Abstract

Completed with the project price of IDR 10,750,900,000.00, the 4-floor office in the area of about 6,688 m2 is located on Jl. Raya Kebon Agung Malang. The existing beam was constructed using concrete beam. The objective of analysis is to make alternatives of beam work by employing Value Engineering (VE) analysis in order to find out the most efficient price. The three beam works to alternate the existing are (1) I section concrete beam, (2) T section concrete beam and (3) composite beam. The analysis started with a literature study in VE references, material cost, and beam work of the project. Next, the structure strength and cost of the existing beam was analyzed followed by the analyses of each alternatives. Finally, the structure strength and cost the existing beam and the alternatives were compared. The results of the study shows structurally the smaller sectional shape the smaller the value of øMn and Mu are produced. In term of cost, the alternative that has the greatest value of saving is alternative 2 or T-shaped concrete beam of 29.39%.Keywords: value engineering, cost saving, beam structure

Abstract

Six hectares Chandra Kirana Regency comprises 223 units. It needs a proper 1854 m drainage system completed with run-off water tanks to avoid it from floods.The objective of the study is to design the drainage system and run-off water tanks able to control the rainwater completed with the implementation cost and time.Site plan, topographic map, and rainfall data were needed to design. Rainfall data from 3 nearby stations: Singosari, Jabung, and Blimbing from 1991-2010 were analyzed to find out the maximum rainfall data and average rainfall regions using Mean Algebra. Log Pearson III was employed to obtain the rainfall, Mononobe method was for the rainfall intensity.The addition of rain water to waste water results in 0,00004 m/sec. cumulative discharge. Based on the result, and 0,5 m diameter culvert rings are designed. 1 m diameter and 2 m deep run-off water tank is of precast concrete. 93 work days implementation time at IDR  1.061.479.450,00.Keywords: design, drainage system, proper, rainwater, water tank

Abstract

Cut and fill is one of the jobs that have to be considered carefully because a lot of heavy equipment is employed. Due to its different capacity, heavy equipment must be carefully and properly selected to maximize its use and minimize the leasing cost. The objective of the study is to find out the optimal time used to operate each heavy equipment, and the leasing cost.  The data were of 5 km project span consisting of 1.425 km cut and 4.575 m3 fill, 1,661,104 m3 cut volume and 377,685.9 m3 fill volume. Excavator PC200-8, dump truck Hino FM260 JD, dozer D65PE-12, compactor SD160 were employed during 1,925 hours, total cost of this project IDR 255.125.700.000,00, and percentage of cut and fill cost is 13,496%.First, identifying the work type and work volume was done to determine the suitable heavy equipment used and the number. Second, determining the decision variable, objective function, and problem function, then put them into linear programming. Those data were processed through LINDO program to find out duration and the overall cost of heavy equipment. The analyses result in 4 alternatives. Alternative 2 is of combination of 21 excavators PC200-8, 55 dump truck Hino FM260 JD, 1 dozers D65PE-12, and 2 compactors SD160. 1.902,13 hours duration at IDR 31.369.910.000,00 (thirtysix billion two hundred and twelve million thirtyseven thousand Indonesian rupiah) is chosen or 7%more expensive than contractor price.Keywords: cut and fill, heavy equipment, duration and total cost

Abstract

Palm Hill housing must be completed with a proper drainage system and infiltration well to prevent it from surface run off water. The objective of the study is to design the drainage system and the infiltration well completed with its implementation time and budget.Topograpical map was needed to find out the elevation. Rainfall data from 3 nearby stations of Ciruas, Petir, and Serang were calculated through Log Pearson III method to find out the proposed rain fall at 10-year time reture. Waste water discharge was estimated 80% out of 364 houses. Cumulative discharge was resulted from the addition of run off to infiltration well to waste water discharges. The result was processed using Manning formula to design the culvert dimension.The calculations result in 6 different culvert dimensions,1 types of culvert,358 infiltration well, 277 work days at IDR2,954,079,288Keywords: drainage system,  infiltration well

