Abstract

 In general the intersection is vulnerable to jamming because of frequent conflicts between vehicles, the second meeting of the conflict is the path of the vehicle. One of Tanjung Api-Api KM 9 Palembang is one intersection signals that are pretty solid. Research needs to be done for it to provide. The capacity of the junction (C) and volume (V) vehicles that operate on the junction parameters to find out the level of service the junction. Geometric intersection data, the volume of the vehicle, the condition of the city and the junction is analyzed using Manual Indonesia road capacity (MKJI) 1997 and Bina Marga (BM/2013) to get the capacity of the junction and the junction service levels from a year 2016-2021. The results of the analysis of the capacity of Tanjung Api-Api KM 9 Palembang at peak morning is 3365 smp/hour, at peak lunch is 3304 smp/hour and at the peak of the afternoon was 3196 smp/hour. While the road level of service (Level of Service/LOS) on Tanjung Api Api KM 9 Palembang at peak hours in the morning at Jln. Kol. H. Burlian with level of service "F" belongs to a standstill, the queue length (volume of the vehicle exceed the capacity of the flow has experienced congestion). At the Summit lunch at Jln. Kol. H. Burlian with level of service "F" belongs to a standstill, the queue length. At peak hours in the afternoon at Jln. Kol. H. Burlian "F" belongs to a standstill, the queue length. Certain management application needs to be done on each foot of the intersection of LOS his being in the critical zone, Kol. H. Burlian (Polda) to Kol. H. Abstract

Aerial imaging using a non-metric camera that installed on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) produce Small Format Aerial Photography (SFAP). For mapping and spatial analysis, a number of digital aerial images must be processed into an orthophoto mosaic. The aims are producing three-dimensional orthophoto mosaic model of the aerial image that acquired by using UAV and producing RMSE value that has high geometric accuracy of models. The research has been done by using aerial images for two locations in Kretek District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The first location consists of 752 pieces of aerial image covering 375 Ha of agriculture area. The second location consists of 674 pieces of aerial image covering 1,560 Ha of coastal area. Number of GCP used for orthorectification are 4 GCP for the first location and 12 GCP for the second location. The step of researches were images election based on camera position, photo alignment, point cloud production by using image matching, GCP identification, camera optimization, texture formation, and orthophoto mosaic production. After the optimization process of placement of GCP in all aerial images, the accuracy of orthophoto models are 0,46 cm of RMSE value for the first location and 1.74 cm of RMSE value for the second location. The conclusions are orthophoto products that formed by aerial images processing with GCP have a good geometric accuracy. The RMSE values of orthophoto are smaller than GSD value. But, the form of three-dimensional objects are imperfect because the image matching process was not optimal.Keywords: foto udara format kecil, ortofoto, UAV

Abstract

In accordance with rapid development  in Banyuasin Regency has effected the increased use of land that is built into residential areas. Land use is unwittingly can affect and disrupt the hydrological cycle which causes a negative impact on the environment. It consequenlly, it reduces soil absorption and causes  excessive surface  run off. Therefore there must be anticipatory steps to reduce rainwater runoff. Infiltration wells can be some to figure out the issue. This research aims to plan the infiltration wells design to reduce rainwater runoff and to know the capacity of drainage channel in Pusri Residence Sembawa Banyuasin. The result of data analysis shows that most of runoff  occur in drainage channel of receiver except in segment of Block A1-A2 and Block D1 - D2 and at collector channel. The largest receiver discharge (Q2) is 0.2378 on block V1 - V2. The results of the infiltration wells design is a circle with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 3.5 meters. The debit plan for the 2nd year return period with rain intensity 505,9905 mm / hr is 0,0296 m3 / s, while the discharge of the infiltration wells of each plot is 0,0032 m3 / dt for type 36/84. The rain water discharge of infiltration wells with a duration of 30 minutes and the number of house plots is 0.0253 m3 / s, while the discharge plan on channel A-B is 0.0296 m3 / s. After the use of infiltration wells the, remaining discharge of rain water entering on receiver channel on block A-B equal to 0,0265 m3 / s.Keywords:  Infiltration Wells, Runoff, permeability

Abstract

One function of the retention pond is to replace the role of the farm absorption, which covered land / housing /office space. To accommodate the volume of water runoff from the drainage system in the area of Sematang Borang sunburn the increasingly populous required the construction of a pool of retention. Analysis on the study of economic feasibility analysis method with an indicator of Net Present Value (NPV) of the current benefits and costs, and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio) to find out the feasibility of this retention pond construction project. From the results of the analysis note that the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) for the construction of retention ponds of Sematang Borang area is the NPV of Rp,85,-389.098.758 and the Benefit cost ratio (BCR = 1,09) with interest rate (i) 12%.Keywords : feasibility, Net Present Value (NPV), the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio).

Abstract

Pagar Alam City has high rainfall with highland topography that to trigger landslide events, especially in villages area and road at hillside. It affects to road networks activity which affected by road failure and inhibit vehicles traffic. This study will analyzed landslide vulnerability in main road of Pagar Alam City based on topography characteristic, geology, and soil types. Distribution of landslide occurrences will assessed base on landslide occurences density in unit areas. Frequency and distribuition of landslide occurrences will analyzed by landslide trigger factors such as stability, slope, soil type and geology, infrastructures type. Meanwhile rainfall extreme events period will be analyzed with general numbers extreme model. Finally, landslide vulnerability will be analyzed with spatial multi criterias evaluation (SMCE) ILWIS due to availability of input map factors, such as poin of landslide, sloppe, soil type, geology, drainage system, infrastructure, and landcover. The result of this study showed that distribution of landslide hazard potential will be occurred in Shouth Dempo District with 12605 hectares for high and very high landslide hazard potentials.Keywods: Landslide, SMCE, ILWIS

Abstract

Residential development in Palembang city is not a simple problem, because residential development need  always grows and population growth increases every year,  but the supply of land for residential development is limited. The research shows that residential developers have noticed the three factors of land provision for residential development. Based on the physical aspect, the wide area of residential is 4 hectare, and land designation status  is garden soil. The easy access and appropriateness  to the RTRW are the considerations of developers for building the residence. Based on the institutional aspect, the status of land rights is property rights by way of purchase. Moreover, land supply through land bank is assessed helping the residential developer. Local governments sometimes help the developers, but the developers have difficulty in particular section permits the acquisition of development principles at a location due to government bureaucracy and complex rule. Based on the economic aspect, land prices are cheap and profitable and they become the reasons for choosing the location of residential developers.  The price of land per meter2 at the time of purchase was relatively high, indicating the residential developers in Palembang city are very effective in raising the economic of land value. Of the three aspects, the economy aspect is prioritized by residential developers, because residential developers as enterpreneurs have an orientation to get the profit.Keywords: Development, Residential Developer
