Abstract

Development in the field of construction is very rapid, including in the construction of housing, hospital offices and so on. Concrete as a building material has long been used and widely applied by the community because it has advantages - advantages over other structural materials which have good strength, fire resistance, resistance to weather changes, and are relatively easy in construction. This research was conducted to determine the effect of substitution with Texafone additives on concrete compressive strength. The method used in this study is to make lightweight concrete substitute for texafon additives by 0%, 10% and 30% of the weight of lightweight Concrete sand which has been cured during 7 days later it was tested to get the compressive strength of lightweight concrete. The results showed the value of 0% substitution strength at 7 days is 6.2 Mpa, while an additional 10% is 5.21 Mpa and an additional 30% is 4.51 Mpa.

Abstract

Abstract In remote areas, there are many simple bridges (non-engineered bridges) that are damaged. One alternative to solve the problem of bridges in remote areas for pedestrians is to use a wooden frame bridge. The truss system bridge is an ideal form and is easily renewable and easily available which is prone to buckling. Some forms of truss bridges that are widely applied are the Warren truss, Pratt truss, Howe truss, and K-truss types. This study discusses the effect of frame shape on the ratio of weight and deflection that occurs due to pedestrian loads on short spans (L=4m). In the development of this frame shape, it refers to the frame shape that is widely applied, using loading according to SNI 1725-2016 and cold rolled cross section analysis based on SNI 7971-2013. The data required is the height of the girder is 2.1m and the width is 0.7m. Refers to SNI 1725 Loading bridges, and the control structure refers to SNI T-12-2004 (Concrete Structure Planning for Bridges). The analysis begins by determining the dimensions of the girder geometry, Sap 2000 software. The results of the analysis show that the calculation with Sap 2000 and graphed shows the equation y = 82.782 x δ – 2.555562, the maximum deflection is L/500, which is 0.08 cm. So, the load that produces a deflection of 0.08 cm is 7.425 kg. In this plan, the katu sengon material is used with a beam dimension of 8/12 and in the final design the bending stress is 32 kg/cm2 which is smaller than the allowable bending stress of 100 kg/cm2 Keywords: Truss Bridge, Wooden, Pedestrian Bridge, SAP 2000

Abstract

Abstrac This research was conducted to determine the effect of the addition of waste shells and shell powder glass powder on the compressive strength of concrete. The method used is to use the experimental method by making test specimens with a mixture of waste shells powder shells and glass powder by 4%; 8%; 12% then compared with normal concrete without added ingredients. Concrete specimens that have been soaked then tested their compressive strength with the age of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. The results of the test showed that normal concrete which was not added with the waste of shell powder and glass powder had compressive strength under mixed concrete variations of 4%, 8%, and 12 % when the concrete was 28 days old. Concrete which is added with waste of shell powder and glass powder has  a high yield at 4% variation that is equal to 20,66 MPa. For concrete Variasi of 8% has a compressive streng value of 20,17 MPa, For variations of 12% has a compressive strength value of 20,46 MPa and for normal concrete has a compressive strength of 20,16 MPa at the age 28 days. The compressive strength value generated by the research that occurs due to the slump test value factor that is done is not the same.                       Keywords: Concrete, scallop waste powder, Glass powder waste, concrete compressive strength.

Abstract

Bangunan akan gagal dan hancur akibat gempa, apabila bangunan tersebut tidak mampu menahan beban gempa. Begitupun juga dengan atap baja yang mengalami kerobohan, salah satu faktor penyebabnya ialah perencanaan struktur yang kurang matang. Pada gedung pertanahan berada di jalan Manukwari, Satreyan, Kecamatan Kanigora, Kabupaten Blitar merupakan gedung dua lantai dengan struktur bangunan dari beton bertulang dan untuk struktur rangka atap dari baja WF. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil analisa perhitungan struktur rangka atap baja dan beton bertulang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni software SAP 2000 yang mengacu pada SNI 1729:2015 tentang Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural, SNI 2847:2013 tentang Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung, dan SNI 1726:2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung. Permodelan bangunan gedung pertanahan Kabupaten Blitar menggunakan SAP2000 tergolong aman karena masih mampu menahan beban yang telah diberikan. Pada perhitungan atap menggunakan SNI 1729:2015 tergolong aman karena tegangan dan lendutan yang terjadi kurang dari tegangan dan lendutan yang diijinkan. Pada perhitungan beton bertulang menggunakan SNI 2748:2013 sudah memenuhi syarat, karena lendutan total kurang dari lendutan ijin pada pelat, tahanan momen nominal lebih besar dari tahanan momen rencana pada balok dan kolom, kuat geser lebih besar daripada gaya aksial untuk pondasi.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) of Sekar Taji are mostly housewives or farmers in Srengat Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. Located on Jl. Mayang Rt 01 Rw 08 Krebet Village environment 4. Has good potential for horticultural cultivation and ornamental plants. The beginning of the establishment of this group was due to the effect of soaring chili prices in 2016 which affected local farmers greatly, then the village head Inggit Budi Santoso took the initiative so that every family or house has its own chili plant at least 5 trees. Over time, this group received Orchid Flower droppings from the Department of Agriculture with the aim of increasing the family’s income. One of the problems with the Sekar Taji farmer group is the problem of marketing orchids and the presence of pests and pathogens. Control is usually carried out by farmers by spraying synthetic pesticides. In this socialization process, we provide an alternative, namely using plant-based pesticides that are more environmentally friendly, through training on the manufacture of plant-based pesticides. The methods used are consultation, training and application. The result of this socialization is an increase in knowledge and skills about the benefits and ways of making vegetable pesticides from plants around the house. Vegetable pesticides can reduce production costs and have potential as a home industry.

