Abstract

Cyberstalking is behavior that leads to repeated invasion of one's privacy by electronic mail or computer-based communication with a view to controlling, coercing, intimidating, harassing, or threatening. The purpose of this study is to describe the understanding of forensic science students about the concept of cyberstalking; the object criteria of this study are forensic science students who are still active and have taken cybercrime courses. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Subjects in this study were obtained through purposive sampling with a total of 36 students. The technique of collecting research data is by distributing closed questionnaires. Research data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis technique, describing data obtained using tables and graphs. The results of this study indicate that forensic science students already have the correct perception of cyberstalking. The majority of students can distinguish statements with indications of cyberstalking and not cyberstalking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Management of the Children in the Tourism Area of the Children in the Tribe and to find out the obstacles in the management of the Children in the Tourism Area in the Bukit Duabelas National Park, the Sorolangun Regency, the Jambi Regency. The theory uses the opinion of Cox (1985) in Pitana (2009) on tourism management must pay attention to principles such as Development, Preservation, Development, Service and Regulation / legal certainty. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was carried out in the settlement of the Children of the Tribe in the Sorolangun Regency, Jambi Province. Data collection uses observation, interviews (FGD), and Documentation / Similar Research. The results of research on the management of the Suku Anak Dalam tourism area (SAD) have provided comfort to visitors without disturbing or disturbing the ecosystem or the authenticity of the tourist attractions. With the existence of this educational tourism management will increase the original income of the region in the field of tourism. This must be maintained so that later other tourism objects will emerge. It's just that there is a need for a regional regulation for the development of special tourism areas for children in the tribe so that treatment can be felt directly to the community.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that is currently occuring in todays Indonesian society that is marriage across the nation. The purpose of this study were: 1) To understand the conflicts that occur within mixed marriage. 2) And to know how to manage conflict from various problems that arise. The employedapproach is qualitative case study. The main subjects are two married couples of different nationalities as well as supporting informants that consists of two Household Assistants marriage couples with different citizenship. The results of the research note that each pair of different citizenship has a communication model that can be used to manage conflict that is arising. When there is a conflict they will identify each other's problems, then they will give each other solutions to solve the problem, then they will make a commitment to the conflict so that it does not happen again. They already feel a very complicated conflict to resolve, but they can still continue their marriage by putting aside such complicated matters.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify forms of expression of social organization identity in development policy and political agendas; analyze the function and role of HIKMA as a political actor in development. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the activities and management practices in the social and political environment of the development of the HIKMA organization carried out contained the causality of the cultural and religious traditions of the Mandailing people. From the values and character of the Mandailing community, found a number of basic principles that reinforce the practice of local wisdom at the community level, namely the value of expediency, cohesiveness, kinship of the community members as well as the values of love and unity that are part of Mandailing's noble culture; and Islamic values. HIKMA has a strong connection with the traces of political development activities with the culture and traditions of the people of Mandailing in the past, which are recorded in symbolic expressions through actions, languages, and traditions in daily life. HIKMA and its relation to development politics, do not involve themselves in practical politics but critically encourage political struggles that are practical or oriented and collaborate on power to develop their regions. In this case the political struggle carried out by the political forces of HIKMA really put the interests of the Mandailing people in particular and the community at large. These cultural values are the basic spirit and purpose of the HIKMA struggle.

Abstract

BUMDes Maju Bersama is a government program to help the economy of the people of Sei Jawi-jawi Village and achieve community welfare so that the Sei Jawi-jawi people get a decent living. This study aims to determine the role of social capital which is a driving force in the management of the Joint Forward BUMDes in Sei Jawi-jawi Village, Sei Kepayang Barat District, Asahan Regency. Social capital plays an important role in strengthening village communities. BUMDes can advance together with social capital. BUMDes Maju Bersama was established as an effort to increase the economic development of rural communities and create independence for the people in Sei Jawi-jawi Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of the study was in Sei Jawi-jawi Village, Sei Kepayang Barat District, Asahan Regency. The object of this research is BUMDes Maju Bersama Sei Jawi-jawi Village. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the formation of BUMDes Maju Bersama was carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the pre-village deliberations, village deliberations and post-village deliberations. So, this deliberation activity aims to determine what type of BUMDes will be formed in the hope that it will benefit the community. Social capital in the form of networks, norms and beliefs that play a role in the management of BUMDes Maju Bersama can be said to be not good enough even though BUMDes Maju Bersama is already operational and can contribute to the Village. This can be seen from the BUMDes Maju Bersama cooperation network that is still small, with collateral or collateral provided by BUMDes, the interest given by the management is too high, almost the same as the existing cooperatives and there is still public debt arrears. The informant's subjects from this study were the Village Head, Village Officials, BUMDes Maju Bersama Management, BUMDes Supervisor, parties who knew BUMDes and the Community who knew about BUMDes Maju Bersama.

