Abstract

Lamong Bay waters are part of the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya. This port is included in one of the busiest ports in Indonesia. Therefore, a study is needed on the condition of the bottom waters and underwater infrastructure buildings to provide information on the safety of the shipping lanes and the landing of the lego anchor on the position of the underwater infrastructure. This study involves exploration activities such as the detection and sweeping of objects at the bottom of the sea and taking sediment samples using side scan sonar instruments and van veen grab sampler. This activity aims to identify the condition of objects of sea cables and pipelines in the waters of the Lamong Bay waters, evaluating the rules of immersion of submarine cables and pipelines in accordance with the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 129 of 2016. The results of this activity will be in the form of a map of sea cables and sea pipes which will be attached to the Lamong Bay Field Painting Sheet. The submarine cable target recorded is in Line A with the cable target detected 2 (two) cable lines. Whereas the sea pipe is located at Lane B. The results of the inspection are to be placed on the Indonesian Sea Map No. 84 to determine the position of sea cables and  pipelines. Each of the submarine cable and pipelines target was analyzed by Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 129 of 2016 concerning the regulation of immersion of underwater buildings. The results of the submarine cable and pipelines analysis have met the installation standards even though they are at a shallow depth. This suitability is seen based on dictum 2 (two) rules of burial that burials do not apply to the position of the underwater buildings crossing each other.

Abstract

Kendal Regency is an agrarian area with a percentage of agricultural land 54.57% of the total land area of 1,002.23 km2. With the government programs of construction of the Kendal Industrial Park (Kendal Industrial Park) which was built on an area of 2,700 hectares. Most of the land used for development of the Kendal Industrial Area is agricultural land. The purpose of this study was evaluated about the suitability of land use change from agricultural land into industrial land in Kendal Regency in period of 2014 to 2018 with the Kendal Regency Regional Spatial Plan in 2011 - 2031. The research method was quantitative. The method of data collection in this study was census about industry location permit and land use change permit in Kendal Regency from 2014 to.d. 2018. The data collection technique in this research was documents review about secondary data from related institutions. Data analysis techniques in this study were divided into spatial analysis and statistical analysis. The spatial analysis technique used Geographic Information System (GIS) concept, and used overlay method on digital maps. Statistical analysis used to produce information in tables and graphs. The results of this study indicate about the growth in period 2014 to 2018, the number of land use permits increase to 134 permits devide by 34 industry location permit with covering area about 732,792 m2 and 100 land use change permit with covering area equal 690,303 m2. In addition, about 91.18% of industrial location permits and 62% of land use change permits from agriculture into industries in accordance with the Kendal Regional Spatial Plan between 2011 to 2031.

Abstract

The recent advances of remote sensing technology development can support government needs including cadastral related purposes. One of the purposes is to supply geospatial data especially land parcel maps for land and tax value inventory. This research tries to evaluate the utilization of Quickbird Satellite image for updating land and building (PBB-P2) block maps in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province of Indonesia. The image was recorded in 2014 with resolution of 0.6 meter and has been ortho-rectified. Evaluation is conducted by analyzing the utilization of the image as the base map for deriving land parcel maps according to the Decree of Tax Director General number: KEP-533/PJ/2000. The process was firstly done by digitizing land parcel boundaries on Quickbird image to produce block maps. The process was done by the community through participatory mapping. The resulting block maps then were compared with land registration map from National Land Agency. The evaluation was focused on the accuracy of land parcel position as well as the resulting land areas. For this purpose the land registration map is regarded as the reference data. By focusing on the 51 sample data in Triharjo Village, statistical test was conducted to evaluate the accuracy of the resulting areas of the digitized land parcel map. The results show that 47 samples comply with a tolerance requirement of 10% according to the Decree of Tax Directorate number KEP-533/PJ/2000’. In addition, the t-test analysis with a significant level of 5% indicates that there is no significant difference of area between the digitized land parcel data with land registration map. Based on the results, it is concluded that ortho-rectified QuickBird image is sufficient for producing of land and building tax (PBB-P2) block maps.
