Abstract

Analysis of factors influencing people’s income after tsunami. Income is the main factor in improving the walfare of society. Post-tsunami community life certainly very difficult, all sources of income and their property destroyed by the brunt of the tsunami waves. Human capital, physical capital and economic capital and social capital is also a key factor in increasing rural incomes post-tsunami. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence people’s income after the tsunami. Data were analyzed by regression analysis. The research show that social capital is a factor which significantly affect the increase in income after the tsunami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembentukan kawasan perlindungan laut (Marine Protected Areas/MPA) di Pulo Aceh, Indonesia, dengan menggunakan input dari analisis Sistem Informasi Geografis. Langkah-langkah pengelolaan adalah diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa sumber daya laut dapat hidup dan ekosistem dapat dilestarikan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjuk daerah-daerah tertentu sebagai daerah perlindungan laut (DPL). Pulo Aceh meliputi 24,961.9 hektar yang terdiri dari habitat daratan dan habitat lautan yang terpilih sebagai kawasan MPA. Zonasi di kawasan konservasi laut didasarkan pada data ekologi dan data ekologi konservasi, sosial ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Zona utama yang telah ditetapkan dan dipetakan dalam kawasan konservasi, yaitu zona inti (94,14 ha atau 0,38 %), zona pemanfaatan (15,144.86 ha atau 60,67 %) dan zona penyangga (1,038.77 ha atau 4,16 %). Zona inti sangat dilarang dari kegiatan pengambilan hasil laut, pariwisata dan ekonomi, sementara kegiatan penelitian dan konservasi dapat diperbolehkan. Zona pemanfaatan dibagi menjadi area untuk pariwisata, penggunaan tradisional, penggunaan pelagis, penelitian dan pelatihan. Akomodasi permanen untuk kegiatan pariwisata atau pengambilan sumber daya alam diperbolehkan melalui pelaksanaan proses penilaian dampak lingkungan terlebih dahulu. Kegiatan di zona penyangga adalah sangat terbatas dan dikendalikan sepenuhnya hanya untuk kegiatan pengambilan hasil laut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate 27 potato accession numbers from crosses that have disease resistance of  P. infestans ( late blight ), knowing the potential production of 27 clones of potato accession numbers from crosses. Results showed the intensity of the disease are observed including six resistant clones 22.22% (PT4, AP3, PT3, AP4, AP7, and PT2) with the intensity of attacks between 9.70-18.33%, 14.81% four moderately resistant clone (PT1, PT5, AP8 and AP2) with the intensity of 20.48-37.50%, 12%  moderately susceptible clones 44.44 (RP5, RP18, RP7, RP16, RP 6, RP 8, RP3, RP2, RP14, RP17, Rp13, and RP10) with the intensity of attacks 45.00-59, 12%, and 18-52% five clones were classified as susceptible (RP4, RP15, RP 9, AP1 and AP6) with the intensity of attacks between 68.18-100%. Intensity of the relationship is linear with the number of bulbs, with the model equation Y = 17 594 - 0.174x. (R2 = 0.264), the intensity of the relationship with tuber weight is linear, with the model equation Y = 404 817-4.606x. (R2 = 0.297) and the intensity of the bulb volume is linear, with a regression model Y = 346 010- 4.081x. (R2 = 0.292).
