Abstract

Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) is one of programs conducted by Indonesian Healthcare Social Insurance Organization. Prolanis program’s target is making chronic disease patient achieve the optimal quality of life through the effective and efficient health service costs and prevent any disease complications [3]. Prolanis activities consist of medical or educational consultation, reminder, club activities and health-status monitoring which is done periodically. Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) is a program facilitating the realization of patients’ accurate clinical-status. Prolanis application was made to monitor the health status patients periodically. An evaluation must be done especially on real-time aspect to make prolanis application perfect. This research was descriptive and quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach by using scoring method. The research results revealed that the value of information quality on real-time aspect regarding the implementation of prolanis application on overall score interpretation was in good category (79,3%%). The highest real-time aspect was found in the patients’ identity items written on BPJS cards and the health chart was 83,3%, while the lowest item of personnel data and DM report was 73,3%. These analysis results can be used to make prolanis application more perfect so that it will fulfill the needs of CDI.

Abstract

Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASV) is a platform that is capable of recognizing oceanographic data that is moving on the surface of the sea. The ASV is commonly controlled using a remote RC, smartphones, joysticks, and keyboards. The development of control system innovations in the form of NUI, then ASV can be controlled using Kinect by someone without having to touch the remote. The study developed a marker-less ASV control using the Kinect skeleton feature to get the coordinate value to be the angle value of the right and left hand movement in the implemation as the value of the input fuzzy sugeno algorithm, which resulted in PWM speed output value. This marker-less development communicates wirelessly using the Xbee Pro S28 received by the Arduino Mega for communication and processing the running brushless motor and the ASV generates the movement according to the value received. Effect of light on Kinect in the efficient skeleton tracking process in the room maximum 53105 lux, and in the room maximum 201 lux. Object Spacing (Brainware) to read in the tracking process of the Kinect position of the efficient at a height of 120cm, and angle 00. Kinect communication distance with ASV reaches up to 10000cm. The success of a fuzzy calculation with the result of the movement of the ASV robot is 89.9%.

Abstract

The demand for cayenne pepper in Indonesia tends to increase annually, but the productivity of cayenne pepper continues to decline and depends on the changing seasons. One of the factors that must be considered in the harvest of cayenne pepper is the level of maturity. This research aims to classify the maturity level of cayenne pepper using the extraction of color and texture features. The extraction of features based on the color is taken from the mean saturation value, while the extraction of feature-based textures uses the value of the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) feature ASM (Angular Second Moment), contrast, IDM (Inverse Difference (Entropy) and correlation (Correlation) then using angles of 0 ° and 45 °. These features become input in the classification process using the Backpropagation method. The results of the system training are able to classify the level of maturity of cayenne pepper with an accuracy of 81.4% and an accuracy of the testing process of 74.2%. Permintaan cabai rawit di Indonesia cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya, namun produktivitas cabai rawit terus menurun dan bergantung pada pergantian musim. Salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam panen cabai rawit adalah tingkat kematangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi tingkat kematangan cabai rawit menggunakan ekstraksi fitur warna dan tekstur. Ekstraksi fitur berdasarkan warna diambil dari nilai mean saturasi, sedangkan ekstraksi fitur berdasarkan tekstur menggunakan nilai fitur Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) yaitu ASM (Angular Second Moment), Kontras (Contrast), IDM (Inverse Difference Momentum), Entropi (Entropy) dan Korelasi (Correlation) dan menggunakan sudut 0° dan 45°. Fitur-fitur tersebut menjadi masukan pada proses klasifikasi menggunakan metode Backpropagation. Hasil pelatihan sistem mampu mengklasifikasi tingkat kematangan cabai rawit dengan akurasi sebesar 81,4% dan akurasi proses pengujian cabai rawit sebesar 74,2%.

