Abstract

The creation of a temporary employee recruitment information system is intended to assist the recruitment process effectively. This application is built with website-based computer technology. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, document analysis. While the system development method uses the Prototype method. The analysis tools used are Flow Of Document, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The software used is PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, laravel framework. The running system has a problem with the process of hiring non-permanent employees who have to deliver hardcopy files to the committee and the committee verifies files, causing the applicants' files to pile up on the floor and office cabinets. The limited number of committees means that the file verification process can take 2 (two) days. The result of this research is in the form of an application that is able to assist prospective employees in obtaining vacancy information, submitting application files and for the committee it can facilitate the process of verifying files and conducting computer tests. Pembuatan sistem informasi penerimaan pegawai tidak tetap ini ditujukan untuk membantu proses penerimaan pegawai dengan efektif. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan teknologi komputer berbasis website. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan yaitu Flow Of Document, Data Flow Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, framework laravel. Sistem yang berjalan memiliki masalah pada proses penerimaan pegawai tidak tetap yang harus mengantarkan berkas hardcopy ke panitia dan panitia melakukan verifikasi berkas, sehingga menyebabkan berkas para pelamar menumpuk di lantai dan lemari kantor. Terbatasnya jumlah panitia mengakibatkan proses verifikasi berkas bisa berlangsung selama 2 (dua) hari. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sebuah aplikasi yang mampu membantu para calon pegawai dalam mendapatkan informasi lowongan, pengumpulan berkas lamaran dan untuk panitia dapat memudahkan dalam proses verifikasi berkas dan pelaksanaan tes secara komputer.
