Abstract

Kepentingan siswa dalam menggunakan modul dan buku teks di era globalisasi ini mengalami penurunan. Karena, ada banyak media pembelajaran berbasis online yang mudah ditemukan di Internet. Berkaitan dengan itu, diperlukan pengembangan komponen dalam modul dan buku teks. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji beberapa hipotesis (H0), tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas modul dan teks dengan modul pengembangan dan teks pasca pengembangan. Kemudian, hipotesis lain adalah hipotesis kerja, modul pengembangan pasca kerja lebih baik daripada buku teks pasca pengembangan. Selanjutnya, nilai post-development siswa lebih baik daripada nilai pre-development siswa.

Abstract

Fisika teknik mengarahkan mahasiswa memahami konsep dasar fisika teknik, gerak dan energi, tumbukan dan listrik di bidang otomotif. Salah satu pokok bahasannya adalah menghitung impuls dan momentum pada kendaraan yang mana melibatkan operasi matematika, yang dapat menimbulkan rasa cemas pada diri pebelajar. Sehingga dibutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat menurunkan kecemasan matematis, yaitu problem posing. Penerapan problem posing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Sebelum diterapkan, dilakukan lesson study (plan-do-see). Sampel berjumlah 32 mahasiswa, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi & pre-test & post-test. Data dianalisis deskriptif dan tes “t”. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar dibuktikan skor post-test = 89,75 lebih tingi dari skor pre-test = 78,5.

Abstract

Kendaraan hari ini memiliki banyak dibangun di sistem komputer yang mengendalikan bagian-bagian mobil seperti bahan bakar, injeksi, air bag atau rem. Semua sistem ini dikendalikan oleh salah satu dari beberapa Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Kesulitan mendiagnosa kesalahan sistem pada mesin kendaraan EFI dengan scantool buatan pabrik kerap terjadi, dengan memiliki sistem OBD adalah memudahkan untuk mendiagnosa kesalahan itu terjadi di dalam kendaraan. Keuntungan dari sudut pandang keberlanjutan adalah emisi kendaraan dapat dikurangi dengan menemukan dan memperbaiki masalah, yang membuat tingkat emisi kendaraan naik, yang sebaliknya mungkin tidak menunjukkan gejala yang nyata kepada pengguna. Rencana luaran yang akan dihasilkan untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah prototipe alat/device OBD II Ke USB Untuk Diagnosa (DTC) dan Pengukuran (PID) Pada Mesin Kendaraan EFI. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) pengumpulan data: analisis situasi masyarakat; 2) survey lokasi bengkel mobil: menentukan khalayak sasaran; 3) pembuatan proposal: a) menentukan bidang masalah, b) mengidentifikasi masalah, c) menentukan tujuan kerja, d) merencanakan pemecahan masalah, e) mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah; 4) merancang bangun device OBD II ke USB; 5) menguji-coba device OBD II ke USB di laboratorium; 6) mengumpulkan data peserta penerapan hasil rancang bangun di lapangan; dan 7) menerapkan hasil rancang bangun di lapangan.

Abstract

Dalam pertenakan ikan kebersihan tempat haruslah di perhatikan. Khususnya peternak ikan lele dan kebanyakan membersihkan kotoran masih menggunakan pembersih manual. Hal ini kurang efektif dan efisien dalam membersihkan kolam ikan. Rancang bangun mesin pembersih kotoran ikan lele bertenaga motor listrik ini di tujukan untuk membersihkan kolam ikan lele secara efisien dan meningkatkan kesehatan ikan lele, terhindar dari bakteri yang menyebabkan penyakit. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) pengumpulan data: menganalisis situasi masyarakat; 2) survey lokasi kolam lele: menentukan khalayak sasaran; 3) pembuatan proposal: a) menentukan bidang masalah, b) mengidentifikasi masalah, c) menentukan tujuan kerja, d) merencanakan pemecahan masalah, e) mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah; 4) merancang bangun mesin pembersih kotoran ikan lele; 5) menyelesaikan proses produksi alat/mesin, 6) menguji coba hasil rancang bangun alat/mesin pembersih kotoran ikan lele di lab/kolam, 7) mengumpulkan data peserta pelatihan penggunaan alat/mesin, 8) menerapkan hasil rancang bangun alat/mesin pembersih kotoran ikan lele di kolam ikan lele, milik Bpk. Mukhtar Rusdyanto, dan 9) membuat laporan akhir. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan produktivitas ternak lele sangkuriang dan peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ingin mengembangkan training center budidaya lele sangkuriang. Kata kunci—mesin pembersih, pengabdian,masyarakat, pelatihan  AbstractIn the case of fish, cleanliness of the place must be considered. Especially catfish farmers and mostly cleaning dirt still use manual cleaners. This is less effective and efficient in cleaning fish ponds. The design of the electric motor catfish dirt cleaning machine is aimed at cleaning catfish ponds efficiently and improving the health of catfish, avoiding bacteria that cause disease. The activities that have been carried out are as follows: 1) data collection: analyzing the situation of the community; 2) survey the location of catfish ponds: determine the target audience; 3) proposal making: a) determine the problem area, b) identify problems, c) determine work objectives, d) plan problem solving, e) look for alternative solutions to problems; 4) designing a catfish dung cleaning machine; 5) completing the tool / machine production process, 6) testing the results of the design of the cleaning tools / machines for catfish dung in the lab / pond, 7) collecting data on the use of tool / machine trainees, 8) applying the results of the design of the cleaning machine / dirt cleaning machine catfish in catfish pond, owned by Mr. Mukhtar Rusdyanto, and 9) make a final report. The results of the training showed that there was an increase in the productivity of sangkuriang catfish and participants who took part in the training wanted to develop a training center for sangkuriang catfish cultivation. Keywords— cleaning machine, service, community, training

