Abstract

Religious character education must be applied at all levels of education, especially at the elementary school level. This is because at the elementary school level, they still have a simple mindset so that they have a high chance of being implanted with noble characters. The philosophy of idealism has the same goal as the goal of the Republic of Indonesia, namely to form humans who have noble personalities and have spiritual characters. But in reality, so far the education system in elementary schools has focused more on mastering knowledge, while aspects of religious character seem to have been forgotten. The purpose of this study is to determine the cultivation of religious character education in the perspective of idealism. The results of the study state that religious character and idealistic philosophy are closely related to human morals or noble character.

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization based on the existentialist view of Jean Paul Sartre is an education that prioritizes the freedom of teachers and students in learning. According to Jean Paul Sartre, humans are free creatures. But this freedom must be in accordance with the norms and can be accounted for. Education in the era of globalization has an important role in the formation of student identity, because in the era of globalization, all positive and negative information can be accessed easily, so every human being must be careful in acting. Teachers exist as role models who will become role models for their students both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Existing students are students who are active and creative in learning activities. Students are free to determine the interests and talents of students according to what they like, but this freedom will be the responsibility of students.

Abstract

As we know, Merdeka Learning is a program created by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Makarim, which aims to make learning more enjoyable. This can be implemented in teacher and student innovation in the form of teacher innovation in delivering material accompanied by student innovation and creativity in learning. Taman Siswa as an educational place that was founded on the initiative of Ki Hajar Dewantara has principles that are in accordance with independent learning. These principles are: the individual's right to self-determination, independent learners, community members must be enlightened by education, education must be comprehensive, and the struggle for independence which is synonymous with free learning. Ki Hajar Dewantara's idea is that education is essentially the basis and effort to develop and advance culture, which is based on the values, rules or norms of mysticism and culture that exist in the community. Where culture belongs to every generation. Caring for independence in education can be started from how to develop independence starting from the classroom, education that emphasizes creativity, taste and initiative. Children as students in schools are human figures who are entitled to guidance, because they have their own nature, therefore, as educators, we have a duty to guide them to achieve their life goals. This is the security and happiness they want as members of a human being or society. stract describes in general the issue of the research reported in the manuscript.

Abstract

Realism is an educational philosophy that uses observations, observations, and experiments (experiments). Therefore, this flow has a step-by-step process in which learning through observation can result in experience. This study aims to (a). Describe the philosophy of education of Aristotle's realism. (b). Describe learning by using the Inquiry Learning method. The results showed that Aristotle's Realism Educational Philosophy is a philosophy that instills an understanding that is more important than memorizing and is suitable for learning using the Inquiry method. Realism Educational Philosophy Perspective on the use of the Inquiry Learning method refers to the learning objectives, namely attitudes towards the achievement of stated abilities. The attitude in question is an abstract and concrete fact.

Abstract

: This study aims to explore the message or principle of Thomas Aquinas' philosophy of perennialism in education and its relationship to the implementation of student character building at the elementary school level. The method used in this research is literature study. Perennialism philosophy is a philosophy that also has thoughts about how humans must adapt and adapt to changes in the world. The cultivation of personality or character building through the philosophical approach of Perennialism emphasizes how humans behave in accordance with the good values ​​that exist in themselves, character education is very appropriate if it starts from the elementary school education level where elementary school education is the foundation for further education. Perennialism in education is a cultural heritage from the previous generation to the new generation, in the form of eternal values ​​that are not limited by space and time, always aiming to shape the character of students who can adapt to the times without leaving values ​​and culture national personality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the students activeness and students learning outcomes for elementary school with the Problem Based Learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were the third grade students of SDN Tambahmulyo 02 as many as 20 students. The object of this research is student activiteness and student learning outcomes in Bahasa Indonesia lesson. The data collection by observation and test, while the data analyzed with quantitative descriptive. This test is used to determine the level of students activitiness and students learning outcomes. The result for first cycle was 60% increased to 80% for second cycle. Student learning outcomes for first cycle was 69 increased to 84.5 for the second cycle. The results showed that the Problem Based Learning model could increase of students activeness and students learning outcomes for the third grade students of SDN Tambahmulyo 02.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate citizen participation in performing educational infrastructure quality improvement program in SDN 05 Cakranegara. The methods used in analyzing the research are qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and frequency distribution analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to identify the programs performed in SDN 05 Cakranegara, identify the educational infrastructures in SDN 05 Cakranegara, and identify the citizen participation in SDN 05 Cakranegara. The results of the analysis is the outsanding form of citizen participation is expressing advice and suggestion. And the rung of participation referring to Arnstein tipology is in placation category. In this fifth ladder, placation means that the society already has the influence although in some ways are still made by powerholders to judge the legitimacy of the advice. The data of the respondents are mostly male, 40-50 years old, postgraduates, teacher/lecture as well as enteprenuer and well-earned.

Abstract

The teacher role in the learning process at schools can’t be separated forom amongst non permanent teachers in carrying out tasks. Discipline play significant roles for education, used especially fot motivate teachers to be able to discipline ourselves and to be able to reach work pperformance in carrying out teaching, either individually as well as groups. Lack of teachers who have high will be still working well albeit without supervised by a superior. For developing discipline teachers works to improve performance through supervision at the SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin. Methods used in research action this school research reduce class action. The result showed that through supervision academic implemented for three cycle conducted by the school principal, teachers work discipline increased. The observation made among others : 1) the accuracy of the presence of the teachers at the school 2) the availability of a device of learning 3) teacher attendance at class 4) the use of time learning in class 5) out of teachers in class 6) timeliness in the resolution of a task assigned as well as 7) return the accuracy of teachers from schools. The research was conducted for three cycles, and was based on the results of the analysis on each cycle show discipline on teacher performance is likely to increase on each other indicators, both in number and the percentage of any cycle next year can be achieved and full fill the success of indicators of 90%. Is a direct influence on increased work performance teachers in SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin in meaning development work ethic with working through academic discipline supervision done by the school principal. Hence, when supervision be raised it work school principals discipline was also increase.
