Abstract

Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI) is a collection of student data that must be owned before graduating from university, in this letter various academic skills (soft skills) and non-academic skills (hard skills) are listed. Each university has the goal of creating the best graduates in certain fields so that they can become a benchmark for companies in recruiting their graduates. This SKPI is issued to complete the Diploma and Academic Transcripts. And is proof of having completed a certain level of education, and a transcript of a list of grades, achievements during lectures. SKPI describes the skills needed as prerequisites to compete in the world of work which can be seen from their academic background. The legal basis is the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 81 of 2014 concerning Diplomas, Competency Certificates, and Higher Education Professional Certificates. In making this SKPI it can be said that it has not worked well because it has several weaknesses such as collecting data for each student in his achievements during the study process, therefore designing and building an information system to facilitate the performance of making this SKPI is needed. In designing the system build using the 4D learning device development method (define (definition), design (design), develop (development), disseminate (dissemination).

Abstract

Clustering of book borrowing patterns in the University of Labuhanbatu library aims to identify and understand student preferences and habits in borrowing books. With this analysis, the library can be more effective in managing book collections, ensuring the availability of frequently borrowed books, and improving the quality of service according to student needs. Using clustering techniques also helps in designing a more targeted book procurement strategy, so that existing resources can be optimally utilized to support the teaching and learning process. In this study, the methods used are Kf-Growth and Apriori to identify book borrowing patterns. Kf-Growth is used to find frequent itemsets or collections of books that are often borrowed together, while Apriori is used to generate association rules that reveal the relationships between borrowed books. Both of these methods allow for a more in-depth and comprehensive analysis of book borrowing patterns in the library, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and identify significant relationships between items. This process involves several stages, including data preprocessing, algorithm application, and evaluation of the results to ensure the validity and accuracy of the resulting clustering. The results of the clustering analysis show a very good confidence value, with many male and female students borrowing the book "Pengantar Akuntansi" consistently. This borrowing pattern shows that books related to economics and accounting have a high level of demand. The Kf-Growth and Apriori methods have proven to be very effective in clustering, providing accurate and reliable results. With these results, the Labuhanbatu University library can take more informative and strategic steps in managing book collections, ensuring that frequently borrowed books are always available, and improving the borrowing experience for students.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of the open unemployment rate on poverty rates in Banten province from 2018 to 2022. The variables examined include poverty levels as the dependent factor and the open unemployment rate as the independent factor. Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilizes secondary data retrieved from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and applies the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The findings indicate that the open unemployment rate variable exhibits a negative and statistically insignificant effect on poverty rates when analyzed individually. This suggests a one-way correlation between open unemployment levels and poverty levels.

Abstract

Prediksi harga saham yang akurat sangat penting bagi investor untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang bijak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi harga saham harga close tiga bank besar di Indonesia menggunakan algoritma backpropagation neural network. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis harian dari Yahoo Finance, preprocessing data, dan pembuatan model neural network dengan satu hidden layer. Evaluasi model menggunakan metrik RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model prediksi memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi untuk ketiga bank. Bank Mandiri mencapai performa terbaik dengan 3 neuron hidden layer, learning rate 0.01, dan toleransi error 0.000001, menghasilkan RMSE 49.565, MAE 38.3087, dan MAPE 0.63%. Bank BRI optimal dengan 12 neuron hidden layer (RMSE 50.003, MAE 29.5462, MAPE 0.74%), sementara Bank BCA dengan 6 neuron hidden layer (RMSE 62.434, MAE 47.7587, MAPE 0.51%). Kesimpulannya, algoritma backpropagation neural network terbukti efektif dalam memprediksi harga saham penutup dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi, ditunjukkan oleh nilai MAPE di bawah 1% untuk ketiga bank.

