Abstract

Health development is organized to increase awareness, willingness, and healthy living ability for everyone to realize the highest level of public health. The high disparities and the need to accelerate the increased accessibility of health services require adequate resources support and appropriate health policy and development strategies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of the employees at Talang Kelapa Public Health Center, Talang Kelapa Village, Talang Kelapa Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative research with Cross Sectional design. The sample of this research is 38 civil servants in Talang Kelapa Public Health Center. The result of bivariate with chi-square test shows that there is correlation between employee's ability to performance of Puskemas employee (P Value = 0.002), there is correlation between employee's motivation to Puskesmas employee performance (P Value = 0.005) P Value = 0.034). The results of ultivariate with multiple logistic regression test showed that the motivation and employee opportunity were simultaneously related to the performance of Talang Kelapa Community Health Center staff. Talang Kelapa Kab. Banyuasin Year 2017 (P Value = 0.000). From this research is expected to employees of Puskesmas Talang Kelapa Kab. Banyuasin can improve work skills, work motivation and job opportunities to improve better performance.

Abstract

Cancer is a malignant neoplasm disease that has a very wide and complex spectrum. Almost no cancer can be cured spontaneously. Every minute there is 1 person in the world who died of cancer, every 3 minutes there is one new cancer patients. The high prevalence of cancer in Indonesia needs to be observed with early prevention and detection measures that have been done by health care providers. Cases of cancer found in early stages and get a fast and appropriate treatment will provide healing and life expectancy longer.Therefore, it is important to do regular checkups regularly as an effort to prevent and early detection of cancer The purpose of research is Knowledge of knowledge, age, education , attitudes, and the role of officers with the risk of breast cancer against breast self-examination at Puskesmas Pus Agung Lahat in 2017. The method used in this study is quantitative with cross sectional design. The samples in this study were women of childbearing age in Pagar Agung Puskes area as much as 77 respondents. The sampling technique used was non random sampling. Data analysis was done univariat, bivariate with chi square and multivariate test with logistic regression test. Based on the result of the research, it is found that knowledge (pValue = 0,018), age (pValue = 0,800), attitude (pValue = 0,000) and officer role (pValue = 0,005) to behavior of BSE in Puskesmas Puskesmas Lahat. Multivariate analysis result shows that role officer variable (pValue = 0,005) is the most dominant variable. From the research results can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and the role of officers against the behavior of BSE in the community at the Pus Agung Lahat Public Health Center. From the results of the study it is suggested that health workers can improve their knowledge and roles through training and extension activities.

Abstract

Quality of serviceis an indicator for th eperformance of health careproviders such as health center. Health centerwill be more advancedif the performance canbe maintained. Toretain customers, tobe able tomeasure the health center servicewhich includes the five dimensions ofservice quality, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. The purpose  of this study was to determine the patient's perception of service quality outpatient at Pakjo Health Center Palembang from 5 a spectsof service quality. This type of researchis qualitative research with descriptive analysis taken by depth intervievs and observation . The main in formant was six out patients consisting of two general patients, two ASKES patients and two BPJS patients, while theinformant triangulation were head of Pakjo Health Center and head of out patient department. The results showed that theservice quality Out patient at Pakjo Health Centeral ready meet sall five aspect of quality service include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. The most streng then ed istangible, from the results of depth interviews with patient and also triangulation with the head ofthe health center that issince the new building of health center, the patient increased and more comfortable, As well as there searchers look directly at the time of observation.And for aspects ofreliability, assurance, and empathy all patients had the same percepti on that Out patient at Pakjo Health Center in good and no complaints. Results showed for responsiveness aspect, they have many complaints, that the patient complained ofqueues Pharmacies, and from interviews with head out patient department alsoal ready known to the complaint.As for the other complaintsrelated to the lack of drugs in the period of BPJS validity, Head ofPakjo Health Center currently do not have the aut hority to take the solution, can only convey there levant parties. From the analysis results it was concluded that quality service outpatient at Pakjo the health centeris optimal because each of ficeral ready function well according tuposiandi sperceived by the patients who come in, and there should bean in crease in future, so no complaints from patients again.

Abstract

Health problem mother and childrens (KIA), like problem healt in indonesian. Indikator healt sector is mother  dead number (AKI) and dead number babys (AKB). This staff do for stop dead number mom (AKI) in indonesia between for increase service antenatal all, all facilities health services with good quality and reach all target groups, increase helping labor by force profesional by gradually, increase detection early highrisk to pregnant mother and do system references. Increase service neonatal with good quality. This result for factors influence for voter helping labor in territory working Puskesmas Black Water District Sarolangun. This result design is kuantitatif with design result make is survei analytic case control. Population this result as much 52 person. Sample this result as much 522 respondent with tecnic total sampling. Analysist data use with analysist univariat, bivariat, use test Chi-Square (a=0.005) and multivariat with use methoa regresi linier. This analysist result found for education 57,7%, working 59,6%, knowledge 59,6%, and perception 53,8% for the choice helping labor 65,4% tell that non healt. Result analysist bivariat factor education (p=0,22), working (0,012), KNOWLEDGE (P=0,025), perception (p=0,014). Result analysisit multivariat can get variabel knowledge and have a relationship between variabel education, working, knowledge and perception for choices helping labor for social healt ready.

