Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya produk mebel di tanah air, baik lokal maupun impor, mengakibatkan industri mebel Jepara dituntut mampu bersaing dalam persaingan global yang tidak mudah. Menurut hasil survey, suatu produk mebel dipilih oleh konsumen berdasarkan pengamatan atas beberapa hal, yaitu kualitas bahan, ukuran, bentuk, warna, dan kesesuaian mebel dengan ruangan calon pembeli. Namun, proses pengamatan tersebut masih terbatas ketika membeli mebel kayu di pasar online, karena mayoritas masih menampilkan produk dalam bentuk 2D saja. Pengabdian masarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pelatihan terkait visualisasi 3D dan Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai optimalisasi media informasi dan promosi produk mebel kayu Jepara di pasar online. Visualisasi 3D dengan QR Code yang dipindai oleh kamera smartphone digunakan untuk melihat produk mebel secara detail dari berbagai sisi, yaitu detail bahan, bentuk, warna, sambungan, dsb. Sedangkan teknologi AR digunakan untuk melihat visual 3D mebel ke dalam ruangan dunia nyata sehingga calon pembeli memperoleh pengalaman simulasi penempatan produk mebel di lokasi yang diinginkan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta 11 kali lebih memahami terkait implementasi visual 3D dan augmented reality bagi optimalisasi media promosi. Program pelatihan visualisasi 3D produk melalui AR ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi nasional melalui optimalisasi produk daerah yang berdaya saing global. Selain itu, implementasi pengabdian masayarakat ini dapat diadopsi oleh produk daerah lain. Kata kunci— Augmented Reality, Jepara, Marketplace Online, Mebel Kayu, Visualisasi 3D Abstract Jepara's wood furniture industry is also required to be able to compete in the global competition. Before deciding to buy wooden furniture products, consumers need a direct experience to see the material, size, shape, color, and the suitability of the furniture with the room.  However, this experience still cannot be fulfilled when buying wooden furniture in the online marketplace, mostly just displaying products by 2-dimensional form. This community service aims to provide insight and training related to 3D visualization and Augmented Reality (AR) as an optimization of information media and promotion of Jepara wood furniture products in the online marketplace. 3-dimensional visualization with QR Code scanned by smartphone camera was used to products implementation. Customers can see product objects in detail from all sides, and perceive 3-dimensional visuals of furniture into the real world by AR technology. The results of this community service show that participants understand 11 times more about the implementation of 3D visuals and augmented reality for the optimization of promotional media. This 3D product visualization training program through AR can be a solution to improve national economic development through optimizing regional products with global competitiveness. Abstract

Diagnostic Tool merupakan alat diagnosa profesional yang digunakan oleh seorang mekanik atau teknisi kendaraan termasuk sepeda motor yang berfungsi untuk menemukan kerusakan pada motor injeksi dengan cara scanning data yang tersimpan di dalam memori ECU. Di Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), bengkel motor yang memiliki standart bengkel resmi belum banyak, termasuk bengkel Sinar Mustika Motor. Tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Jurusan Teknik Mesin UM menjawab kebutuhan mitra, dengan memberikan solusi Inovasi teknologi Diagnostic Tool Motor Injeksi Versi Android. Untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian, prosedur yang ditempuh meliputi 1) survey lokasi, 2) pendekatan sosial, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) penyusunan panduan, 5) penerapan ipteks/TTG melalui kegiatan introduksi alat dan pelatihan; 6) tindak lanjut melalui pendampingan; 7) monev, dan 8) memenuhi kewajiban luaran. Hasil PKM-LK: 1) produk berfungsi dengan baik serta bermanfaat bagi pemakainya: a) dapat membaca, mereset code dan memanipulasi data konsumsi BBM agar lebih irit, b) dapat mengetahui masalah kerusakan pada motor injeksi, c) dapat menemukan kerusakan pada motor dengan cara scanning data yang tersimpan di dalam memori ECU; dan 2) dapat digunakan sebagai usaha diagnosis awal kerusakan pada sistem sepeda motor secara mandiri di Bengkel Sinar Mustika Motor. Kata kunci— Diagnostic, Motor injeksi, Android Abstract Diagnostic Tool is a professional Diagnostic tool used by a mechanic or vehicle technician including motorcycles that serves to find damage to the injection motor by scanning the data stored in the ECU memory. Diagnostic Tool is usually owned by a motorcycle repair shop that has an official workshop standard. Around Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), there are not many motorcycles repair shops that have official workshop standards, including Sinar Mustika Motor workshops. The community service implementation team from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, UM answered the needs of partners, by providing innovative solutions for the Android Version of Injection Motor Diagnostic Tool technology. To achieve the goal of service, the procedures taken include 1) site survey, 2) social approach, 3) product development, 4) preparation of guidelines, 5) application of science and technology/TTG through tool introduction and training activities; 6) follow-up through mentoring; 7) monev, and 8) fulfill external obligations. PKM-LK results: 1) the product functions properly and is useful for the user: a) can read, reset code and manipulate fuel consumption data to make it more efficient, b) can find out the problem of damage to the injection motor, c) can find damage to the motor by how to scan data stored in the ECU memory; and 2) can be used as an effort to independently diagnose damage to the motorcycle system at the Sinar Mustika Motor Workshop. Keywords— Diagnostic, Injection motor, Android