Abstract

Labuhanbatu District Social Office is an institution implementing social affairs of government under and responsible to the head of the region (Regent).  In this case the Labuhanbatu District Social Service Office applies many arrangements in between what happens. The way that is done is very manual, namely by setting the queue NumberOne by one. With a very small limit on the number of passengers, this causes queues to accumulate, coupled with situations that affect his daily life. In the process of service that is done, there is a way of service that must be done because a lot of attention should be paid to the way the service is done now is not very effective. So it is necessary to create a simulation of community service system that can identify community services in the Office of Social Services Labuhanbatu District. During the service takes place the time needed between one another in getting the service to be efficient first came to be served in the service. The reason for the research using this topic is that research on the topic is still not done in the Labuhanbatu District Social Service with Inter-system using Single Channel-Multi Phase method.  So that the Social Service of Labuhanbatu Regency can serve the community to the maximum and the community feels comfortable and fair.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the information system used in local government private vocational schools, which plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of schools, including the teaching and learning process, administration and financial management. The research method used is benchmarking, which involves collecting data through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The research results show that the existing information system still has several weaknesses, such as lack of integration between systems, inaccurate data reporting, and low efficiency in data processing. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations for improving the information system in local government private vocational schools to make it more effective and efficient in supporting school activities.

Abstract

Poverty is a situation where individuals or groups are unable to meet their basic needs to maintain and improve a dignified life. The education index has a significant relationship with economic growth. Poverty can negatively impact economic growth, as it can hinder people's access to quality education. Over a specified period, economic growth reflects continuous changes in a country's economic conditions towards a more sustainable and improved state. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. From the significant correlation results (Sig.(2-tailed)), the probability figure for GDP is 0 > 0.05, for Poverty (X1) the probability is 0.939 > 0.05 which correlates with GDP (Y), and for the Education Index (X2) the probability is 0.637 > 0.05 which also correlates with GDP (Y). This indicates that there is a significant correlation between poverty and the education index with economic growth.

Abstract

The most serious problem faced by a country in realizing economic development is poverty. This study was conducted to see the effect of agriculture, industry, and trade on poverty reduction. The method used is the static panel regression method to analyze the relationship and influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.  The results showed that there was a negative effect of the agricultural sector on the poverty rate and there was a positive effect of the industrial sector on poverty, but the trade sector had no effect on poverty. Then simultaneously the agricultural, industrial, and trade sectors affect the poverty rate.

Abstract

Dalam era digital seperti sekarang adalah zaman yang maju. Dalam kemajuan tersebut didukung oleh teknologi yang berkembang pesat. Komputer dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan antusias peserta didik. Media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dapat menyajikan materi pembelajaran secara visual dan audio yang lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, media pembelajaran berbasis komputer juga dapat memberikan umpan balik secara langsung kepada peserta didik, sehingga dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami materi pembelajaran dengan lebih baik ,  tempat penelitian SDN 22 Rantau Utara merupakan salah satu sekolah Dasar Negeri di daerah Pulo Padang yang beralamat di Pasir Tinggi, kecamatan rantau utara kabupaten labuhanbatu sumatra utara. SDN 22 Rantau Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Adobe Flash sebagai aplikasi perancangan animasi pengenalan huruf dan angka.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources. nature tourism has a unique and interesting natural wealth as the main attraction for people who like to visit nature. Saving the environment and biodiversity becomes very important, and nature tourism can be a means to increase public awareness and involvement in Nature Conservation. Each of these tours has its own beauty and characteristics. Tourism is one of the sectors that has the opportunity to become the largest foreign exchange contributor in Indonesia, tourism growth in indonesia was recorded at 7.2 percent per year, higher than the average world tourism growth of only 4.7 percent. Labuhanbatu Regency is one of the regions of North Sumatra that has a good tourism sector.but in the dissemination of information  about tourism is still a manual, among others, the provision of brochures, posters, pamphlets to tourists who visit. The Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and tourism does have a website about natural tourism in Labuhanbatu but its webiste can not be opened, and the automatic development of natural tourism can not be updated to the website. At the time of the tour, the tourists also must be really tired on the way and want to stay at the tourist attractions. To ensure the presence or absence of lodging in these tourist attractions,it is very necessary for the website to more easily find out information about natural attractions in Labuhanbatu Regency.