Abstract

Indonesia one of the countries exposed by corona virus disease (Covid-19), so the government seriously form task force covid-19. Medan City is the provincial capital of North Sumatra have been exposed to corona virus disease (covid-19) until now starting on a sunday first in june had there are about 500 cases handled by the task force. Is an established by the provincial governments north sumatra to provide us with information in guarding the legal the spread of this virus . It be good or bad the performance of a cluster of a duty in perform this function or assessed by the community. One of the community assessment is a community satisfaction index. In determining community satisfaction index, used the quality and tangible service, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and emphaty. Dimensions tangible facilities team covering physical task force, equipment and personnel the task force. Dimensions responsiveness covering the readiness the task force in inform the community. The reliability covering the ability of the task force in providing services of information real and accurate. Dimensions assurance covering the ability of the task force knowledge related to the spread of covid-19. Dimensions emphaty covering an empathy team task force on the community of the City of Medan. Based on the research done, task force the Province of North Sumatra considered satisfied by the community of the City of Medan.

Abstract

Communication style and leadership of a leader is a key to improving the quality of the performance of its members to achieve success targets. Likewise with the Chief of the Indarto Resort Police, who managed to lead members of his police force until the Bekasi City Metro District Police succeeded in receiving various awards for his achievements. That's why the purpose of this research is to understand how Indarto's communication style and leadership style as the Police Chief in improving the performance of members of the Jakarta Bekasi City Police Precinct, and what things influence the implementation of Indarto's communication style as a leader. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature review. the informants in this study were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data collected is analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style used by the Indarto Police Chief is the Acocratic style and Democratic Style. Whereas the communication style for Indarto Police Chief is the Controlling style, Dynamic style, and Reliquishing style

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the use of hoax propaganda, material or content and patterns of its use in the 2019 Presidential Election. Qualitative methods are used in this research to seek knowledge or understanding of various related relations behind a reality in the new media era, text studies and news documentation and articles about hoax news that can influence the public and can hinder and influence the substance of democracy itself. The results showed that the purpose of hoaks political propaganda in addition to influencing the public was also done to change the negative image into positive or vice versa, in order to increase the electability and popularity of the candidates supported. material or content that is used as propaganda hoaks is material or content that contains SARA, personal, uses a pattern of nicknames, transfers, lure, popular narrative by using news / information content which is negative in nature and even sometimes contains lies using hoax propaganda patterns that are used in the 2019 presidential election. The pattern of the use of hoax propaganda is exhaled in new media by repetitive and continuous ways to change cognitive thinking and arouse the emotions of people who do not understand the deepening of politics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of village funds in the development of the Village Development Index. The research method was conducted with a qualitative approach, the informants in this study were key informants, key informants and additional informants. The research location was conducted in Sibolangit sub-district with 5 sample villages, consisting of 2 disadvantaged villages, 2 developing villages, and 1 developed village. The results of this study illustrate how the village before the existence of village funds and after the existence of village funds, then the role of village funds in the development of the village index build in which in the village index builds a lot of indicators and sub-indicators of its assessment, as well as looking at factors hampering the village difficult to develop. this is a village that is still difficult to develop its area despite village funds.

Abstract

This study aims to see the economic motives of the Karo ethnic group in developing and surviving in the USU region. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, the research location is in Jalan Jamin Ginting Medan or specifically in the Padang Bulan area, precisely from the campus intersection to the Harmonika Road intersection and the Road Development area to the Kampung Susuk intersection. Taking this location is intended to be more detailed and specific to see how the existence of USU becomes a central point for Ethnic Karo to adapt to follow development by mingling in the provision of student needs. The results showed that the motives that influenced the ethnic karo to survive were the land they owned as an inheritance and believed that the land had a living spirit (ertendi); strategic land with the existence of USU as the main attraction of their business. the motive influencing the ethnic karo to develop is to look at the short-term opportunities of their efforts to just survive, only see the opportunities available and only be able to provide the needs of students in accordance with the times. The conclusion from the iani research is that the Karo Ethnic survive in the area around the University of Sumatra because they have strong motives in themselves, how they maintain their assets. Karo ethnic develops because of the opportunities presented. A character that is found in the field of how ethnic karo who love to gamble with luck is implemented in the way they see business opportunities. USU as an opportunity was recognized as their way to reap profits and develop businesses.
