Abstract

Kajian hadis dalam agama Islam memiliki posisi yang sangat sentral setelah al-Qur’an, karena hadis merupakan sumber ajaran  kedua dalam hukum Islam, oleh karena itu  mengetahui kualitas daan memahami hadis menjadi hal yang penting, apabila keliru dalam memahami hadis akan berakibat fatal yaitu berdampak sesat dan menyesatkan. Begitu juga dalam memahami hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan, harus sesuai dengan tata cara dalam memahami hadis. Bentuk meninggikan yang dimaksud dalam hadis ini adalah meninggikan lebih dari sejengkal atau membuat layaknya seperti bangunan. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan Library Research, atau penelitian kepustakaan. Yang dimaksud penelitian kepustakaan adalah mengkaji buku-buku atau kitab-kitab hadis yang membahas tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan. Dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu sumber data primer adalah yang memuat data asli tentang hadis larangan meninggikan kuburan pada kitab Mu’jam al-Mufahras alfaz al-Hadis al-Nabawi dan sekundernya adalah data-data yang terkait tentang hadis larangan meninggikan kuburan. Sedangkan pemahaman kontekstualnya adalah memahami hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan dengan pendekatan asbabul wurud hadis, historis, sosiologis dan antropologis. Dan penelitian hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan dinilai shahih karena perawinya yang bersifat adil,  dhabit, dan tidak syadz ataupun i’llat serta sanadnya bersambung sampai kepada Rasulullah. Dan matan hadis tersebut dinyatakan shahih, karena tidak bertentangan dengan dalil-dalil al-Qur’an dan tidak bertentangan dengan akal sehat serta terdapat hadis-hadis yang mendukung terhadap pemahaman hadis tentang larangan meninggikan kuburan. Pemahaman hadis di adalah menunjukkan bahwa adanya perintah dari Rasulullahuntuk meratakan kuburan atau meninggikannya sejengkal bila itu pemakaman,  namun, jika takut digali oleh binatang buas atau terbawa oleh banjir maka meninggikan atau mengkramik kuburan dianjurkan. Dalam pandangan fiqih meninggikan  kuburan hukumnya haram apabila di pemakaman umum dan tanah wakaf, karena meninggikan kuburan di pemakaman umum bisa menghalangi jenazah lain untuk dimakamkan, danmakruh hukumnya bila pemakaman di tanah milik sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the ethics of a husband in having sex with his wife, as a reference for the relationship between husband and wife in the household. Therefore, the problem in this research is what the etiquette of a husband is when having sexual intercourse with his wife, and what prohibitions are made when having sexual intercourse with his wife. This type of research is library research with data sourced from literature, both hadith books and books and articles related to this research. The research analysis is descriptive analysis to find the law and ethics of having sex with one's wife from Hadith guidance. Research shows that in the hadith it is forbidden to have sexual intercourse with one's wife from the anus and it is haram, Allah has cursed this act. There are several ethics in having sex with your wife, namely with my love, you can't force it, you can't be rude, you can't make it difficult.

Abstract

This study wants to examine the perception of students and their understanding of misogynistic Hadith. Santri are students who pursue Islamic religious knowledge who live in a place called Pondok Pesantren, they are a group of learners led by a kiyai who has their own scientific traditions, such as reciting the Qur'an and hadith, reciting the yellow book and other Islamic sciences. The problems raised in this study are: first, how are the hadiths that talk about women who are considered misogenist hadiths, second is how the students' understanding of misogenic hadiths, and third, how do students perceive these misogenic hadiths.This research explores the speculation that develops in understanding Hadith which is classified as misogynistic, giving rise to many opinions in understanding it, the authors consider that santri have needs and are important in knowing this issue because they are scientific agents in society. This study uses a type of qualitative field research (field research), which includes observation, interviews and documentation. The author analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data analysis in qualitative research conducted during data collection and after data collection was completed. Based on this research, it is known that the students of the Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School Bengkulu do not yet know the term misogynist, but many of them agree that the Hadiths are classified as misogynistic, but there are also those who oppose the existence of this misogynist term. There are some students who understand every misogynistic Hadith that is examined textually, they understand what it is according to the Hadith text, but there are those who understand contextually by including knowledge of asbabul wurud Hadith, by looking at the conditions when the Hadith appears with its use in the present.
