Abstract

Students play an important role in learning computers, especially in the process of education and learning. According to Law No. 14 of 2005 article 51 paragraph 1 item b states that students are entitled to receive awards for their performance during computer Learning . On the other hand, information technology continues to develop rapidly, one of the developments in information technology is the emergence of Decision Support Systems. Decision support system is a system that helps decision makers in making a decision.There are many methods or algorithms that can be used in decision support systems, including Weighted Product (WP), TOPSIS, Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods and others. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method that has been widely used in Decision Support Systems. This method has the ability to measure the degree of consistency of the decisions to be made. One of the consistency calculations performed in the AHP method is the calculation of the consistency ratio, which in this calculation is done using the value of the random index (IR). Over time, many researchers have conducted research on the value of the Analytical Hierarchy Process random index, so there are many new random index values in addition to the AHP random index found by students.

Abstract

The use of Internet of Things technology can be implemented in various aspects, one of which is the field of energy generation. The generation of electrical energy, especially biomass fuel, can be one way to achieve more environmentally friendly energy generation. Design prototype smart portable biomass powerplant includes monitoring and control of the generating system. The monitoring and control system is designed to be able to run automatically integrated with the Internet of Things system. To increase the ease of use of the tool, the system is connected in real-time with the internet. Data acquisition with sensors connected to the controller is carried out to observe the condition of the combustion chamber, turbine and generator components. The results of this data acquisition can then be monitored in real-time on a platform that can be done remotely. The control process on the prototype includes protection measures on the device in case of fault so as to provide further damage prevention measures and can be done wirelessly using the same system. Prototype testing results using Arduino mega2560 controller and ACS712 current sensor, voltage sensor, MQ-2 gas sensor and esp32 cam were found to be able to work well and monitor both the condition of the combustion chamber, the power generated by the generator to biomass combustion levels. Then the test also proved to be able to provide remote process control to protect the tool from overheating, overcurrent protection and excessive incomplete combustion process.

Abstract

The level of satisfaction is an important measure in evaluating the extent to which the needs and expectations of a person or group are met by a product, service, or experience. The concept is often used in a business context to measure how well a product or service meets customer expectations. The level of satisfaction can be measured through various methods such as surveys, interviews or analysis of consumer behavior data. The results of this satisfaction level evaluation provide valuable insights for companies in improving the quality of their products or services, as well as maintaining customer loyalty. Therefore, the author will conduct a study on the level of employee satisfaction Department of food using machine learning approach with C4.5 method. This study aims to explore the patterns and factors that significantly affect the level of employee satisfaction in the context of the Department of food. The C4.5 method was chosen because of its ability to handle complex and diverse data, as well as being able to provide insight into the relationship of complex and non-linear variables.

Abstract

Poverty is a real problem in many regions, including in Banten. Poverty has a very broad impact, including its negative impact on economic growth. This study aims to identify the effect of poverty on economic growth by using secondary data from various sources such as BPS, and Related Literature. The result is that there is a negative relationship between the level of poverty and economic growth. Poverty can hinder economic growth through a variety of channels, including reduced labor productivity, decreased purchasing power, and lack of access to education. Therefore, efforts to reduce poverty are expected to support sustainable economic growth. This study is intended to contribute to broaden horizons related to the relationship between poverty and economic growth and provide relevant policy implications to address the problem of poverty and increase economic growth in Indonesia, especially in Banten province.

Abstract

The Panai dialect of Malay is the mother tongue used by the speaking community in four sub-districts in Labuhanbatu Regency. The reduced number of native speakers who are skilled in the Panai Malay dialect can threaten the sustainability of this language. Efforts to preserve the Panai Malay dialect must be made to avoid extinction. One way that can be done is to document vocabulary in the form of a translator application. This study aims to create an application translator for the Panai-Indonesian dialect of Malay by applying natural language processing. As for the potential users of this application, they are the people of Labuhanbatu in general, especially those in the four sub-districts previously described. The stages of the research method used were: requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This research focuses on technology for improving information and communication technology content in the context of local wisdom (culture and language) in Indonesia. The focus of this research is in line with the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of Labuhanbatu University, which covers the fields of information and communication technology and cultural arts. From the results of this study, it is hoped that local wisdom in Labuhanbatu Regency will be maintained as social capital for the resilience of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Data Mining is a technique for finding, searching, or extracting new information or knowledge from a very large set of data, by integration or merging with other disciplines such as statistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, making Data Mining as one of the tools to analyze data and then produce useful information. Association Rule is a process in Data Mining to determine all associative rules that meet the minimum requirements for support (minsup) and confidence (minconf) in a database. In Association Rule, there are 2 methods that can be used, namely a priori method and FP-Growth method, where FP-Growth method is the development of a priori method where a priori method there are still some shortcomings such as there are many patterns of data combinations that often appear (many frequent patterns), many types of items but low minimum support fulfillment, it takes quite a long time because database scanning is done repeatedly to get the ideal frequent pattern. In this study the method used is a priori algorithm method, a priori algorithm method is one of the alternative ways to find the most frequently appearing data sets (frequent itemset) without using candidate generation that is suitable for analyzing a transaction data. Coffee analysis is a Cafe Shop engaged in the sale of food and beverages that many food and beverage sales transactions. Open on November 7, 2021 coffee analysis penetrates 245 sales transactions and this transaction data continues to grow every day.

