Abstract

The modeling of retaining wall is adapted to the real conditions on Balerejo Kalegen Street. This wall modeling uses a Cantilever type wall which has a height of 550 cm and a width of 385 cm which is useful for calculating the minimum strength of a cantilever wall for retaining the soil on the Balerejo Kalegen road. In addition, this wall is modeled to have a width of 55 cm, a heel width of 130 cm, a foot width of 130 cm, the width of the next leg is 100 cm, with a wall that enters it is 50 cm and using evenly distributed load variations has been adjusted where the load used is the burden amounting to 11,138, 5.5, 0.3869 tons. When inputting data into SAP 2000 beforehand, calculations must be made related to the force that will affect the wall, then modeling the walls according to the Cantilever shape. After that, Cantilever wall that has been made can be calculated compressive strength and shear strength where the compressive strength of the front wall with an average of 175,154 tons m, the back with an average of 62,666 tons m, the average front heel 866,054 tons m , and the back heel averages 910,463 tons m. Keywords: Cantilever, Retaining Walls, SAP 2000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the properties of non-sand concrete with variations in the amount of mixing fly ash. This property was analyzed by compressive strength test. We also do calculations using the MATLAB application with interactive script methods. There are 16 numbers of test objects conducted in this study. The specimen is cylindrical with a size of 7.5 cm and a height of 15 cm. Flying ash variations used ranged from 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75%. In this research, we use 1: 6 between cement and gravel. The results of the average compressive strength obtained in the mixture of 0% fly ash are 1,172 MPa, 25% 0.871 MPa, 50% 2,367 MPa and 1,465 MPa for mixture of 75% fly ash. The best compressive strength results on the 50% fly ash mixture. The density is also affected by the mixing of this fly ash. The greater the mixing of the fly ash, the smaller the density value. Keywords: compressive strength, density, fly ash, MATLAB

Abstract

Abstrac This research was conducted to determine the effect of the addition of waste shells and shell powder glass powder on the compressive strength of concrete. The method used is to use the experimental method by making test specimens with a mixture of waste shells powder shells and glass powder by 4%; 8%; 12% then compared with normal concrete without added ingredients. Concrete specimens that have been soaked then tested their compressive strength with the age of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. The results of the test showed that normal concrete which was not added with the waste of shell powder and glass powder had compressive strength under mixed concrete variations of 4%, 8%, and 12 % when the concrete was 28 days old. Concrete which is added with waste of shell powder and glass powder has  a high yield at 4% variation that is equal to 20,66 MPa. For concrete Variasi of 8% has a compressive streng value of 20,17 MPa, For variations of 12% has a compressive strength value of 20,46 MPa and for normal concrete has a compressive strength of 20,16 MPa at the age 28 days. The compressive strength value generated by the research that occurs due to the slump test value factor that is done is not the same.                       Keywords: Concrete, scallop waste powder, Glass powder waste, concrete compressive strength.

Abstract

One form and effort of the government in tackling crime corruption in the case of goods and services procurement is by preparing and improve the governance of procurement of goods / services based on government electronic (E-Procurement) through the implementation of a direct purchasing system goods / services based on an electronic catalog (E-Purchasing). Deep problems This research is whether the form of applying a purchase through a catalog system e-Purchasing can prevent corruption and whether inhibiting factors for the application of E-Purchasing. Problem approach which is used is a normative juridical approach and empirical juridical approach.Primary data obtained through interviews with several sources while secondary data were obtained through literature study. Based on the results the research and discussion concluded that, the application of purchasing through Electronic catalog system (E-Purchasing) influences prevention efforts corruption in the procurement of goods / services. But in practice there is several inhibiting factors in the application of purchasing goods and services through electronic catalog system (E-Purchasing) including: law enforcement factors and factors of facilities / infrastructure or facilities that support law enforcement.Suggestions in this study are expected to be a strategy in response to actions criminal corruption in the procurement of goods / services if it will be done consistently with a preventive approach in the form of prevention by using the tools at outside of criminal law (non-penal), it is necessary to increase cooperation between Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP), provider, distributor of goods / services, and procurement manager.

Abstract

This paper contains an analysis of the loading and the position of rock in the bridge foundation based on the rock's response to the force that will be tested with "Graphic User Interface (GUI)" program using MATLAB. This paper also explains the preparation of bridge foundation modeling based on the forces tested on the rock named ‘x’. The response forces discussed in this paper are normal force, latitude force and moment force.                 The data is processed using MATLAB software and then presented in the form of tables, graphs and 2D modeling that shows the loading and the position of rocks correspondence to the bridge foundation. After obtaining the rock’s ‘x’ data, the data is then processed using Graphic User Interface program, through the program moment force graphs, normal force graphs, latitude graphs can be obtained which later these results can be considered for modeling the loading and the position of the rock’s ‘x’.                 Through the data processing that has been done, zero normal force is obtained, and the latitude has a value of about (0 to 8) N and the moment force of about (-60 to 0) N. Based on these calculations it was found that the rock’s 'x' can be modeled by arranging it rectangle with center of gravity evenly distributed at the center. And the model that are used is the placement pinch model because it does not have translational and rotational values so that the rock ‘x’ is suitable to be the bridge's foundation. Keywords: Shear forces, Bending Moment, Normal Forces, GUI, Modelling

Abstract

Concrete is one of the construction materials that is currently widely used by the community to build buildings. This is evidenced by the large number of construction of buildings, roads, irrigation channels and other construction. Until now, Indonesian people still use a little concrete. The problem that we want to know is how the effect of adding mosquito wire fiber to compressive strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete using concrete quality fc '= 19.3 MPa. The purpose of this study is to add additional mosquito wire fiber can be used as an added component of concrete components that have high strength and good quality but are economically valuable for compressive strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus. The method used is secondary and primary data. The results of this study are compressive strength 0% = 15,839 MPa, 1% = 13,657 MPa, 3% = 10,137 MPa, 5% = 9,173 MPa, tensile strength 0% = 7,392 MPa, 1% = 8,205 MPa, 3% = 8,504 MPa, 5% = 9,038 MPa. and elastic modulus 0% = 29131,385 N / mm2, 1% = 14575.68 N / mm2, 3% = 10303,133 N / mm2, 5% = 7030,893 N / mm2. The results of this study found that the addition of mosquito wire fiber can reduce the compressive strength of concrete and modulus. While the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity increase. So that the mosquito wire is not suitable for concrete compressive strength and elastic modulus.

Abstract

Visual display is a technique that utilizes tools on the computer to explore and to present information. There are some variation of visual display methods that have been developed and widely used in the needs of geovisualization and cartography such us Parallel Coordinate Plot (PCP), Space Time Cube (STC), Self-Organize Map (SOM) and Cartogram. This research uses these methods includes definitions and functions, recommendations for using an application and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Applying the right visualization is based on the needs or goals of geovisualization because each visual display has unique characteristics.
