Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of career development and job motivation to job satisfaction and its impact to the performance of employee at Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Karawang. This research is expected to contribute to the development of management science especially as a contribution of scientific literature in human resources management, as reference material in scientific writing, as information material, both for leaders and colleagues in Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang in the implementation of performance-based management, As a material consideration and input in making decisions and determine the direction of policy. The research is done by using quantitative method with descriptive and verification method, that is collecting, presenting, analyzing and doing hypothesis testing, and making conclusion and suggestion. Based on the results of the research analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: the correlation of career development with work motivation has significant correlation, the influence of career development that directly affects employee job satisfaction, the influence of work motivation that directly affects employee job satisfaction, the influence of career development that directly affect the performance of employees, the influence of work motivation that directly affect the employee performance, the influence employee job satisfaction on employee performance, simultaneously career development and work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, simultaneously career development and work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction which impact on employee performance improvement. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the implementation of human resource empowerment, implementation of work programs, inhibiting factors in the empowerment of human resources, inhibiting factors in improving the quality of human resources and efforts to improve performance in the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang regency. This research is expected to contribute to the development of economics especially in the field of management science; As a contribution of scientific literature in the field of human resources management, as reference material in scientific writing, as an information material, both for leaders and employees at the Departemen of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang regency in the implementation of performance-based and career management as well as consideration and input for decision making. The research was conducted by using qualitative method of single case study that is; Collect, present, analyze, triangulate and test the validity of data and make conclusions and suggestions. The focus of research in the field of training and job placement of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang regency. Unit of research respondents: Head of Department, Head of Division, Secretary of Service, Human Resource Consultant and Human Resources Expert. Based on the results of the analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: the implementation of empowerment of human resources has not been implemented optimally, the implementation of work programs based on routine achievement, the factors that hamper the empowerment of human resources are the factors of human habit and discipline, the inhibiting factors Improving the quality of human resources is a factor of work culture that has formed from the first and efforts to improve performance by holding technical guidance of education and job training in the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK This research aim to know influence of reward (X1), punishment (X2), to motivation (Y) and work performance (Z). Population of this researchare all mantri at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk Plant Office Purwakarta. 120 of mantri and sampel a number of 55 mantri. This research is including explanatory research. Analytical technique applied by pathanalysis. Independen variable in this research are reward and punishment, dependent variable is motivation and output variable is work performance. Based on result of research with hypothesis test obtained information that reward variable (X1) has significant effect to motivation (Y) with value β = 0,308. And ρ – value= 0,05, punishment variable (X2) not has significant effect to motivation (Y) because value β= 0,035 and ρ – value = 0,82. Motivation variable (Y) has significant effect to work performance (Z) with value β = 0,370 and ρ – value = 0,01. Based on result of analysed hence can be concluded that reward (X1) have significant effect to motivation ( Y) that impact to performance ( Z). Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Suatu Kajian Pengaruh Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Guru dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan II Kecamatan Rengasdengklok Kabupaten Karawang. Masalah utama yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kinerja guru di lingkungan SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan II belum optimal. Hal ini diduga antara lain dipengaruhi oleh manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja guru. Dari bahasan tersebut, peneliti sangat tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan II. Masalah yang dibahas perlu dibatasi yaitu sejauh mana pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan II, sebanyak 50 orang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil perhitungan deskriptif menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan persespi responden mengenai Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Guru dan Motivasi Kerja Guru SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan II serta Kinerja Guru berada pada kategori cukup baik. Sedangkan hasil analisis deskriptif melalui analisis jalur diperoleh nilai besarnya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukan bahwa pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah secara langsung adalah sebesar 15,8%, mengaruh tidak langsung melalui kompnetensi guru sebesar 8,9%, pengaruh tidak langsung melalui motivasi guru sebesar 5,19% sehingga total pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 29,9%. Pengaruh langsung kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 11,8%, pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru adalah sebesar 4,17% dan total pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 24,9%. Pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 6,35%, pengaruh tidak langsung melalui manajerial kepala sekolah sebesar 5,18% dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kompetensi guru adalah 4,17% dan total pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 15,7%. Hasil perhitungan Koefisien determinasi (R kuadrat) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase mengambarkan besarnya kontribusi semua variabel bebas dalam menentukan kinerja (Y) adalah sebesar 70,7%. Sedangkan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dan turut mempengaruhi kinerja ditunjukan oleh nilai PyЄ = 0.293 atau sebesar 29,3%. Kata Kunci : Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Guru, Motivasi Kerja Guru, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui, menjelaskan dan menganalisis Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru serta pengaruh parsial dan simultan Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Se Kabupaten Karawang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 170 Guru dengan teknik sampling jenuh. tesis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan bidang manajemen khususnya manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekoalah (X1) di SMA dan SMK se Kabupaten Karawang Sudah Baik, Motivasi Kerja (X2) di SMA dan SMK Se Kabupaten Karawang Sudah Baik, Budaya Organisasi (X3) di SMA dan SMK Se Kabupaten Karawang sudah baik, Kinerja Guru (Y) di SMA dan SMK Se Kabupaten Karawang Sudah baik. (2) Koefisien korelasi antara variabel bebas yaitu Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2), kemudian Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Budaya Organisasi (X3) serta Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X3) ketiga variable bebas tersebut memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan searah karena nilai positif.