Abstract

Elementary school level education, junior high school, high school is the main work of teachers, schools are very interested in maintaining the quality of teachers in the teaching and learningprocess. The process of selecting the best teachers that have been regulated in the guidelines foroutstanding teachers and goals, among others, is to increase the motivation, dedication, loyalty andprofessionalism of teachers, which is expected to have a positive effect on improving education at theschool level to the national level. In the teacher's guideline with achievement and referring to theteacher's criteria, it must refer to Pedagogic Competence, (2) Professional Competence, (3) PersonalCompetence, (4) Social Competence. SMA IT ALBINAA currently does not have a process to maintainteacher quality, so to overcome this, form a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) SMA IT ALBINAA tostandardize the criteria for selecting the best teachers in the hope of motivating teachers to be evenbetter. After that, an information system is designed which is presented by building a decision supportsystem using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a method that can process data fromthe criteria that have been disclosed in the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) including Attendance,Discipline, RPP, Education Level, Number of hours teach. After that, the system will providerecommendations for the best teacher level at SMA IT ALBINAA based on the calculation of theAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) followed by the final stage of testing with the Black Box testingmethod.

Abstract

Contract employees are employees whose job status within the company does not have facilities and does not ensure the continuity of their work in the company. Determination of contract employees to become permanent employees at PT Menara Antam Sejahtera is still not fair and requires sufficient time long. In determining contract employees to become permanent employees, it is carried out in stages by file selection, oral or written tests, and direct observation to employees so that mistakes are made in determining the final result of the determination of contract employees can be minimized. For determination, theĀ  ppointment of contract employees to become permanent employees is one way touse the approach method Balanced Scorecard. The next stage is processed using the Analytic Network Process. With the help of Super Decision software, a decision support system is made in terms of determining permanent employees at PT Menara Antam Sejahtera with a promotion of 0.33360 in the normalized by cluster table based on promotions, employee performance becomes more objective and make more efficient.

Abstract

At the time of the corona virus outbreak that hit Indonesia and the world which had an impact on various sectors including transportation, optimistically that the Indonesian domestic flight market was still open with strong demand, a new airline, Super Air Jet (SAJ) was created in March 2021. In an effort to improve SAJ services screening qualified human resources, including the process of screening candidates for initial cabin crew. To support this process, it is necessary to have a method used to classify candidates for initial cabin crew at the administrative stage. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) which is one method for classifying is expected to provide a solution to the problems discussed. This study uses 10 training data that have 8 criteria to predict categories in 6 test data. From the calculation results using a value of k=5, the same results as the label on the initial test data resulted, which resulted in 2 data with the Stop prediction class and 4 data with the Advanced prediction class. To measure the performance of the KNN method, a test was conducted using a confusion matrix which resulted in a 100% accuracy value, a 100% precision value and a 100% recall value.

Abstract

The WhatsApp application is now one of the most widely used media by all circles, from school children, professionals and even religious teachers use it. The ability of WhatsApp can be used by many fields in social life, such as phone calls, chats, groups and others. Because people are now accustomed to using WhatsApp, it can also be used to convey knowledge such as about hadith searches which are usually done by people who need information or knowledge about certain hadiths. This WhatsApp application will display the search results made by the searcher through the message sent. The message sent to this special number sends a word or several words in the message which will be processed by the system via the Restful API to the database. This system provides a random response to search results by displaying how many hadiths are related to the search.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food that contains a lot of energy for human life. There are several types of rice that are often sold in rice shops in general, namely IR42 rice, Pera rice, glutinous rice and Pandan fragrant rice. For now, there are still many people who do not recognize the 4 types of rice, especially millennials, for this reason, research is carried out on the introduction of rice types. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for buyers to identify the type of rice that is in the rice shop so as to minimize fraud by rice traders. The method used in this study is the YOLO (You Only Look Once) v3 method for detecting rice types. The implementation of the image detection process using YOLO (You Only Look Once) v3 has been tested for 12 samples. Based on the results of testing 12 detection experiments on digital image objects, it was obtained 100% where in the picture there were 4 types of rice, 4 grains of rice and 3 types of rice shapes.
