Abstract

In the world of education, the level of awareness in socializing has decreased a lot, which has made the Indonesian nation more anarchic and differentiates other individuals. Evidenced by the emergence of various kinds of crimes that occur due to negligence in education that does not respond to any behavior that is not by goodness. The solution to addressing this is inclusive education which must be instilled in education as contained in the letter Abasa verses 1-11. The method for collecting data is using library research, namely by taking sources from books, journals, and previous research. In this article, we find several opinions of mufassir who expressed their opinion about inclusive education contained in the letter 'Abasa verses 1-11, for example, Buya Hamka in the interpretation of al-Azhar, Quraish Shihab in the interpretation of al-Misbah, the interpretation of Ibn Katsir, the interpretation of al-Jalalain and Wahbah as-Zuhaili in al-Tafsir al-Munir fil Aqidati was al-Shariati was al-Minhaji. Inclusive education is one of the ways to overcome differences in supporting education as in the letter 'Abasa verses 1-11 which teaches us not to discriminate against other people in society, nation, and state.

Abstract

The Qur’an is a dialogue partner in solving various problems in people's lives and can present various traditions, as in the appreciation of the people of Sidomukti Subdistrict, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency in using the Ayat Kursi in the rain charmer tradition. This research aims to discuss the phenomenon of the living Qur’an using the Ayat Kursi in the raining tradition in Sidomukti as a means of moving rain when carrying out a celebration event. The main problem in this paper is: that the endeavour to ask God for protection so that it is kept away from various disasters does not mean refusing rain. The formulation of the problem in this paper is: how is the use of Ayat Kursi against the raining tradition and the response of the Sidomukti people to this tradition? This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research type from observation and interview data, which is then analyzed using the library research method. The results of this study know that; 1) the use of Ayat Kursi in the tradition of rain charmer in Sidomukti is an effort to move the rain not to contain elements of polytheism or contrary to Islamic teachings because from the start of its implementation, only came from the elements of trust (worship) to Allah and tawasul to Rasulullah with incense media, and 2) the use of Ayat Kursi in the rain charmer tradition in Sidomukti is a form of a community initiative to move the rain when the event is in progress.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah and Wahabi groups are revivalist Islamic movements, which in their struggle are both against heresy, so that their similarities make them look the same, some even say that Muhammadiyah is part of Wahhabism. then what is the difference in understanding heresy in the view of Muhammadiyah and Wahhabis. The methodology used in this research is Qualitative (Library research). Literature research that uses a comparative approach. By collecting all the materials for books, journals, reference papers related to the understanding of Muhammadiyah and Wahhabism about the heretical hadith. Then the data is reviewed, criticized, analyzed critically and comparatively, then a conclusion is drawn. As for the findings; First, in Muhammadiyah's understanding of the hadith, bid'ah is divided into two, namely hasanah bid'ah and dhalalah bid'ah, while according to Wahhabis all bid'ah is dhalalah. Second, Wahhabis consider relying on dhaif hadith as a heretical heresy, while Muhammadiyah allows apologies to motivate worship. Third, regarding tawassul, Wahhabis do not justify tawassul to pious people, whether living or dead, in contrast to Muhammadiyah which allows tawassul to pious people who are still alive, and not to the dead.

Abstract

Inter-religious communication cannot actually be separated from the role of Rasulullah SAW who sparked the idea of the Medina Charter. This article aims to describe in terms of hadith analysis about tolerance in interreligious communication using the keywords samhan samahah. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical method approach, in particular, the descriptive-analytical method in this study used the takhrij method of hadith criticism studies (naqd al-hadith). Data collection techniques through library research, primary data through the application of the Hadith of the Book of 9 Imams and secondary data from literature related to the research topic. Data analysis techniques are taken through the stages of inventory, classification, and interpretation. The results of the study found two relevant hadiths about tolerance narrated by Ahmad Hadith No. 2003 and No. 24771, shows that the status of the validity of the hadith narrated by Ahmad No. 2003 regarding tolerance is considered as hasan li ghairihi, that the hadith narrated by Ahmad No. 2003 is maqbul ma'mul bih to be used as a basis for the actualization of religious tolerance in the era of contemporary life

Abstract

This article discusses how the interpretation of KH. M. Zen Syukry in the book Qutul Qalbi QS. Al-Ikhlas 1-4 are analyzed using the theory of Function Interpretation of Jorge JE Gracia. The research methodology used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research (Library Research) through a descriptive analysis approach (descriptive analytic). From the analysis of the interpretation function theory of Jorge JE Gracia. KH. M. Zen Syukry has fulfilled the elements of the theory of the function of gracia interpretation of his interpretation; On the historical function KH. M. Zen Syukry explained about the fall of (asbabun–nuzul) Qs. Al-Ikhlas, namely when the Prophet Muhammad was asked by the polytheists about your God, then QS. Al-Ikhlas. In the function of developing meaning (meaning function) KH. M. Zen Syukry explains that Allah is a Essence that is exist (which must exist), and explains the meaning of the verses contained in it. Implication function (implicative function); its application is to use reason and Allah's guidance so that monotheism enters the soul, he continued, when mentioning Allah, one must recite with the heart. Because this interpretation is very thick with nuances of Sufi interpretation. So for further research it is recommended to use other hermeneutic theories in order to find reading results from other reading points of view.

Abstract

Kajian hadis dalam agama Islam memiliki posisi yang sangat sentral setelah al-Qur’an, karena hadis merupakan sumber ajaran  kedua dalam hukum Islam, oleh karena itu  mengetahui kualitas daan memahami hadis menjadi hal yang penting, apabila keliru dalam memahami hadis akan berakibat fatal yaitu berdampak sesat dan menyesatkan. Begitu juga dalam memahami hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan, harus sesuai dengan tata cara dalam memahami hadis. Bentuk meninggikan yang dimaksud dalam hadis ini adalah meninggikan lebih dari sejengkal atau membuat layaknya seperti bangunan. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan Library Research, atau penelitian kepustakaan. Yang dimaksud penelitian kepustakaan adalah mengkaji buku-buku atau kitab-kitab hadis yang membahas tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan. Dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu sumber data primer adalah yang memuat data asli tentang hadis larangan meninggikan kuburan pada kitab Mu’jam al-Mufahras alfaz al-Hadis al-Nabawi dan sekundernya adalah data-data yang terkait tentang hadis larangan meninggikan kuburan. Sedangkan pemahaman kontekstualnya adalah memahami hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan dengan pendekatan asbabul wurud hadis, historis, sosiologis dan antropologis. Dan penelitian hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan dinilai shahih karena perawinya yang bersifat adil,  dhabit, dan tidak syadz ataupun i’llat serta sanadnya bersambung sampai kepada Rasulullah. Dan matan hadis tersebut dinyatakan shahih, karena tidak bertentangan dengan dalil-dalil al-Qur’an dan tidak bertentangan dengan akal sehat serta terdapat hadis-hadis yang mendukung terhadap pemahaman hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan. Pemahaman hadis di adalah menunjukkan bahwa adanya perintah dari Rasulullahuntuk meratakan kuburan atau meninggikannya sejengkal bila itu pemakaman,  namun, jika takut digali oleh binatang buas atau terbawa oleh banjir maka meninggikan atau mengkramik kuburan dianjurkan. Dalam pandangan fiqih meninggikan  kuburan hukumnya haram apabila di pemakaman umum dan tanah wakaf, karena meninggikan kuburan di pemakaman umum bisa menghalangi jenazah lain untuk dimakamkan, danmakruh hukumnya bila pemakaman di tanah milik sendiri.
