Abstract

Salah satu misi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan adalah memperluas kepesertaan JKN mencakup seluruh warga Negara Indonesia paling lambat 1 Januari 2019 melalui peningkatan kemitraan dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat serta meningkatkan kepatuhan kepesertaan. Masyarakat yang belum menjadi peserta JKN dihimbau agar mendaftarkan dirinya sebagai peserta JKN agar tujuan Universal Health Coverage dapat tercapai. Pemerintah menetapkan kembali Peraturan Presiden Nomor 64 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan, dimana per tanggal 1 Juli 2020 akan diberlakukan kenaikan iuran Kelas I menjadi Rp. 150.000, iuran Kelas II menjadi Rp. 100.000, dan iuran Kelas III menjadi Rp. 35.000. Dengan meningkatnya iuran memicu respon dari peserta JKN baik dari Non PBI maupun peserta yang membayar iuran secara mandiri dalam kemampuan dan kemauan membayar secara rutin. Kenaikan iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di masyarakat selalu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Kemampuan masyarakat dalam pembayaran iuran akan berhubungan dengan rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan peserta JKN dalam pemabayaran rutin iuran JKN secara individu dan kolektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan membayar iuran terhadap kemauan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi sebanyak 222.46.000 jiwa. Sampel ditarik secara Purposive Sampling yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis hubungan akan dilakukan menggunakan tabulasi silang dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan membayar iuran (p=0,001) dengan kemauan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin besarnya kemampuan membayar (ability to pay) maka semakin meningkat pula kemauan membayar responden.

Abstract

Service quality assessment is critical because low service quality is supposed to cause low patient satisfaction. A doctor's communication and presence that is not on time is considered a factor that causes the low quality of service to outpatients. This attitude creates the impression of unresponsiveness in serving patients' needs and reducing patient loyalty. This study aims to identify the influence of service quality and doctor's communication partially and simultaneously on patient satisfaction and loyalty. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 40 outpatients who had made return visits at least twice. The data analysis technique started with univariate and bivariate analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study revealed that, individually, the service quality and doctor's communication variables significantly affect patient satisfaction and loyalty; concurrently, the variables of service quality and doctor's communication also significantly influence patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This disease originated in Wuhan, China and continues to spread widely to other regions of the world. An important factor in slowing the transmission of the virus is limiting the social distancing possible by reducing person-to-person contact. The use of telemedicine technology is a twenty-first century approach. There are various advantages to using telemedicine technology, especially in non-emergency/routine care and in cases where the service does not require direct doctor-patient interaction. Objective: This study aims to determine the implementation of telemedicine in health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The type of research is Literature review. Researchers searched data sources from various databases such as PubMed, SAGE journals , ScienceDirect and Mendeley. Article search in English and year of publication 2019-2022. The main keywords are using telemedicine, COVID-19, and developing countries . We summarize the articles included in the study in narrative form. There are 3 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Result: The implementation of telemedicine in developing countries has several supporting and inhibiting factors. Factors supporting the sustainability of telemedicine implementation include easy access to health services for patients in areas that are difficult to reach conventional services, increased patient satisfaction, patient experience using telemedicine before, saving time for patients and health workers, saving costs from the patient side, improving service quality. The inhibiting factor is seen from the aspect of health workers, facilities/infrastructure, and patients. The telemedicine modalities discussed in the articles studied are smartphone-based and web-based telemedicine. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged the use of telemedicine in health services in many developing countries. The successful implementation of telemedicine in health services is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors that require cooperation from various parties so that the implementation of telemedicine services can be even better.

Abstract

Background: The success of implementing a hospital information system depends on its users’ acceptance. The UTAUT model can help identify the factors that determine the intentions and attitudes of information system users. Objective: To identify and analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of hospital information system users based on the UTAUT model. Methods: This study is a literature review by searching through the Pubmed and Sciencedirect electronic databases using a combination of keywords in articles published in 2013-2022, analyzing the acceptance factors of the hospital information system with the UTAUT model, speaking English and meeting the inclusion criteria. The review process is based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. Results: Ten articles showed mixed findings. The influence of the four critical constructs of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intention and use behavior/actual use can be different because it is determined by the research location, respondent demographics, and the way the UTAUT model is applied. Conclusion: The UTAUT model can explain the factors that affect the acceptance of hospital information system users.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) telah mengumumkan tentang perkembangan penyakit Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) menjadi emergensi kesehatan penduduk diseluruh dunia, sehingga timbul rasa kekhawatiran serta menjadi pusat perhatian kepedulian Internasional. Covid-19 memiliki risiko penyebaran yang sangat tinggi dan hampir diberbagai belahan negara yang ada diseluruh dunia sudah terjangkiti virus Covid-19 yang berdampak pada kecemasan masyarakat di dunia khususnya Negara Indonesia. Pada masa pandemic Covid-19, kunjungan pasien tahun 2019 sd 2021 di Puskesmas Sragen terjadi penurunan jumlah pasien dari 36.213 menjadi 25.276 lalu di tahun 2021 menjadi 20.568. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien di Puskesmas Sragen tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey analitik dengan melakukan dinamika korelasi menggunakan desain rancangan cross sectional dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Dari hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa factor-faktor kecemasan yang berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien untuk berobat, peran keluarga paling tinggi pengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien untuk berobat (P 0,006< α 0,05) diikuti pengalaman dan pengetahuan (P 0,019< α 0,05), selanjutnya usia dan perkembangan (P 0,036< α 0,05) dan paling rendah pengaruhnya adalah lingkungan (P 0,046< α 0,05). Simpulan: Faktor-faktor yang mendasari adanya pengaruh kecemasan Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien di Puskesmas Sragen meliputi peran keluarga, pengalaman dan pengetahuan, usia dan perkembangan serta lingkungan.