Abstract

Indonesia has been growing rapidly, one of which can be seen from the economy and technology in Indonesia, at this time the community is almost entirely using machine power technology as a helper of daily life, and the community has also processed a lot of its finances by way of stock investment, with stock investment, the community believes that stocks are invested safer and more profitable. Shares are securities that show proof of ownership or capital market participation of investors in a company (BNI) and shares have a value that is up and down (volatile). Stocks are very important in a company and stocks are a trigger for rising profits in the company.  The rise and fall of stock prices in Indonesia has an adverse effect on companies, especially PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. the cause of the rise and fall in stock prices is usually caused by several things, namely the condition and performance of the company, risk, dividends, interest rates, economic conditions, government policies, government issues or other issues, the rate of inflation, supply and demand. Machine learning tools used in predicting stocks, using machine learning, the data obtained is more accurate. Machine learning is an artificial intelligence that can process data that is useful for consideration in making decisions and solving problems.      Linear regression algorithm is one of the methods used to predict stock data in Bank Negara Indonesia. Linear regression algorithm tries to model the relationship between two variables by matching the linear equation of the stock data to be studied. One variable is considered the explanatory variable and the other variable is called the dependent variable. Prediction a process for systematically estimating BNI stock data that will appear in the future using data obtained from the past. Thus the company can easily find out the stock data in the future.

Abstract

Employee performance analysis using the C4.5 algorithm in data mining aims to identify and classify employees based on their performance. The analysis process includes several stages, namely data analysis, preprocessing, model design in data mining, and method evaluation. From 47 sample data analyzed, the results show that 40 employees have good characters, while 7 employees have bad characters. Good employee characters are characterized by punctuality and high discipline in carrying out their duties. Conversely, bad employee characters are characterized by unpunctuality and low discipline, which have a negative impact on productivity and efficiency in the workplace. The results of this classification help identify areas that require more attention and intervention to improve overall employee performance. Model evaluation is carried out using two widgets, namely Test and Score and Confusion Matrix. The evaluation results of these two widgets show perfect accuracy of 100%. Meanwhile, the Confusion Matrix widget shows that all predictions are in accordance with the actual data without any errors in classification. These results confirm that the C4.5 algorithm is very effective and accurate in classifying employee performance. The perfection of the evaluation results shows that the C4.5 algorithm is very suitable for use as a classification model in employee performance analysis. The 100% accuracy of both widgets indicates that this algorithm is not only able to predict correctly but also consistently in various evaluation tools.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how the tourism sector influences economic growth in the city of Bandung, West Java in the period 2014 to 2023. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression by maximizing the SPSS 25 program with a quantitative approach. Data obtained via BPS Bandung City and West Java Open Data. This research shows that the tourism sector, namely the restaurant sector, has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of the city of Bandung, which means that if the number of restaurants increases, economic growth will increase. Meanwhile, the number of tourists and the hotel sector have a positive but not significant effect on the economic growth of the city of Bandung. This shows that it is necessary to increase the number of tourists and the number of hotels to increase the economic growth of the city of Bandung.”

Abstract

This research is based on the desire to analyze the role of global communication strategies in current global marketing practices where competition is high. The analytical tool is a qualitative method used by the author, namely to fill in the data or information collected with the final result in the form of writing. This method is used to describe and explain management strategies for dealing with waqf problems through collecting information and studying documents, such as e-books, journal articles and papers. The ideas that will be put forward highlight: first, the concept of global marketing communications; second, variables that influence global communication; third, global marketing communications strategy; fourth, the benefits of global marketing communications. The research results concluded that the marketing activities implemented were based on a planned strategy design based on the results of an analysis of the competitive conditions of a product's industry at various levels of the product life cycle, which needed to be communicated between the company and the target market. In this activity, global marketing communication is very important, because through appropriate marketing communication in accordance with culture, life style, buying habits, consumer consumption patterns, communication media, target consumers.