Abstract

Abstract— A variety of knowledge, especially for universities in making standards, is one of the important things to be managed and documented. The standard drafting process is carried out by the drafting team in holding meetings and meetings directly. Constraints arise when in the drafting process, the drafting team is difficult to determine the time of meeting the standard discussion directly due to busyness and work constraints. In addition, the unavailability of online media repositories for the PPEPP process is another obstacle because the standard documents that have been discussed are only printed and stored as campus files. This storage process is vulnerable to damage, loss, and sometimes it is difficult to do a search if it is merged with other documents. STMIK Multicom management system is not yet available that can accommodate these knowledge. Thus, to ensure the flexibility and changes of STMIK Multicom to keep up with technological developments, a system that can accommodate individual and organizational knowledge in one portal is needed so that the sharing process becomes easier. Through a systematic Knowledge Management System application development plan, the results of system testing conducted on respondents as system users obtained results of 81.16% as the value of benefits for the evaluation of KMS application planning.

Abstract

Abstract—The rapid growth of online shopping sites makes business in the virtual world very promising. Purchasing intentions is one of the keys to success in an online store. There are several data mining methods for making predictions on online purchase intentions datasets. Data can represent the characteristics or habits of each user who has visited a site whether it ends with a transaction or not. Some popular algorithms with good performance in data mining include J48 and Logistic Regression. However, in data sometimes there is a problem of class imbalance, so the ensemble technique needs to be applied. One technique that can be applied is bagging. This research examines data using bagging techniques to improve the performance of the J48 algorithm and Logistic Regression. The results of improving the performance of data mining algorithms with these techniques have an accuracy value of 89.68% for the J48 algorithm and 88.50% for the Logistic Regression algorithm. This figure shows an increase when compared with initial testing without using ensemble techniques. Increases were also experienced in Recall, F-Measure, and AUC values. Keywords—purchasing intentions; J48; Logistic Regression; Bagging; Abstrak— Pesatnya situs pembelanjaan online menjadikan bisnis di dunia virtual sangat menjanjikan. Minat pembelian menjadi salah satu kunci kesuksesan pada sebuah toko online. Terdapat beberapa metode data mining untuk melakukan prediksi pada dataset minat pembelian online. Data dapat mewakili karakteristik atau kebiasaan dari setiap user yang telah mengunjungi suatu situs baik berakhir dengan melakukan transaksi ataupun tidak. Beberapa algoritma yang populer dengan kinerja yang baik dalam data mining diantaranya J48 dan Logistic Regreession. Namun, dalam sebuah data terkadang terdapat masalah ketidakseimbangan kelas, sehingga perlu diterapkan teknik ensemble. Salah satu teknik yang dapat diterapkan adalah teknik bagging. Penelitian kali ini mengujikan data dengan teknik bagging untuk meningkatkan kinerja algoritma J48 dan Logistic Regression. Hasil dari peningkatan kinerja algoritma data mining dengan teknik tersebut memiliki nilai akurasi 89.68% untuk algoritma J48 dan 88.50% untuk algoritma Logistic Regression. Angka tersebut menunjukan adanya peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan pengujian awal tanpa menggunakan teknik ensemble. Peningkatan juga dialami pada nilai Recall, F-Measure, dan AUC. Abstract

Abstract—Facial skin is one of the most common areas of concern. An important factor in determining skincare is by knowing the skin characteristics of the individual. One important characteristic is knowing the level of oil and the level of roughness on facial skin. In this research, the determination of roughness and oil level is done by processing a portable digital microscope's image adjusted to the touch test. The method used involves the Reflection Filter and Frequency Filter. The results of the average match from the determination of roughness and oil level based on the overall image have quite high results. However, it was found that the level of compatibility in the female test samples was much higher than the male test samples. Keywords—image; face skin; oil level; skin roughness; frequency filter Abstrak— Kulit wajah merupakan salah satu bagian yang umum menjadi perhatian utama. Faktor penting dalam menentukan perawatan kulit adalah dengan mengetahui karakteristik kulit dari individu. Salah satu karakteristik penting yakni dengan mengetahui kadar minyak dan tingkat kekasaran pada kulit wajah. Dalam penelitian, dilakukan penentuan kekasaran dan kadar minyak melalui pengolahan citra mikroskop digital portabel yang disesuaikan dengan uji rabaan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan Filter Pantulan dan Filter Frekuensi. Hasil kecocokan rata-rata dari penentuan kekasaran dan kadar minyak berdasar citra secara keseluruhan memiliki hasil yang cukup tinggi. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan penyimpanan data dengan menggunakan basis data graph. Basis data graph merupakan salah satu kategori dari basis data noSQL. Dalam basis data model SQL data dibentuk dalam tabel –tabel yang terdiri dari baris dan kolom, sedangkan pada basis data model NoSQL data tidak memiliki skema standar yang harus didefinisikan. NoSql merupakan sistem manajemen basis data yang tidak mempunyai atau mematuhi aturan tertentu seperti pada model sistem manajemen basis data relasional. NoSQL memiliki skema yang dinamis sedangkan pada database SQL mengikuti skema yang telah ditetapkan pada awal perancangan. Pengembangan basis data graph sistem penjualan UMKM ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan terlebih dahulu dalam konseptual dan membandingkan dengan membuat terlebih dahulu model database relasional dan model database graph. Abstract

