalty. This research method is done through a survey method that is research done by taking a sample of the population and the use of a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis is needed to determine the frequency distribution of the questionnaire respondents, is by collecting data from the respondents' answers, then tabulated in tables and analyzed descriptively. Then performed inferential statistical analysis using analysis of structural equation model (The Structural Equation Modeling or SEM, from this analysis showed research that: Quality of service direct effect on brand image, means the better the value of service quality the better the value brand image. Quality of service effect on customer loyalty, means the better the quality of service value the better the value of customer loyalty and brand image not significant effect on customer loyalty, meaning that the results of the study can’t prove the existence of a significant effect of brand image on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon.  The objectives of this research was to know The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon. The research was quantitative research and  the population of this research were students of LP3I Cilegon who were in the first year (level I) with  the total number of the population were 295 students.  This research used purposes sampling method.   The criteria of the sample were the students in the first year at academic year 2014 and the total respondents were 100 respondents.  The analysis technique was multiple linear regressions.  The result showed that the quality of the academic service and corporate image partially and simultaneously/ together influenced the students’ satisfaction Key words:  academic service quality,  corporate image and students’ satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of information technology on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of HR competencies on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, information technology, human resources competencies together on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on marketing performance. To know and analyze the influence of information technology on performance marketing. To know and analyze the influence of the performance of HR competencies on marketing. To know and analyze the influence of competitive advantage on marketing performance. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, information technology, human resource competencies and competitive advantages together on marketing performance.The method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey with a sample size of 320 respondents, data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the study, the findings obtained of followed good corporate governance proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. Information technology proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. HR competencies positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. Good corporate governance, information technology and human resource competency together proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. However, partially, the most dominant influence was information technology competitive advantage. Good corporate governance proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing. Information technology proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing. HR competencies proved positive and significant impact on the performance of marketing. Good corporate governance, information technology, human resource competencies and competitive advantages together proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing.
