The Rawasains Journal contains information on the results of research activities, conceptual thinking and reviews of agriculture (Agrotechnology and Agribusiness) on lebak wetlands. This scientific journal was published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian (STIPER) Amuntai. Started to be published at the end of 2011 with the frequency of publishing twice a year, in June and December. Editorial staff receives writings from scientific research, both in the form of research and empirical research in fields related to Agrotechnology and Agribusiness. Editors can abbreviate and improve writing without changing the intent and contents through the editing process by the Editor Team. The reviewer process was carried out by partner partners with the blind peer reviewer method. Manuscripts sent must be original texts and not being considered for publication by other journals or publishers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on working behavior of rubber farmers, knowing the dominant motivation of rubber farmers, knowing the positive or negative relationship and the percentage of the influence of motivation on the working behavior of rubber farmers in the Puain Kanan Village, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. The research method used is the case study method with data collection methods, namely the interview method. Data collection is carried out from May to August. The analysis used was qualitative analysis of rubber farmer's work behavior, power motivation, affiliate motivation and achievement motivation. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing, partial testing, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS 23 software for Windows. The results obtained showed that motivation influenced the working behavior of rubber farmers with Fcount 12, 470. Performance motivation variables were the biggest motivations that influenced the working behavior of rubber farmers with the highest tcount value of 3.005. Motivation of power, affiliation motivation and achievement motivation have a positive relationship to the working behavior of rubber farmers with a motivation variable contribution value of 51%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the commodity base of horticulture in Tabalong Regency and analyze production projections and forecast production in the next 5 years. The method used in analyzing the data available from related institutions in the government of Tabalong Kabuptaen is the Location Qoutient (LQ) Analysis method and the Trend Analysis method. Determining sub-district base commodities is done by Analysis of Location Qout (LQ) from 12 Subdistricts in Tabalong Regency there are 5 Subdistricts whose LQ values are above 1. Forecasting horticulture production in the next 5 years is done by Trend Analysis based on the results of analysis of 5 sub-districts the amount of production in 2017 for large chili commodities is 18.4% forecasting in 2021 amounting to 21.6% and for tomat plants commodities in 2017 the number of production is 17.7% forecasting in 2021 is 22.3% this figure indicates an increase in the number large production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public perception of the positive and negative effects of water hyacinth woven business in Banyu Hirang Village, South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This study uses data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The public perception clearly shows that the positive impact of the average community score is 59.8 and from the craftsmen community 63.3 in total for both get an average of 61.55 on the continuum line in the area strongly agree, which means that perception The community has a positive impact on the economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects of the water hyacinth webbing business, which has a very positive impact on the community. Whereas the negative impact of the average score of the general community is 53.3 and that of the craftsmen community is 49.2 in total for both the average 51.25 on the continuum line in the agreed area which means that the community's perception of the negative impact on the business water hyacinth webbing seen in terms of economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects is a negative impact on society

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the characteristics of consumers and analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in buying broiler meat in the traditional market Amuntai. Methods of data collection by direct interview method to consumers who buy broiler meat. Data collection was done by accidental sampling method who met the broiler meat consumers, with 75 respondents. Based on the result of research, it is known that the dominant consumer characteristic is female gender 64 people (85,3%), age 41-50 years 33 people (44%), high school education level 34 people (45,3%), households 28 people (37.3%), with income Rp. 1,000,000 - Rp. 2,000,000 25 people 933.3%). Regression analysis results obtained value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0, 458 or 45.8% there is the influence of independent variables include cultural, social, personal, and psychological to purchase decisions, while 54.2% influenced by other factors not included in the regression model From the results of regression testing as follows: Y = 5,633 + 0,421 X1 - 0,208 X2 + 0,055 X3 + 0,300 X4. Simultaneously independent variables include cultural, social, personal, and psychological significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially cultural, social and psychological factors significantly affect purchasing decisions while personal factors have no significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the attributes of palm sugar which is the preference or preference of consumers in making decisions to purchase palm sugar in traditional markets in the District of Awayan, Balangan Regency. This research was conducted in traditional markets in Awayan District, Balangan Regency, namely Awayan Market and Bihara Market. The basic method of research used is a qualitative descriptive method and the method of data collection using the interview method. Data collection was carried out from May to August 2017. Determination of the study sample using lottery simple random sampling method with a sample size of 50 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is Chi-Square analysis. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that all variables of palm sugar were significantly different at the 95% confidence level. This means that consumer preference for palm sugar in traditional markets in Awayan District, Balangan Regency is not the same or there are differences in consumer preferences for palm sugar and all attributes included in consumer preferences. Palm sugar which is the preference of consumers in the traditional market of Awayan Subdistrict, Balangan Regency is palm sugar which has a brown color, sweet taste, medium size, plastic packaging and prices range from Rp. 16,000.00 - Rp. 18,000.00 per kg.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the application of Location Quotient (LQ) method in identifying superior commodities of livestock sector of each sub-district in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method, the data collected in this research is secondary data, this research will identify and analyze superior commodity sector or livestock base. Data analysis using Location Quotient method. The results showed that the livestock population is said to be superior or base if it meets the criteria of basic commodities. Leading commodities of the livestock sector in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency cover buffalo cattle and ducks in Paminggir District