Abstract

in general, chemical engineering has the aim to direct students in understanding the basic concepts of chemical engineering, fuel, and lubricating oil in the automotive field. One of the subjects is calculating octane numbers of gasoline which involve mathematical operations, which can cause anxiety to the learner. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that can reduce mathematical anxiety through problem posing. The application of problem posing aims to improve student learning outcomes. Before being applied, lesson study (plan-do-see) was carried out. The sample consists of 32 students, with the technique of collecting observation data & pre-test & post-test. Data were analyzed descriptively and t-test. The results of the study found an  increase in learning outcomes as seen by the post-test score = 89.75 higher than the pre-test score = 78.5.

Abstract

Jobsheet as a tool in practice that functioned as a tool for school and utilized by the learners. While e-jobsheet is the guidance for practice electronically. This study was conducted to help improve vocation student performance, especially fixing systems on the machine by Engine Control Module (ECM). Using the e-jobsheet as a Learning Source for 21st Century Students, hoping that students will be easier to understand the substance and learning outcomes so e-jobsheet is effectively implemented. This study used pre-experimental design with one pretest-postest group. The population is all diploma 3rd students in the automotive machine of vocational education of Malang State University. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique in student of 4th semester. The data retrieval technique in this research is done through the tests. Data analysis techniques in this study using the test "t" for two small samples of each other interconnected. The results show the observation = 7.14> 1.83 = ttabel. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there are differences in student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of e-jobsheet, and the value is significant. So, it can be concluded that the use of e-jobsheet in the practical learning on the practice of machine control system is effective.

Abstract

All this time, the form of web-based learning implementation has brought optimal learning process. Yet, it requires an instructional design as a learning model that can be liked by the students to engage in various learning activities such as discussions, frequently asked questions, and learning process requests that require face-to-face learning. The blended learning design is developed based on ten methods of learning model design of Gerlach and Ely. Furthermore, it can be developed into learning steps (syntax) of blended learning.

Abstract

The decision of the Minister of Education and Culture concerning the prevention of co-19 which suddenly made "learning at home" during the pandemic forced various parties to follow the flow so that learning could take place, one of which was online learning. Measurement of the quality of asynchronous online learning is essential to do, to get a better picture and become a guideline for making improvements. Measurement includes aspects of expert assessment and student satisfaction using survey methods. The type of data collected is the data from the expert assessment and the data from the student satisfaction survey on Edmodo. Data sources included two experts and 58 students as respondents. Data collected by distributing questionnaires. The instrument used in the form of Edmodo asynchronous online learning manuals on engine electricity courses, expert assessment questionnaires and student satisfaction survey questionnaires on Edmodo. Data in the form of numbers were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The conclusion is the quality of asynchronous online learning of Edmodo-based electrical engine subjects during the co-19 pandemic at the State University of Malang in terms of expert perspectives in the "Very High" category and viewed from the satisfaction of students in the "High" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this is to increase the productivity of coffee crop husbandman by utilizing appropriate technology that functions for drying coffee. The coffee dryer uses fuel in the form of charcoal which is produced from coffee skin waste which becomes environmental waste. With the application of appropriate technology, the community of coffee farmers can make the process of drying coffee quickly without requiring considerable time. Community service activities are carried out in Tirtoyudo Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency by applying a coffee dryer oven machine using briquette fuel. The results of community service activities are: (a) the fulfillment of environmentally friendly and inexpensive energy sources for the process of drying coffee for partners in particular and the people of Tirtoyudo Village in general through the use of coffee waste as briquette fuel; (b) the fulfillment of coffee dryer with briquette fuel energy for partners in Tirtoyudo Village so that the process of drying coffee beans is more effective and efficient; (c) availability of standardized packaging production equipment for ground coffee for partners in Tirtoyudo Village so that the quality and price of partner coffee powder can compete in the market; (d) online marketing so that production can reach exports for sales, and (d) the socio-economic activities of the Tirtoyudo Village community become more qualified through small business groups drying coffee beans and processing coffee grounds.

Abstract

Throughout 2020, what was implemented at UM had an impact on the learning of practical subjects. Practical learning that has been carried out in laboratories/workshops must switch to an online system. One of them is the Body Electrical Practicum course, 3 credits/6 JS. Due to the nature of courses that are usually carried out by laboratories to provide effective skill acquisition and hands-on experience, it is often difficult to make these laboratories accessible online. Therefore, the solution offered in this research is to develop virtual lab-based learning content to complement the learning content that has been implemented so far. The purpose of this research is (1) to produce appropriate learning media (2) to test the effectiveness of the developed media. This research method uses research and development of the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, and implementation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is in the form of a percentage that describes the size of the feasibility of the virtual lab developed according to experts, and the tow tail test is used to test the effectiveness. Based on the feasibility test from the experts that the developed media is suitable for learning in electrical courses in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Malang with minor revisions. While the results of the effectiveness test show that the media developed is very effective, as evidenced by an increase in the value of the respondents who are the object of the test. The contribution of this research is to complement the offline practical learning that has been carried out so far, so that it can provide solutions for online practicum models during the pandemic.
