Jurnal Teknik Sipil (PROKONS), Terbit dua kali dalam setahun. Abstract

Bukit Golf New Araya Estate adalah perumahan baru yang terletak di Desa Tirtomoyo, Kecamatan  Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Perumahan ini memiliki luas kurang lebih 152,47 ha. Perumahan Araya memberikan fasilitas baik diantaranya ruang terbuka hijau, fasilitas umum yang cukup dan drainase yang memadai. Drainase sangat penting untuk menghindari terjadinya banjir dan  mengurangi terjadinya genangan-genangan air yang dapat merusak infrastruktur perumahan tersebut.Tujuan studi ini adalah merancang sistem jaringan dan saluran drainase yang mampu menampung debit banjir rancangan dengan kala ulang 5 tahun. Data curah hujan yang digunakan adalah data hujan dari stasiun Ciliwung dan stasiun Singosari. Untuk menghitung curah hujan rancangan digunakan Metode Log Pearson Tipe III. Setelah curah hujan rancangan dihitung, digunakan rumus Mononobe untuk menghitung intensitas hujan. Untuk menghitung debit banjir rancangan digunakan metode Rasional. Selain merencanakan sistem drainase, studi ini juga bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rincian anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan sistem drainase tersebut dan jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan.Berdasarkan hasil analisa saluran drainase yang akan digunakan adalah tipe gorong-gorong non reinforcement concrete pipe. Dari hasil perencanaan didapat curah hujan rancangan untuk kala ulang 5 tahun adalah sebesar 108,97 m, dan debit banjir rancangan di hilir adalah sebesar 11,97 m3/dt. Jumlah saluran yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 99 saluran. Dimensi gorong-gorong terkecil berdiameter 0,30 m dan yang terbesar berdiameter 2,5 m. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun sistem drainase di kawasan Araya adalah Rp 4.542.795.937,00, dan waktu pelaksanaan konstruksi yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan adalah 222 hari.Kata-kata kunci: drainase, debit banjir rancangan, gorong-gorong, NRCP

Abstract

Concrete cracks on pavement occurred at X Toll Road implementation before the pavement attained the expected time. Consquently, it must be removed and it caused cost and time loss. CIS is a method in which fresh concrete is cured in site, and PPCP is the one in which the pavement is stressed by stretching the steel tendon and anchor into the fresh concrete before live load is applied.  The objective of the study is to compare method between the two from cost and time. California Bearing Ratio (CBR), technical drawing, daily passing vehicle rate, concrete, and itemized work cost were employed. National Association of Australian State Road Authorities (NAASRA) was employed to implement the rigid pavement; American Concrete Institute (ACI) was based on PPCP for the pavement depth design.The calculations result in 27 cm deep of CIS and 20 cm deep of PPCP; IDR 216.336.692.351,25   and 208 workday for CIS ; IDR 222.068.995.407,73 and 158 workdays for PPCPKeywords: cast in situ, cost and time, rigid pavement, prestressed precast concrete pavement

Abstract

Trisula bridge piers located at the delta of Brantas River do not have any protection from the stream of the river when flooding. The purpose of the design is to find out the scouring happens to piers caused by the river flow, to determine what kind of protection used to protect the piers, to plan the implementation method, to find out the cost, and the implementation time.Water discharge, pier dimensions, the span and depth of the river, the condition of piers, and velocity of the flow were needed to find out the scouring by Hydraulic Engineering Circular No. 18 application. The result was employed to determine the type of the protection. To find out the estimated costs were calculated through SNI-2012. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dalam proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung dan dampaknya terhadap efektifitas pencapaian sasaran proyek. Parameter yang ditetapkan untuk memastikan potensi faktor risiko yaitu terdiri dari tingkat signifikansi risiko. Efektifitas pencapaian sasaran proyek diukur dari ketetapatan biaya, waktu dan mutu. Analisis Lintas (Path Analysis) menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko menunjukkan faktor risiko eksternal, internal, internal teknis, dan hukum secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap efektifitas pencapaian sasaran proyek. Abstract

