Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon.  The objectives of this research was to know The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon. The research was quantitative research and  the population of this research were students of LP3I Cilegon who were in the first year (level I) with  the total number of the population were 295 students.  This research used purposes sampling method.   The criteria of the sample were the students in the first year at academic year 2014 and the total respondents were 100 respondents.  The analysis technique was multiple linear regressions.  The result showed that the quality of the academic service and corporate image partially and simultaneously/ together influenced the students’ satisfaction Key words:  academic service quality,  corporate image and students’ satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the brand ambassador at Shopee, to determine consumer buying interest, and to find out how much the influence of the Brand Ambassador on Buying Interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods, used a sample of 100 respondents with probability sampling technique. Based on the results of research on brand ambassadors, out of a total of 100 respondents who were given 10 statements, it was concluded that the brand ambassadors used by Shopee are good. Furthermore, consumers’ buying interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency obtained a value of 2.94, the number was in the interval 2.52 – 3.27 with a high/good category. The results of the correlation analysis obtained an r value of 0.360, based on the correlation coefficient interval (0.200 – 0.399) which stated that there was a weak level of influence. While the coefficient of determination of 13% could be interpreted that the brand ambassador variable contributes 13%. Then the results of the correlation significance test using the hypothesis t test, it is known that tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.825 > 1.671. This proved that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So basically there was a positive and significant influence brand ambassadors on buying interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Buying Interest, Shopee.

Abstract

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in the industrial world as in PT. Furukawa Automotive System Indonesia. The company always tries to maintain the quality of its products, but inreality things don't go smoothly. Every month there are still a large number of damaged products (NG) both in the production process and in quality control that are not optimal. There fore the purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the production process and quality control have on the quality of the product produced either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data as a source of data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test which consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the production process variable has a positive and significant effect on the product quality of PT. Fasi, (2) the quality control variable has a positive and significant effect on the product quality of PT. Fasi, (3) the production process variables and quality control variables together have an influence and are significant on the product quality of PT. Fasi.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of leadership style on human resource (HR) performance and the quality of student graduates at ABCD Jakarta Polytechnic. This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style applied by institutional leaders on HR performance and the quality of student graduates. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to lecturers, administrative staff, and students, as well as in-depth interviews to gain further perspectives. The results of the study indicate that the dominant authoritarian leadership style in this institution contributes to employee performance which is only at a moderate level and the quality of graduates that is not optimal. In contrast, transformational and participatory leadership styles have been shown to have a significant positive influence in increasing motivation, HR performance, and graduate quality. The main recommendation of this study is the need for a shift in leadership style from authoritarian to a more inclusive and supportive style to improve overall institutional performance.