Abstract

Eksekusi proyek membutuhkan perencanaan atau manajemen proyek. Artinya, disiplin ilmu yang terlibat dalam perencanaan dan pengorganisasian sehingga tujuan proyek dapat dicapai. Manajemen konstruksi adalah proses praktis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan ilmu pengetahuan dan keahlian yang saling menguntungkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab keterlambatan proyek Jembatan Geyumu Binangan Blitar dan mencari alternative untuk mengatasi keterlambatan pekerjaan konstruksi Jembatan Gemuyu Binangun Blitar. Kuesioner validitas / reliabilitas. Validitas berasal dari kata relevansi yang artinya ketelitian dan ketepatan suatu alat ukur beserta relevansinya adalah suatu ukuran yang menunjukkan bahwa variable yang diukur sebenarnya adalah variable yang valid. Pernyataan dapat diprediksi atau stabil. Kualitas tes yang solid mengacu pada intensitas, konsistensi, prediktabilitas, dan akurasi efek samping tes penelitian Penyebab dari keterlambatan proyek pekerjaan Jembatan Gumuyu Binangun Blitar terjadi karena beberapa faktor yaitu kegagalan pemilik dalam mengkoordinasi pekerjaan, mobilisasi sumber daya lambat, kondisi lingkungan tidak sesuai dugaan, pengajuan contoh bahan tidak terjadwal.Ditinjau dari penelitian ini, bagi pemilik/kontraktor yang berwenang hendaknya lebih memahami jadwal yang telah direncanakan dan lebih tertata atau sering dalam melakukan tool box meeting sehingga dengan harapan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah memberikan dampak dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk pada kondisi ekonomi dan social di Indonesia. Pada lingkup kecil yaitu skala ekonomi rumah tangga. Kelurahan Gaprang berada di Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Sebagian besar ibu PKK adalah ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaan sampingan, dengan membuja warung kecil, sebagian lagi diantaranya ada yang memiliki bisnis online. Dalam upaya menyikapi dampak pandemic covid 19, mereka harus mampu berkecimpung dalam membantu menyokong perekonomian keluarga, dengan memanfaatkan waktu luang mereka seoptimal mungkin agar mampu berkarya dan berproduksi secara ekonomi. Sebagai upaya dalam pemanfaatan waktu luang tersebuit maka dilaksanakan kegiatan edukasi dengan memberikan skill tambahan produk rajutan. Tujuan dalam pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan produktivitasnnya untuk dapat menghasilkan produk rajutan untuk kemudian menjualnya sebagai bentuk kemandirian financial dalam upaya membantu perekonomian rumah tangga.

Abstract

The development of the current era produces increasingly sophisticated facilities with the support of information technology, which can be used as a medium in developing customer satisfaction-oriented business ventures. Technology can not be denied has brought many changes in the dynamics of business competition today. Starting from the birth of new competitors, new product innovations, to the presence of various new business models. One form of technology integration is in marketing practices using digital marketing strategies. This form of digital marketing will be an alternative for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a limited promotional budget. The use of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and websites are alternatives that can be used to create brand awareness, engagement, sales and even loyalty. The integration of application-based digital marketing strategies in a business requires analysis of internal and external factors to determine the most effective digital marketing strategy. appropriate. Abstract

pembangunan suatu kontruksi dengan penggunaan materialbajamenjadi salah satu lebih diminati, serta dapat berkontribusi penting dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhn ekonimi disemua Negara. Penelitian tentang sambungan konttruksi baja dengan pembuatan prototype sangat jarang dilakukan karena pembuatan ekperimental sendiri memiiki tingkat ketelitian perencanaan yang cukup, serta dapat memperoleh hasil yang maksimal serta efisien. Berdasarkan banyak kendala terutama dalam masalah sambungan baut dan las belum adanya penelitian pada ekperimental rangka atap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ekperimental berskala dengan menggunakan literature peneliti terdahulu yang umum digunakan untuk mencari tes uji kekuatan pada kontruksi rangka atap baja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari perhitungan diatas sambungan baut memiliki kuat tarik 6,048 kg/cm², kuat geser 537,6 kg, dan kekuatan tumpu 120 kg. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sambungan baut lebih kuat daripada sambungan las.

Abstract

Measurement of construction companies can be declared good if implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS). Meanwhile, the most important element in the OHSAS implementation program is the company's policy on designing the construction work safety system or support from the Board of Directors for the implementing occupational safety design. This study aims to check the influence of the company's owner on the OHSA quality of the company. The survey was followed by distributing questionnaires to several construction company owners in Blitar for data collection. It was taken to determine whether this research is very influential or not at all regarding the importance of the company's owner's role regarding OHSA and the application of protective equipment to reduce work accidents on the quality and competitiveness of the company in the construction project auction in the construction project for private, local, and national governments. The results of the study showed superiors and directors of construction service companies whose roles and responsibilities have not been maximized in implementing the company’s occupational health and safety management system in Blitar. In this case, the implementation of OHSA by the company indirectly contributes to maintaining the quality of the services provided.