The 4,333 m2-four-floored Intensive Building development project was carried out to accommodate additional facility to the hospital due to the increasing number of patients. Financial analysis is necessary to find out the project cost and to see the operational cost sufficient to meet the building management for 20 years life span according to the building standard. The aims of this analysis are to find out the project cash flow during the life span, financial report, feasibility analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Some data of budgeting, technical drawings, medical equipment procurement cost, hospitalization and out-patient rates were needed. All of them were obtained from interviews and calculations. While Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cash Ratio (BCR), Pay Back Period (PP), and sensitivity analysis were employed to determine the financial feasibility. The calculations result in financial analysis of NPV = 32,989,940,121 > 0; BCR = 1.34 > 1; IRR = 18.83% > Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) = 10%; and PP = 7.2 years. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the most influential factor is occupancy rate, but the project is feasible.Keywords: feasibility, financial analysis, intensive building.

Abstract

400 m long and 16 m wide Simpang Dewa Ruci underpass construction project is a new one in Bali. It is of drilled pile system which need heavy equipment for drilling.The purpose of this study is to find out the unit price of some heavy equipment, like drill pile, excavator back hoe, dump truck, wheel dozer, tandem vibratory roller, asphalt finisher, and pneumatic tire roller.The calculations result in unit price of job the drill with drill pile at IDR 93,921.79/m3, unit price of job entrenchment and soil moving with excavator back hoe at IDR 14,656.22/m3, unit price earth moving work with dump truck at IDR 38,324.82/m3, unit price leveling congeries with whell dozer at IDR 2,644.87/m3, unit price soil compaction and asphalt compaction with tandem vibratory roller at IDR 4,034.93/m3, unit price of the spreading asphalt with asphalt finisher at IDR 34,637.50/m3, and unit price asphalt compaction with pneumatic tire roller at IDR 13,478.42/m3.Keywords: capacity, heavy equipment, productivity, unit price, use

Abstract

Current conditions of available capacities at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport Malang  can only accomodate four planes. The increasing number of aircraft departures and arrivals at The airport by 4.7 percent per year, requires accordance with the requirements. Due to the increasing numbers of departure and arrival, apron enlargement design for the next five year was made using FAA method. The objective of the study is to find out the area of the apron enlargement, pavement depth including the time and cost. CBR data were obtained from Polytechnic soil laboratory, arrival, departure and layout data were from Department of Transportation Malang. From data obtained  FAA method is used to determine the enlargement and pavement depth . The calculations result in 11,253 m2 apron enlargement at a depth of 24 cm at IDR 4,897,100,000 in 133 work days.Keywords: enlargement apron, apron pavement, FAA

Abstract

The existing traffic conditions at the gate of Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang (PIER) located on Surabaya-Pasuruan Highway KM 50, Desa Raci, Bangil, Pasuruan is classified the National Highway type II class 1. It has an average volume of 286 pedestrian / hour (V) and 5175 vehicle / hour (P), so PV2 value is equal to 7.66 x 109. It can be a traffic accident-prone area, especially for pedestrians. Therefore, it needs the facility of Pedestrian Cross Bridge of 17.5 m span and 2.5 m wide. That is why, the writer examines the difference between the two structures in terms of cost. This study comprises planning, detailed engineering design, implementation methods, and cost estimate of castellated steel structures and prestressed concrete voided slab structures.The result of study are as follow : the castellated steel main girder WF 700 x 300 x 13 x 24 at IDR 723,247,800.00 and prestressed concrete voided slab with a size of 970 x 875 diameter 340 mm at IDR 496,282,628.00. From these results, it is concluded that construction of of prestressed concrete voided slab structure is cheaper with price difference IDR 226,965,172.00.Keyword: pedestrian bridge, castellated steel, prestressed concrete voided slab, estimate cost
