Abstract

Network security is an aspect that is always enhanced by the network administrator, the efforts both by optimizing hardware or software. Snort is a detection sensor against abuse on the network, this system functioned as a snort NIDS (Network intrusion Detection System), which works to detect any attempted intrusion (intrusions). The detection is done based on the rule that has been described by the administrator in the directory rule contained in the configuration file. Snort will analyze every packet and can record every activity performed on a network and report them if there is a potential intrusion on the network. Merging snort with SMS gateway can make the system more responsive to the potential for abuse, the log of alerts will be forwarded to the admin via SMS media, so that administrators can determine the condition of the managed network.

Abstract

Human beings are creatures intact holistic or combination of elements of biological, psychological, social and spiritual. As biological beings, humans are composed of organ systems that are used to maintain life. As psychological beings, humans have personality structure, behavior as a manifestation of mental and thinking skills and intelligence. Personality is any pattern of behavior and human nature which is unique both hereditary emerged as a response and how adaptation to any kind of stimulation that comes from the environment or from within yourself. The uniqueness depending on the type of personality. We humans do not fully know what and how our personality characteristics. The problem that arises is that we as humans do not fully know what and how the characteristics of our personality. We as a unique individual, which means that human beings are different from one another and are not exactly the type of personality, that's why we need to know our personalities. The next problem that arises is the media to find out what and how our personalities are very difficult and rare to be found, unless we come to a psychologist to conduct a series of psychological tests to determine the process of our personality. Therefore, based on the above problems can be made an application to determine the type of personality that is an expert system-based human personality tests android.

Abstract

Geographic information system flood prone areas Jember district is a system that can provide information on flood-prone areas in each district where the vulnerable areas are obtained based on the calculation of fuzzy Tsukamoto accordance with the provisions that have been determined, in addition to providing information prone areas can also provide information the health facilities and the events that preceded the flood. This system is implemented in the form of digital map information with the aim to further facilitate the delivery of information. The data used was obtained from BPBDs (Regional Disaster Management Agency) and BPEKAP (District Development Planning Agency) Jember are then processed into a system suitable and appropriate. At the end result of this system will display information about flood-prone areas, health facilities, as well as data that precedes the events that are implemented in the form of digital maps for easier delivery.

Abstract

Applications Ideal Solution System version 1.0 is an application developed independently since 2014 to solve various problems are multiple criteria as well as having the characteristics of the benefit factor and cost factor. In manufacturing, this application implementing TOPSIS method as basic algorithms used program. But in its implementation, there is still a shortage or revision of the user. Note the revision of the user obtained during the implementation phase is the basis for the developers to develop applications. Therefore, developers are trying to develop the Ideal Solution System version 2.0, which was developed with reference to the model prototyping. Ideal Prototype Solution System version 2.0 has been tested and found viable easy use testing because it is easy and convenient for the user so operate the application.

Abstract

Mango tree species recognition system based on the texture of leaves on the previous system gives accuracy up to 88.89%. This indicates that feature selection of research on the mango tree species recognition need to be taken into account. In this research, analysis of mango leaf texture features are used. There are 3 types of features that is: statistics, invariant moment, and the co- occurrence matrix. Methods for analyzing the feature is Fisher's Discriminant Ration (FDR). This method obtained from a number of informative features, that is: energy (co-occurrence), uniformity (statistics), the third moment (statistics), entropy (co-occurrence), entropy (statistical), and homogeneity (co-occurrence). Performance testing is done by comparing the use of old and new features on the K-Nearest Neighbor method with the value K is 3, 5, 7, and 11. The results showed that the accuracy of the K-NN method with new features reach 0.90, and tend to be better than the old features.

Abstract

KOMURINDO 2013 organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education and the Directorate of Research and Community Services together with National Institute of Aeronautics and Space gives 2 (two) theme of the competition and one of them is the High Rate Data Attitude Monitoring and Surveillance Payload. Payload or Payload Rocket is a compartment sensors telemetry data for monitoring purposes attitude and a camera for monitoring from space are arranged in a cylindrical tube measuring no more than 200mm in height and 100mm in diameter. In this final project will be discussed in accordance with the title of "Decision System Images Using Camera Serial Data on Rocket Payload" for which data will be sent to Ground Station via 433 MHz radio frequency transceiver modem YS1020U. The output of this camera series is data to hexadecimal format and not converted to images. This system can be combined with telemetry and monitoring systems for future rocket payload.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease that is still a public health problem. Based on the data on the number of dengue cases from 2012 to 2014, almost evenly spread of dengue fever in the district of Jember with dengue incidence rate tends to increase during the period of observation. Therefore we need a way to predict the potential spread of dengue fever in the district of Jember so it can be done early prevention. Factors - factors that affect the spread of dengue disease is rainfall (CH), the number of days of rain (HH), larva free number (ABJ), and the house index (HI) that influence vector breeding dengue disease. In this study developed a Geographic Information System using Fuzzy method to predict the spread of dengue fever by using parameters rainfall, number of rainy days, larva-free numbers, and house index in Jember. From the results of testing the potential for the spread of dengue in 31 districts of Jember district during the month of February 2014 produced 24 districts have the same comparison between the potential spread and the number of dengue cases, while 7 other districts do not correspond to the potential spread of dengue obtained accuracy of 77%.

Abstract

Indonesia is one country which has a wealth of natural resources in Asia's largest mine. Indonesian mining products are exported to many foreign countries and is able to produce a deficit for the country. So that natural resources mining Indonesia became one of the main commodities. The objectives of this study was to develop a geographic information system of the mining area is expected to provide an overview and information for stakeholders regarding mining areas in Indonesia. This system can provide convenience in data storage and geographic system application program can be accessed directly and can provide accurate data on the mining areas across Indonesia. The advantages of the system to be developed compared with the manual map is able t o update the information contained in it quickly and accurately as well as information in the form of digital maps. The development of geographic information system mapping mining areas is done by using Agyle Methodology. Results of this study include the design in the form of a global system in the form of Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Statechart Diagram and a geographic information system application program created using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Previous research has been done on the management system performance appraisal Hospital paramedics at XYZ using a balanced scorecard method to produce effective research paramedic performance assessment, which is supported by the file supporting documents that have been legalized officials authorized online, and the assessment is objective. However, there are still weaknesses in these systems, the automated system has not been able to calculate the value of the amount of any aspect of the assessment is based on real documents entered. As for suggestions to sustainability research for the development of paramedic performance appraisal management system that input data is actually real data with complete information that is able to automatically calculate the value of the amount of each aspect. Based, then the development of management system performance appraisal paramedics at the Hospital XYZ is based on real documents by applying balanced scorecard, so it can streamline employee performance evaluation, with calculation of the value of each aspect (record count) automatically based on the facts of real data documents ,