Abstract

Activity of posyandu cadres is a behaviour or an action which can be seen from one?s regularity or involvement of cadres in various event held by posyandu both inside or outside the organization. The attendance of cadres has significant advantage toward posyandu event without whom it is difficult to run well. This study aims at analyzing the relationship between education, knowledge, training, facility and appreciation with posyandu cadres activity. It is a cross-sectional quantitative analytical desciptive study the data of which were collected using questionnaire from 32 samples of posyandu cadres. It was conducted in Posyandu of Kebun Bunga Subdistrict of Sukarami Community Health Centres Working Area of Palembang in April ? May 2017. The results show that there were 15 active posyandu cadres among the respondents and 17 were less active. The results also show that there waere no significant correlation between training (p=0.340) with activity (p=0.896); and there were significant correlation between knowledge (p=0.040), facilities (p=0.005) and appreciation (p=0.003) with the activity. Among the variables, the most dominant factor was knowledge in relation to the activity. Based on the results, it is suggested that community health center staff add the knowledge of the cadres, complete posyandu facilities, and give appreciation in order that they become more active to provide health services.

Abstract

Salah satu misi reformasi adalah dengan mendekatkan dan memberikan pelayanan publik yang mudah, cepat, murah dan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan  pasien penerima bantuan iuran atau BPJS PBI di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2017. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 828 peserta. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling dengan rumus Taro Yamane berjumlah 90 responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan variabel tangible berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Variabel reliability berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,003<0,05. Assurance berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Emphaty juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,005<0,05. Secara simultan tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan F hitung sebesar 5,368 dengan angka signifikansi (P Value) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,64 yang berarti 64 persen perubahan variabel kepuasan konsumen dijelaskan oleh perubahan variabel bukti langsung, kehandalan, jaminan, dan empati secara bersama- sama.

Abstract

The National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2010-2014 has set a target for the use of modern-day contraceptive methods by 65 percent. In order for the sustainable use of contraceptives among fertile age pairs gething higer, so the use of contraception is directed to long-term contraceptive methods such as Intra uterine devices (IUD), implants, Women's Medical Operations (MOW) and Men's Medical Operations (MOP). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 the number of participants on contraceptive acceptor is only about 20% of the world's population. According to SDKI 2012, the percentage of KB MOP is only 0.12% and MOW is only 0.84%. This research was conducted to determine the analysis of steady contrasetive selection fertile age pairs in District of Banyuasin III which conducted on 27 May until 07 June 2017. This research use quantitative design with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were fertile pairs who became active KB acceptor with  the number of samples that were 96  respondents.  Sampling technique by accidental sampling. Data analysis was conducted as bivariate with Chi-square statistical test (? = 0,05). Based on the bivariate analysis, the value of each independent variable to the choice of contraception is the age of p value = 0,003 (PR = 5,800), education p value = 0,401 (PR = 0,629), job p value = 0,518 (PR = 0.828), number of children p value = 0,000 (PR = 14.231), access to services p value = 1,009 (PR = 1,857), and socio-culture p value = 0.767 (PR =1,246). It was concluded that there was a relationship between age and number of children on steady contraceptive selection. And there was no relationship among education, employment, access to services, and socio-culture towards steady contraceptive selection. It is expected that field officers in Banyuasin III sub-district can provide counseling to fertile age pairs who become active KB participants as health education, especially about steady contraception.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kehamilan sebagai salah satu pencegahan awal dari factor resiko kehamilan. Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pemeriksaan kehamilan untuk mendeteksi dini terjadinya resiko tinggi terhadap kehamilan dan persalinan juga dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan memantau keadaan janin. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh jawaban atau informasi mendalam tentang analisis pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan dalam mendeteksi kelainan pada kehamilan di Puskesmas Sematang Borang Palembang tahun 2016. Informan penelitian adalah dua bidan dan dua ibu hamil umur >36 minggu. Key informan adalah ibu hamil. Sumber informasi  diperoleh dengan menggunakan tehnik wawancara mendalam. Frekuensi Kunjungan Pemeriksaan Kehamilan yang dilakukan bidan pada ibu hamil sudah sesuai dengan standar  kunjungan K1 sampai dengan K4, pemeriksaan lanjutan bisa dilakukan 1 bulan sekali. Adapun jenis pemeriksaan yang dilakukan yaitu 7T. Standar pemeriksaan kehamilan diperiksa sesuai dengan standar buku KIA, apabila saat pemeriksaan ditemukan kelainan maka petugas kesehatan akan melakukan konsultasi, memberikan informasi kelainan dan menasehati agar rajin melakukan kunjungan pemeriksaan kehamilan, apabila kelainan tersebut bisa diatasi dipuskesmas maka akan diterapi sesuai standar dan bila tidak dapat diatasi akan dirujuk. Peran petugas kesehatan yaitu menyarankan ibu hamil untuk rajin melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan baik di puskesmas atau di tempat bidan praktik swasta, memberikan penyuluhan pola hidup sehat, pada ibu hamil yang terdeteksi kelainan akan menjadi focus penangan oleh puskesmas untuk rajin melakukan kunjungan 2 minggu sekali atau 1 bulan sekali, petugas puskesmas akan melakukan kunjungan rumah untuk memeriksa ibu hamil dan mengetahui factor apa yang menyebabkan ibu hamil tidak melakukan kunjungan, kunjungan pertama ibu hamil diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan informasi tentang kelainan kehamilan, ibu hamil akan diberikan buku KIA dan dibawa disetiap kunjungan pemeriksaan. Dukungan suami dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan suami mengingatkan jadwal kunjungan dan menemani saat melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan. Pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan di Puskesmas Sematang Borang Palembang sangat baik, tetapi dalam melakukan pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan ada baiknya memberikan saran pada ibu hamil untuk mengurus kartu KIS atau BPJS saat kunjungan pertama melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan, sehingga apa bila terjadi penyulit kehamilan atau terdeteksi kelainan kehamilan pada saat dirujuk ibu hamil atau keluarga pasien tidak terkendala diadministrasi.
