Abstract

Agriculture was the key to preserving the main supply of food. Internet users could moderate the output of agricultural product. This study aims to explore and indepth analysis on the   agricultural land and its products moderated with internet users could affect the total exports of agricultural materials in. This study used secondary data collected from sesric.org and fao.org from three OIC countries, Idonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei. This study used the number of internet users as a moderating variable on the effect of agricultural production which was divided into several types toward exports. The endogenous variable was total export, a moderating variable was the total of internet users, while the agricultural products were exogenous variables. The data were analyzed using moderated regression analysis to observe if the moderating variable affected exogenous variables. The result found that before the variables such as width of agricultural land, total output of cow’s meat, chicken’s meat, and freshwater fish were being moderated by number of internet users, all of them had no significant effect to total export.

Abstract

The transformation of conventional business transactions into digital-based businesses is strongly influenced by the presence of social media and fintech. The pattern of business interactions does not only take place in traditional and modern markets, but has also penetrated the virtual world. This study aims to examine and explore efforts to optimize the use of social media and fintech for business actors from Muslim millennials in maintaining the sustainability of the business they are engaged in in the face of the Society 5.0 era. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method with a case study model on Muslim millennial business actors carried out in the Bungku Utara district, Morowali, Central Sulawesi. The result found that the use of social media in the form of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram as well as fintech in the form of M-Banking and E-Wallet for business continuity, plays an important role and its use in marketing, sales, market analysis, and forming and developing business networks. The theoretical implications of this research show that there is a need to integrate the use of social media and fintech in business activities by business actors. The practical implications show that the greater the use of social media in business activities, the greater the use of fintech which will support business continuity managed by business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors of Rasullah commendable qualities as partial variable in order to be able to test or examine that has been practiced by Islamic Bank employee at Ponorogo East Java Indonesia. Using 128 of respondents the data analyze quantitively. Data collected from respondent thorugh questionnaire responded on five point Likert scale. The data then analyzed employed Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method using Varimax rotation, which reduced the data into several factors. The findings of this study indicates that commendable qualities of the Prophet Muhammad as business ethics indicators is emerged in 3 factors namely, siddiq, fathana, and tabligh, that probably would affect on costumer retention. Therefore, it is necessary future research to investigate the relationship 3 factors of commendable qualities of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and customer retention in Islamic Bank especially in Ponorogo.

Abstract

Consuming halal products has become a lifestyle and trend for both Muslim and non-Muslim communities throughout the world. Despite creating a large market potential and the government has strong desire to make Indonesia as a reference for world halal producers and encourage the facilitation of knowledge and awareness of halal products. This study aims to determine the effect of the knowledge of SMEs actors about halal certification on willingness to take halal certification and find out whether awareness of halal products has an influence on willingness to take halal certification. This study used a questionnaire in data collection, and the research informants were micro and small business actors in the food and beverage sector. The results of this study found that knowledge has no significant effect on the willingness of SMEs to participate in self-declared halal certification, while awareness has a positive and significant effect on the willingness of SMEs to participate in self-declare halal certification. The implications of this finding can be conveyed to the government in order to conduct intensive socialization regarding free halal certification which can involve micro and small actors who are successful in participating of halal certification.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms in Mitigating the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic specifically on Orphans in Indonesia. This type of research was qualitative with a case study approach. Interviews, observations and documentation were used as data collection techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data content analysis. This research found that there was significant role of Zakat, Infaq and Almsgiving in Mitigating the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic specifically on orphans in Indonesia. The strategy carried out by the Malang City BAZNAS in distribution the scholarship was that the funds disbursed come from the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) infaq funds with 15% salary deductions for three months in 2021 to donate for the recipients of assistance scholarships due to the impact of covid-19 which was approximately 200 recipients of scholarship assistance due to the impact of covid-19. The contribution of this research was to provide a concrete picture regarding the role of Zakat, infaq and alms in realizing the concrete efforts of the Islamic philanthropy system in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