Abstract

To facilitate the flow of transport from one region to the other region dan increase sectors of the economy the need for bridges as a means of connecting. Steel bridge is the one arranged from steel beam joined with gusset plate, binder keeling nails, bolts or welding. The purpose of the study is to design a 50 m-spam steel truss bridge of 10,4 m width. The design was based on Highway Bridge Loading Design, ASD and PPBBI 1984. The concrete strength is of  (fc ') 30 MPa and the steel strength of BJ 44. Designed manually with no pillar, the bottom only consists of abutment and foundation. The main framework was designed by employing equilibrium of gusset point dan reitter method was employed to found out the beam force and influential linesof the framework. The soil survey data were obtained throught Begemann Friction Cone (Bikonus) or Dutch Cone Mechanical type test. The soil is melatirely similar type of sandy clay mix and hard soil in the depth of 5 meters. The design result in the main framework using profile WF 400 x 400 x 20 x 35, longitudinal girder of WF 350 x 350 x 13 x 13 dan crossed girder of WF 800 x 300 x 16 x 30 The foundation  is of  pile foundation at IDR 5.543.070.300,00,- within 172 work days.Keywords: steel, truss, bridge

Abstract

Progress of a country in line with the progress of traffic (transport). Fluency in traffic is determined by the smoothness of traffic on the road. Problems often arise on the highway is congestion at the intersection. Neither was signalized intersections and signalized intersections. Problems at the intersection is less accuracy green flame at the intersection with the number of vehicles in a segment. A road with high traffic volume vehicle green flame low while other road traffic volume small green flame length. So in a long queue roads, while other roads are deserted while still green flame.     This study aims to minimize the occurrence of conflic at the intersection of green flame. Research will make iterations in the intersection, where a road section which will be nominated densely green flame, the flame of the green according to the volume of traffic on these roads. Abstract

Proyek konstruksi menuntut kesinergian antar komponen pendukungnya dalam mencapai keberhasilan pelaksanaannya. Salah satu komponen penting dalam kegiatan proyek adalah analisa pembiayaan proyek. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kajian yang mendalam terkait dengan pembiayaan proyek agar diperoleh efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan analisanya.Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencapai efisiensi waktu analisa pembiayaan proyek adalah dengan penyusunan suatu database dan menyusun sebuah program aplikasi sebagai alat bantu dalam proses analisa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan bidang keairan di wilayah kota Malang yang semula menggunakan cara manual menggunakan program bantu MS-Excel maka selanjutnya disusun sebuah program aplikasi dengann bantuan program visual basic yang cukup sederhana dan mudah dimengerti. Berdasarkan pada hasil aplikasi yang terbentuk dan uji coba yang dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil analisa yang lebih cepat apabila dibandingkan secara manual serta memungkinkan untuk melakukan perubahan-perubahan dalam analisa secara lebih cepat.  Kata-kata kunci: model, aplikasi, sistem informasi, harga satuan, konstruksi

Abstract

Dalam Rencana Anggaran Biaya  Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan dan Auditorium Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, diperkirakan memerlukan biaya milyaran rupiah. Disamping karena volume pekerjaan yang besar, spesifikasi item pekerjaannya yang tinggi, dan munculnya berbagai jenis material untuk jenis pekerjaan yang sama.Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas, perlu diusahakan suatu metode untuk mengurangi biaya tanpa mengurangi fungsi bangunan. Salah satu metode untuk meminimalkan biaya adalah Studi Rekayasa Nilai (Value Engineering), yaitu usaha yang terorganisir yang diarahkan untuk menganalisa fungsi yang diperlukan dengan biaya seminimal mungkin dengan tahapan spekulasi, tahapan perhitungan life cycle cost, dan tahapan pengembangan dan rekomendasi.Hasil studi yaitu penghematan biaya sebesar 1.533.129.685,81 atau 19.13 % dari biaya total proyek.Kata-kata kunci: rencana anggaran biaya, value enginering, prosentase penghematan