Website Ilmukomputer.com is an e-Learning community that shares literature and lecture materials for free in the field of computing aka computer science and information technology in the Indonesian language. The main mission is to take part in the efforts to educate the nation's children, especially in computer science education, because the content of the website Ilmukomputer.com contains about computer science is more detailed again compared with the science of engineering faculty students get on campus.This research is done by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This research uses 3 (three) variables, namely Perceived usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Using. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaire survey to students of Faculty of Informatics Engineering in Kota Bandung who has been using Ilmukomputer.com Website as a medium of information with a sample of 100 people. Data processed using SPSS software version 22.The results of this study note that the perception of benefit significantly affect the user attitude that is equal to 0.652 or 65.2%, the perception of ease of influence on user attitudes that is equal to 0.735 or 73.5%, and perceptions of usefulness, perceived ease of use significantly influence the attitude of users with the level Relationship R 0.877 = 87.7% and Rsquare 0.770 = 77%.

Abstract

Pencerahan gambar secara merata menggunakan pola Gaussian memerlukan visualisasi penampilannya sehingga pengguna matriks dapat mempunyai informasi bagaimana matriks Gaussian brightness dapat melakukan perataan kecerahan citra. Grafik tiga dimensi merupakan grafik yang memiliki koordinat X, Y dan Z. Visualisasi matriks Gaussian brightness ke grafik dimensi memerlukan implementasi koordinat tiga dimensi X, Y dan Z yang akan merepresentasikan alamat sel matriks dan nilai sel matriks. Proses visualisasi matriks Gaussian brightness ke grafik tiga dimensi akan dilakukan dengan kaidah tangan kanan. Pada penelitian ini dirancang implementasi dari alamat sel matriks menjadi koordinat X dan Y serta nilai dari masing-masing sel akan diimplementasikan menjadi koordinat Z. Penggunaan kaidah tangan kanan pada proyeksi parallel memudahkan implementasi karena proses ini hanya perlu menempatkan sesuai dengan alamat sel nya secara berurutan sehingga voxel bertumpuk urut kearah Pengamat sesuai dengan urutan kedalamannya.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the Muslim holy book as the main source and guide, consisting of 114 surahs, 30 juz and has 6200 fewer verses in it. The search for relationships or arrangements of meaning between words in the Qur'an takes a long time to find and summarize. Obtained from the dictionary, encyclopedia, or thesaurus of the Al-Qur'an vocabulary, which contains each word entry has links with other words. This final project discusses the interrelations and semantic correspondence between words in the Qur'an, which supports to help find inter-related words in it, using linking with distributions that involve important parts in the word embedding. Measurement of the relevance of the word measurement with semantic similarity which is one of the lessons learned in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Extraordinary similarity measures the proximity of a word vector using cosine similarity. The process of converting words in the form of vectors using the fasttext which is the development of the Word2vec algorithm. The dataset is used for translations of the word Al-Qur'an in English and Indonesian. This entry becomes an input into the system then produces a score that represents the interrelationship between words. Evaluation of system output results is to perform performance calculations using Pearson correlation involving the gold standard.
