Jurnal Ilmiah Syi’ar, published by Da’wah Faculty of Bengkulu State Islamic Institut since 2007. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various focuses of communication, conseling, development and empowerment of community, management, and many more (the central focus of Islamic sciences). In the beginning the journal only served as a scholarly forum for the lecturers and professors at internal of the Institute. However, due to the later development with a broader readership, the journal has successfully invited scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute.

Abstract

Konseling merupakan kegiatan yang profesional, artinya proses konseling bukanhanya pembicaraan biasa, atau hanya sekedar curhat biasa, serta pemberian nasehat sehingga selesai masalah klien, namun proses konseling memiliki tahapan teknik, dalam proses penjajakan atau pengungkapan, dan penyelesaian masalah klien, sehingga klien menyadari akan masalahnya, dan dapat memahami diri dan lingkunganya. Pengobatan dalam bidang konseling berbeda denganpengobatan dibidang medis, dibidang medis untuk satu jenis obat bisa digunakan untuk beberapa orang yang memiliki sakit yang sama.

Abstract

Agama dan konflik adalah dua sisi mata uang yang saling berhubungan dan bersentuhan. Agama ajaran suci dan damai, konflik agama adalah alat yang paling sensitif dan mudah dikemas menjadi perang suci. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak hal yaitu dogma, teks yang salah tafsir, fanatisme yang berlebihan, kepentingan kelompok bahkan kepentingan politik praktis. Akhirnya agama memiliki wajah seram, menakutkan dan dihiasi oleh dendam. Semua penyebab konflik, bila tidak diresolusi dan dimanajemen dengan baik akan melahirkan konflik yang tak berkesudahan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu mendialogkan teks dengan konteks, mendialogkan ilmu, dan berfaham beragama moderat, serta memiliki pemimpin atau tokoh agama yang bijaksana

Abstract

The concept of political communication in the democratic transition towards the establishment of a democratic state often involve new phenomena as the implications of the choice of the nation in building a perception of an open political event . Each country undergoing democratic transition always pass through political processes that may lead to mismanagement of the system due to the country’s political actors involved in - it offers the concept of democracy is based on the background thinking and understanding of each of the idealization of the implementation of a democratic system in the country . Democratic governance envisioned by the citizens of the nation was sometimes must pass through a political transition that is not elegant and often inserted by the political practices of authoritarian power.

Abstract

Since the emergence of the movement of clerics in minagkabau, Approximately nearly two centuries at the beginning of 1803, the attention of the Muslim and non-Muslim scholars of the movement was the brainchild of thought H. Poor CS yet to show signs of many scientists, social, economic, historians and theologians. Mention the various attributes given to him, such as the Islamic reform movement, radicalism and Islamic revivalism. Padri This article about this, for it is in this paper, is an attempt to explain the pattern Propagation Padri movement and its impact on the Minagkabau community.
