The purpose of the study or research is to know more about how leadership, motivation, and working environment influencing on employee performance and for finding which is as dominant factor from those variables. The research method used is multi linier regression to test leadership, motivation and working environment variable to employee performance. 375 employees were taken as sample from the employee population. The result of research showed that determination coefficient obtained is 0.476 (or equal to 47.6%), this means changing at employee performance simultaneously determined from variable of leadership, motivation and working environment by 47.6%, and the rest about 52.4% determined by other variables which are not focused in this research. Research also showed that there is a significant influent from leadership, motivation, and working environment variable to employee performance. Motivation variable becomes the dominan variable affecting the employee performance by 0.400, then working environment variable by 0.234 and the last leadership by 0.107. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui indikator iklim organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang yang berjumlah 60 karyawan dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu dengan simple random sampling yang menghasilkan sample sebanyak 30 karyawan. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 3,1%. Terdapat korelasi positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,177 (sangat rendah). Indikator iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan walaupun tidak terlalu besar dalam persentasenya. Kata kunci : iklim organisasi, kinerja karyawan

Artikel ini mengenai Pelaksanaan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Kontrak pada PT AT Indonesia di Karawang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan dan solusi mengatasi masalah kedisplinan kerja pada karyawan kontrak departemen machining. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik interview, observasi dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pembahasan masalah, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan kontrak rendah dapat dilihat dari tanpa keterangan (TK), sakit, terlambat, pulang sebelum waktunya dan tidak melakukan absensi masuk atau absensi pulang. This study described about conflict between KONI and KOI related to task and function according to UU No. 3 Year 2005 about National Sport System. This study described about causes of regulation publishment, causes of conflict, type of conflict, the conflict’s impacts, managements and also constraints in solving the conflict. This study is qualitative research whose descriptive design.Result of this study is this conflict can be categorized as inter organizational conflict whose horizontal character. Sources of conflict are structure of organization, regulation, and also budgeting. According to Dahrendorf’s theory, conflict between two organizations had structural sources such as the question of power legitimacy. However, every conflict has a change.This research gave several recommendations in managing conflict. First of all, part of society, including the organization that involved in conflict, proposed a revise toward UU. No. 3 Year 2005 through Judicial Review Process in Constitutional Court (MK). Second, standing on UU No. 3 Year 2005 but doing synchronization and coordination way in derivative regulation. Third, publishing a new regulation that rules about sending of athletes to international events including making same qualification and same standard both sending and evaluation. This research also recommend to make target of change and using behavioral strategy to convert the conflict.Key Words: Conflict, Change, Regulation.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the quality of products, promotions and pricing to sales product karoseri Wing Box at PT. Toyotaka Mitra Indonesia. The data used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to clients of PT. Toyotaka Mitra Indonesia as many as 95 respondents. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software application assistance. The results showed the quality of products, promotions and price together (simultaneously) significantly affect sales. Partially quality of products significantly influence sales with positive relationships, while sale prices and partially no significant influence on sales and promotions and price relationship is positive for sales.Keywords : quality of product, promotion, pricing, sales

The main steps in order to obtain international certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is to prepare the mentality and habits of employees, that is to prepare quality culture as a culture of employees. The next step is the technical preparation, preparing of documents and records, preparations for work process control systems, preparing the performance monitoring and evaluation system, which is summarized in the documentation system of LP3I College. Challenges to the process of implementation of ISO 9001 is overcome by socialization the culture of quality as a work culture in every meeting of the BOD till to the technical meeting daily in the employees or operators, using the authority of the President Director for any activity in the socialization, training, and implementation of the Quality Management System, making each Head of Department in charge of ISO 9001, arrange the efffectiveness of internal audit process and making corrective action of any findings of non-conformance and prepared oppotunity for improvement for any observasion findings. The entire process of implementation of ISO 9001 in LP3I College was documented, and controlled accordance to ISO 9001 requirements. Keyword : Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the self-concept on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus, determine how much influence teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus, and determine how much influence self-concept and teaching lecturer performance simultaneously on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus. This research uses correlation to see how much the influence of two independent variables and the dependent variable. The population research was all active students period of 2014/2015 at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Blok M Campus, amount of 346 students and 78 Students as sample of this research. Each respondent got 25 questions by using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing showed that the effect of self-concept of student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong, it means that the relations between the two variables are significant for a strong confidence level. Also the influence of teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong. While the influence self-concept and teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong. This shows if self-concept and teaching lecturer performance well-applied will increase student learning achievement. Keywords: Self Concept, Teaching Performance, Learning Achievement.

Banyak faktor yang biasa dipertimbangkan oleh calon mahasiswa untuk memilih lembaga pendidikan. Selain bidang studi dan lokasi tempat kampus berada, faktor harga atau biaya pendidikan merupakan aspek penting yang sering menjadi pertimbangan calon mahasiswa. Murah tidaknya harga pendidikan yang ditawarkan oleh sebuah pendidikan menjadi relatif setelah mempertimbangkan dengan mutu dan layanan yang diberikan oleh lembaga yang bersangkutan. Dengan mengambil sampel berukuran 100 penelitian ini bermaksud melihat pengaruh variabel persepsi harga dan citra konsumen sebagai variabel moderator terhadap kinerja manajerial lembaga pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hubungan persepsi harga dengan kinerja manajerial cukup signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,563. Hubungan antara image customer dengan kinerja manajerial cukup kuat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,626. Pengaruh citra konsumen terhadap hubungan antara persepsi harga dengan kinerja manajerial berpengaruh secara signifikan dimana persepsi harga menjadi berubah manakala citra konsumen menjadi pertimbangan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Harga, Citra Konsumen, Kinerja Manajerial

Meneliti dampak kegagalan pelayanan perusahaan penerbangan terhadap pelanggannya. Khususnya meneliti pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap hubungan pelanggan, kemudian yang terakhir mengamati kesediaan mereka untuk merekomendasikan maskapai penerbangan yang mereka gunakan kepada orang lain. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelanggan maskapai di Jakarta-Indonesia yang menunjukkan dampak dari suatu tingkat kegagalan pelayanan tergantung pada sudah berapa lama hubungan pelanggan dengan maskapai yang mereka gunakan sampai saat ini. Namun ternyata ditemukan korelasi non-linear, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan yang sudah berpengalaman terbang berpikiran lebih terbuka tentang kegagalan pelayanan, serta toleransi kegagalan yang lebih rendah, kemudian secara bertahap memperlihatkan hubungan yang lebih dekat dan lebih tahan terhadap kegagalan pelayanan. The purpose of this study is to identify, analyse and assess the influences of Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research is intended to give advice for Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research was used descriptive and verification method. Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. Verification is the research conducted with the aim to prove the truth of a theory on a particular time and place. The results of this research shown that there is a relationship between Brand and Product Quality. Meanwhile, Brand and Product Quality has the influence partially to the Customer’s Buying Decision. Besides that, Brand and Product Quality has the influence simultaneously to the Customer’s Buying Decision. Keywords: Brand, Product Quality, Bustomer’s Buying Decision
