Coconut dregs are an element that has many health benefits. It has a high fiber content, so that it can be used as a substitute for wheat flour. However, from the point of view of its utilization, coconut dreg has yet to be utilized correctly and is only used as food waste. This study aims to determine the success and acceptability of a churros product with coconut dregs flour as a substitute. This research was conducted experimentally, which consisted of making churros using different variations of coconut dreg flour substitution in a total of 5 samples, with sample system. This control system at did not experience coconut dreg flour substitution. One hundred panelists, generation Z in DKI Jakarta, passed this acceptance test. The results of the organoleptic test on churros products with sample D had a level of preference (91.50%) which showed that churros sample D was very acceptable to the analysis shows that sample D is the dominant sample in terms of taste, texture and color. This result is based on the percentage of taste (93%), texture (89%), and color (87.80%). It would be better if the next trial of coconut dregs flour used food waste.

System frequent Linux operations are used on critical systems. Part systems big pay attention to safety and reliability. Ubuntu Linux is one of all Lots common Linux distributions used for system server operation. To improve security on Ubuntu Linux is required to strengthen the security system process. Strengthening security system operation is one solution for the system operation more stand to attacks and vulnerabilities. Center for Internet Security (CIS) is one caring organization for cyber security and provides benchmarks for configuration system safe Ubuntu operation. Benchmarks cover recommended settings for various component systems like file permissions, application, configuration networking, logging, and management of users. The study aims to improve security system operation with the use of control strengthening security based on CIS Benchmark v1.1.0 servers’ level 2 with the automatic model use packers application. The developed methodology consists of four phases. The first phase is Packer server installation and configuration. The second phase is to build a configuration base Ubuntu installation with user data. The third phase is the application Ansible playbook in runtime Packer automation for automation reinforcement at the time of installation and produces image virtual machine. In phase, lastly, apply structure using image virtual machine-generated and verified percentage reinforcement and optimization achieved. After strengthening security, use research methods. This generated a score conformity audit of 218 controls or 99.54% of the total 219 CIS Benchmark controls.

Based on the report security year 2022 from company Z in the ICT sector, it was found that on the report firewall security, 96% of level threat is level critical, and 4% is level high. Report email security is session domain 27.3%; Session limits 15.35 %; Forti Guard AntiSpam-IP 3.11%, and the rest is receipt verification; directory filter and access control relay denied. With the challenge of current cyber-attacks, precious data assets need analysis to measure the the level of IT maturity that can ensure stakeholders' interest and maximize benefits and opportunities through technology information. We overcome limitations by analyzing IT maturity using COBIT 5. Research focused only on the APO13 and DSS05 process domains. A study was done to identify the problems based on results observation, checking, and use of a questionnaire in a direct manner. Measurement is done through method evaluation self and interviews deep with the IT team and all power expert who has COBIT certification 5. Analysis results show that the measurement level for the APO13 domain is 3, and for DSS05 is level 2. These results still need to be below the set level 4 target management; therefore, building a framework to monitor, track, and record security data in real time is necessary. With the build framework, Work can help lower the threat level from a critical level to a high level and increase the COBIT Maturity Level to APO13 and DSS05 according to organizational targets.
