Abstract

The results of observations made by researchers in the field of the PATEN process in Sako District during the new normal period, the community was not yet disciplined in dealing with it online. Based on a survey, respondents were still regulated directly, because physical files still had to be collected at the PATEN counter for processing. The absence of access to online services does not hamper services, because there are fewer people who take care of files during the new normal period than before the Covid 19 pandemic. Sematang form) since 23 April 2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on community satisfaction in Sako District and explain the dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). This type of research uses quantitative methods. Observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature are used in data techniques. The method used in studying the data is Proportionate Random Sampling. The data quality test consisted of testing the validity and reliability of the data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the t value was 1.985 with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, so the results of the first problem formulation were Tangible, Assurance, and Empathy which had a significant effect on the variable of community satisfaction. The second problem formulation explains that the variable empathy is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent or dependent variable (y) with the largest Beta value of 0.551. Keywords: Public Services, Community Satisfaction, Integrated District Administration Services

Abstract

This research based on the background that political parties in general and Islamic parties in particular are experiencing serious problems, namely the contradiction between the role and function idealism of the realities of everyday political party life witnessed by the public. Political parties receive a negative stigma, for example parties are considered corrupt, feudal and do not think about the fate of the little people. Islamic parties, which have been the object of research studies in several general election competitions (elections), have not been able to win or win the majority of votes despite having cultural and even ideological closeness to Muslims in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. The results show that Islamic parties are still in doubt about their commitment to carrying out their responsibilities and in general they have not attracted or been trusted by some activists of Islamic student organizations, others still provide opportunities and trust in the hope that Islamic parties can improve the negative image attached to their institutions. Keywords: political parties; student organizations; and Islam.

Abstract

The implementation of the Ponorogo regional election in 2020 is indeed in a special atmosphere, considering that two competitor pairs of candidates are fighting for people’s sympathies in order to grab seat number 1 in Ponorogo. In welcoming the people’s democratic party, the hot atmosphere is identical to be found in the field. Regional election is a prestigious event to determine the fate of the region for the next 5 years, so that all parties are competing to give their best. In Ponorogo, both of successful team and volunteers from both pairs of candidates showed enthusiasm and support in many ways interestingly, the competition in the Ponorogo regional election was between two old competitors namely Sugiri Sancoko VS Ipong Muchlissoni where in the previous regional election (2015) had heated up to a dispute over the election results. A new chapter has begun, but the atmosphere of competition is certainly more heated for both sides. The leadership note of the regent of Ipong Muhclissoni is a major highlight, which has been felt by the people of Ponorogo through experience and understanding over the past 5 years. This researches aims to narrow the perspective of society, so that it provides a concrete picture of two possibilities, namely: the emergence of a new leader, or retaining an old leader. Because officially in the Ponorogo regional election in 2020 there are only two candidates, it is very interesting to conduct this research.          Keywords : Transition, Leadership, Regional Election

Abstract

Data obtained from a sample of 24 staff  employees of the Palembang City regional revenue office who have been analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results can be concluded that the organization of income management in PalembangCity has a fairly low level of effectiveness. The levbel of organizational effectiveness can be seen from the low contribution of local taxes collected directly by by the regionalrevenue office to PAD during the last five years on average of 26.6%. The small contribution of local taxes to PADshows the dependence of local governments on donations and assistance from the central government became very big. The current organizational srtructure for regional approaches in Palembang is swelling, compared to the previous organizational structure. Leaders pay very little attention to staff in terms of providing motivation to improve their performance, furthermore, it seems that they are unable to provide regular guidance.  Keywords : Effectiveness, contribution,governments and leader

Abstract

The school from home policy is formulated by the government in an emergency. The policy issued aims to resolve the spread of Covid 19, a policy issued without considering the response of policy implementers or from parties affected by the policy, in this policy the parties affected as policy targets are stakeholders in the field of education, They are lecturers, teachers, students and students, including parents. However, not students who implement the school from home policy complain about the learning process they receive, because there are so many problems that arise in the process of implementing the policy. So that what students or students need most in a situation like this is emotional regulation skills. Emotional regulation is needed so that students can remain calm even though they have difficulties in life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of student emotion regulation on government policy school from home during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used is the literature method. The result of the research is that emotional regulation is very important for students to be able to face problems in the learning process that is carried out from home. The important role of emotional regulation in the school from home policy is (1) Emotional regulation can reduce student stress levels because they face learning problems from home and (2) emotional regulation can build student resilience so that students are able to rise and survive in a covid 19 pandemic situation. Abstract

In an effort to improve public services, the quality of human resources must also be improved, because human resources have an important role in the success of achieving organizational goals. The excellence of an organization depends on the ability of the organization to achieve optimal performance. Good performance will be achieved if the performance of employees working in the organization is progressing or increasing. To achieve the expected employee performance, the organization really needs to examine what factors affect the performance of its employees. In this study, the researcher intends to obtain an in-depth and comprehensive picture of honorary staff in improving the quality of service at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Banyuasin Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Based on research at the Banyuasin Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office, the attitude of honorary officers in implementing services at the Banyuasin Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office is quite good. In relation to the assessment or perception of employees, honorary staff are quite responsive to complaints or needs in the implementation of services at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Banyuasin Regency. Government officials as elements of the state apparatus in carrying out the wheels of government are required to carry out their functions and duties as state servants and public servants. Employees must also be able to uphold the dignity and image of employment for the benefit of society and the state, but the reality on the ground speaks differently where there are still many employees who are not aware of their duties and functions so that inequalities often arise in carrying out their duties. Keywords: Performance Evaluation, Honorary Personnel, Service Quality