(3)Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. (4)Motivasi Kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (5) Budaya Organisasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Budaya organisasi merupakan variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (6) Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Budaya Organisasi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru(Y). Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenses To Operating Income dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) sehingga memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena-fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenses To Operating Income dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Karawang yang trdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 11 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Karawang periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Assets. Variabel LDR memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap ROA serta tidak signifikan. Sedangkan variable Operating Expenses To Operating Income dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Kemampuan prediksi dari keempat variabel tersebut terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 51,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,7%, dipengarui oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Kata kunci: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Rasio Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Rasio Solvabilitas (Debt to Equity Ratio), Rasio Profitabilitas (Return on Assets), Rasio Aktivitas (Total Assets Turnover) dan Rasio Pasar (Price Earning Ratio) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 periode 2010 -2016. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa liniear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu uji simultan (uji F) dan uji parsial (uji t). Sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 periode 2010-2016. Alat uji penelitian menggunakan SPSS dan hasil yang diperoleh adalah Curent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial, diperoleh bahwa (CR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) to the profit rate. Data obtained by purposive sampling method with criterion (1) Automotive Manufacturing Company and Component which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and consistent exist during period of research (2010 until 2016), (2) Automotive Company and Component that provide financial statement data during the study period (2010 to 2016). The results of the analysis show that the data used in this study has met the classical assumptions, which include: no multicollinearity symptoms, no autocorrelation, no heteroscedasticity symptoms, and normal distributed data. The research was conducted by using descriptive and verification methods, namely; collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. From the results of the analysis of research data, obtained the following conclusions: partially positively insignificant to profit growth: Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Liability (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Partially significant positive effect on profit growth: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Partially negatively insignificant to profit growth: Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Simultaneously, the ratio of WCTA, CLI, OITL, TAT, NPM and GPM have a significant influence on Profit level. Contribution given by WCTA, CLI, OITL, TAT, NPM and GPM variable to profit rate equal to 62,9%. Continuity of this research further needs to be done to see the consistency of Ratio results to Profit level for the coming year or other subsector in BEI. Abstract

ABSTRACT Influence of the quality of Human Resource and motivation to work the Performance of employees and the Impact on the effectiveness of the organization of the people’s welfare regional secretariat District Karawang. the Purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence and found the clarity of the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of Quality of Human Resources and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance and Its Impact on Organizational Effectiveness in the Public Welfare Section Karawang District Secretariat. Basedon data analysis, it indicates regression equation Z = 0,35 X1 + 0,62 X2 + 0,889 Y + ԑ1 + ԑ2. The result show that the quality of human resource, motivation to work and the performance of employees perform positive and significant effect on effectiveness of the organization. Determination test indicates that the value of adjusted R square is 0,79 which means that 79%quality of human resource and motivation to work. Meanwhile, 21,1% is affected by other variables which are not investigated in this research Keywords : Quality of Human Resources, Motivation, employee performance and organizational effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was conducted in Ciasem Subdistrict Subang District West Java on all SMP Negeri which were in Ciasem Subditrict i.e : SMPN I, SMPN 2, SMPN 3 and SMPN 4. The aim of this research was to analysis of Management, Organization Culture and Motivation on the Teacher job description of SMP Negeri in Ciasem Subdistrict, Subang District West Java. The result showed that the leader of Management, Organization culture, Motivation and Teacher Job description were well. The individual correlation refered that the correlation of Management and Organization Culture gave of correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.603 and they refered strong correlation to direction and positive. It mean the increase of Management would increase Organization Culture. It in stead of that. The correlation of Organization Culture and Motivation gave correlation coefficient value (r) of 0,632 and they refered strong correlation to direction and positive. It mean the increase of Organization culture would increase Motivation. It in stead that. The correlation of Management and Motivation gave correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.514 and they refered strong correlation to direction and positive. It mean the increase of Management would increase Motivation. It in stead that. In this research gave influence Management, Organization culture and Motivation on Teacher job description of 23,4 %, 24,5 % and 27,4 % respectively. They refered that the influence of Motivation on Teacher Job description was higher in contribution than Managemet and Organization Culture. In simultaneous correlation of Management, Organization Culture, and Motivation were significance influence on Teacher job description. They gave R Square of 75,3%, They refered Teacher job description was influenced by Mangement, Orgnanization Culture and Motivation. While remainder of 24.7 % were influenced by other variables which no test in this research. Key words : management, organization culture, motivation.
