Abstract

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability and leverage on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data, while the data source is obtained through the site http://www.idx.co.id. Of the 49 listed mining companies, only 12 met the criteria for the research sample that had been determined. The data were analyzed by using the Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS. The results show that simultaneously the variable company size, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Partially, the firm size and leverage have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure, while the partial profitability variable does not have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in terms of: 1) Capital aspect; 2) Management aspect; 3) Liquidity aspect; 4) Aspect of compliance with syariah. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in Bantul. The object of this research is the financial statements of 2015 to 2019. The data collection method were used documentation and questionnaire. The calculation use PAP technique was based on Deputy Regulation for the Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The result of this research shows that health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS 2015 to 2019 seen from; 1) Capital aspects of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 2) Aspects management of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 3) Aspects of liquidity of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 are healthy criteria; 4) Aspects of compliance with syariah principles BMT PAS Bantul from 2015 to 2019 healthy criteria. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and web design on customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study is Shopee consumers who are students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 110 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction.
