Abstract

So far, education experts have contributed a lot of thoughts on tips on child sexual education, but the operation of the education process is only through informal education, which is only in the family environment. This study seeks to present the flow of the sexual education process of children at the school level as an integral part of the learning process. This study discusses the contribution of student management to sexual education of children in schools. This study uses library research methods and uses documentation study as a data collection technique. The results revealed that the process of implementing sexual education in students can be carried out in three stages of activities, namely the stages of admitting new students, the learning process, guidance and monitoring. The first stage is through managing new student orientation activities which are divided into male and female groups, new students are accustomed not to mingle with the opposite sex. This activity should also be used by the school to socialize school rules that contain sexual education values. The second stage, management of the learning process in the form of managing student groupings based on gender (gender grouping); determining the learning method through the expository method, discussion method, exemplary method, and habituation method; as well as managing learning programs by incorporating sexual education values ??into formal subjects such as Biology, Sociology, Morals, and Fiqh. The next stage is to carry out structured guidance related to sexual education coaching under the supervision of guidance and counseling teachers. The final stage in the series of sexual education processes in schools is monitoring activities that involve all stakeholders in the school environment such as the principal, vice principal in student affairs, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and even parents.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia in general is still far from what was expected, the 2018 PISA score for Indonesia is ranked 72nd among 77 countries. The quality of education is identical to the maximum processed output. At MTs Negeri 1 Kediri in 2019, one of its students received the highest UNBK scores for SMP and MTs in Kediri Regency. The principal is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education in his school and one of the competences of the principal is as a supervisor. The problems studied were the principal's efforts to improve the quality of education, and the principal's techniques in carrying out supervision in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri 1 Kediri. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test used was to increase the persistence of observations and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, the efforts made by the principal included the formulation of a madrasah vision and mission, a solid team, developing the knowledge of educators, integrating curriculum, facilitating student interests and talents, realization of literacy programs, and maximizing information technology. While the techniques used in improving the quality of education include individual supervision techniques in the form of class visits and observations, individual meetings, and self-assessment. Also group supervision techniques in the form of teacher orientation, teacher meetings, discussions, workshops, exchange of experiences.

Abstract

Social responsibility or Corporate Social Responsibility is not only to complement obligations based on law and morals, but it is also present as a strategy for society and the company to survive for a long time. If this Social Responsibility is eliminated it will have an impact on the company, one of which will bear a lot of financing. But if on the other hand the company carries out its Social Responsibility properly, including ensuring the distribution of financing fairly and correctly, then this will later lead to benefits in a long period of time for the company. BRI Syariah in carrying out CSR in the field of education provides a program called Education Benefits which aims to support the quality of education in the community. In 2018 the Company has carried out around 33 activities including: providing scholarship financing to outstanding students who are categorized as poor students in 9 universities, then providing scholarships to children of BRI Syariah employees who are ordinary workers, Providing financing assistance for renovation of madrasah and early childhood education in Bogor, Palangkaraya and Lebak Banten and held SIMPEL (Simpanan Pelajar) activities throughout Indonesia. In 2017 BRI Syariah collaborated with Baznas to hold a Santripreneur Program namely Quail Cultivation, Then there is also one university that collaborates with BRI Syariah, namely UIN Walisongo Semarang which on February 24 2020 entered into a memorandum of understanding or (MoU).

Abstract

Humans are creatures who have a great sense of curiosity. In its history, humans are creatures who do not stop to philosophize, which in essence is that human beings will always seek a truth. Especially how humans are able to manage their own thoughts. relating to humans who will not be separated from the problem of their thinking, this is related to the study of philosophy. Abstract

In order to obtain maximum learning outcomes, students must have persistence in learning and be able to manage time in learning. Good time management (regulation) will produce something good too, such as learning outcomes that match expectations. This research is a descriptive correlational study using a quantitative approach. Using numerial or numeric data analysis. The data collection method is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and observation. The subjects of this study were all students with a population of 30 students. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of time management on student learning outcomes in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang. The results of this study indicate (1) the time management of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang. Diwek Jombang was declared good with a percentage of 43.33%, (2) The learning outcomes of students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang were stated to be quite good with a percentage of 60%, (3) There was a significant influence between time management on The learning outcomes of students in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang with a value of 0.019 are smaller than the probability value of 0.05.

Abstract

KThe head of a madrasa is a person who leads an educational institution where one of the duties is a Motivator. The results showed that: The principal of madrasah increased teacher motivation. Namely a) Motivating morale through providing good infrastructure in accordance with the capabilities of the madrasah and holding general recitation, b) Creating togetherness between teachers and friends. c) Disciplinary fostering, this is done through meetings or deliberations with teachers and employees. d) Giving awards this is done through giving praise and giving gifts or rewards to teachers who are considered to have achievements. e) Creating security in the environment. f) Building active and creative working groups. g) Developing the teaching profession. The inhibiting factor arises from the existence of personal problems in terms of personality such as from the side of his family, the learning that comes in the morning and those that enter the afternoon, must know the ability of each teacher so that when giving assignments according to their abilities, each person's behavior is different so they must also respond in different ways. , the morale of the teachers is sometimes great, sometimes it also decreases. The supporting factors are: Always motivating and motivating each other, providing facilities, and understanding the differences in the character of each teacher.
