Jurnal Ilmiah Syi’ar, published by Da’wah Faculty of Bengkulu State Islamic Institut since 2007. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various focuses of communication, conseling, development and empowerment of community, management, and many more (the central focus of Islamic sciences). In the beginning the journal only served as a scholarly forum for the lecturers and professors at internal of the Institute. However, due to the later development with a broader readership, the journal has successfully invited scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute.

Abstract

Identify the problems of propaganda (Ghodayah Da’wah) in the Islamic world can be divided into two aspects, namely the internal and external aspects. Namaun, both internally and externally indicate that the condition of Muslims is still underdeveloped in terms of human resources, both economic, educational and sociopolitical, so that linearly affects the development of Islamic preaching itself. Surely it is not just on the Inventory, but also must be able to provide a choice of solutions to solve, so the condition of Muslims in the international world could be better.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang pentingnya melakukan dialog dalamupaya membangun relasi kedamian antar umat beragama dan intern umatberagama. Dialog yang dibangun selama ini cenderung simbolis danritualis, belum menyentuh pada substansi, sehingga belum menyentuhpada akar masalah yang sesungguhnya. Penulis berharap bahwa dialogyang dibangun atas dasar kesimbangan pemahaman secara utuh baikterhadap ajaran agama yang diyakininya maupun ajaran agama orang lain.Hal ini harus dipahami oleh elit agama (tokoh agama) dan hendaknyadisampaikan ke masyarakat akar rumput. Kritik ke dalam dan ke luar padatahap berikutnya memerlukan aksi dan prilaku nyata dari pemahaman itu,tentang pentingnya meyakini secara benar ajaran agamanya danmengamalkannya, sekaligus memberikan kesempatan secara luas bagiorang lain meyakini ajaran agamanya dan mengamalknanya.

Abstract

In Human nature wants “Unity Himself” with God, because that movement and human life is a journey of spiritual evolution towards and closer to the Creator. Humans have two elements, namely physical and spiritual, therefore both should be able to provide to their individual needs. Physical needs food and so does the spiritual, physical if the food is to be the opposite Material is non-material food Ruhani One with the propaganda. If Man can not fulfill his spiritual needs of the Human Body and it will feel Restlessness, troubled and down in the mouth and it is certainly contraryto his nature as a human being endowed with aqal and Qalbu. Humans inprinciple requires Da’wah and Philosophy. Between propaganda and philosophy are like two sides of a coin that can not be split. Whoever the person, without preaching human being into the path of darkness & Heading to the brink of collapse. Da’wah does not need humans but humans who need preaching to the happiness the world and the hereafter. Therefore Philosophy Not Have Meaning, If Not In Inform, Not Manifests Instead Propagation, When Not Bringing Truth

Abstract

The presence of propaganda in television presentation focuses on how religion is packaged and presented differently. This is due to the diversity of the audience so that different packaging will bring his own appeal for the audience to watch the show propaganda. Various dynamics and issues in dakwahtainment dimunculan religious lecture programs and soap operas among the various religious communities led to the interpretation of television viewers.

Abstract

Human relationships is the translation of human relations. There are also those who translate into "human relations" or also translated "human relations", which really is not that one because that relate to each other is human. Only, here the nature of the relationship is not as fellow human beings communicate with ordinary people, not just the delivery of a message by one person to another, but the relationship between people who communicate which contains elements of profound psychological.It is said that the human connection is a communication because of its orientation on the behavior (action oriented), it contains activities to change attitudes, opinions, or behavior. Barriers between people in general have two properties, namely objective and subjective. Barriers that are objective are a nuisance and an obstacle on the course of human relationships unintentional and made by other parties but may becaused by unfortunate circumstances. Barriers that are subjective is deliberately created by someone else that is a nuisance, opposition to a communication effort.
