Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of learning activities on students' science learning outcomes at SD N in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, Kebumen regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all students at SD N in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, while the sample in this study were fifth grade students in SD N in the cluster Ahmad Dahlan, Sruweng sub-district, totaling 89 students. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a simple regression analysis technique. This study resulted in the conclusion that learning activities have a positive and significant influence on students' science learning outcomes in public elementary schools in the Ahmad Dahlan cluster, Sruweng sub-district, Kebumen regency. This is evident from the value of Sig = 0.000 < α = 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.385 or a contribution of 38.5%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Islamic boarding schools in realizing a generation of good morals. This study aims to reveal the strategic management of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, which consisted of the Chairperson of the Islamic Boarding School Board of Directors, the Head of the Islamic Boarding School Early Childhood School, and the Islamic Boarding School Ustadz. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research shows three guests. First, the strategic planning of learning for Islamic boarding schools in creating a generation of good morals at Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by formulating each existing program, the leadership of the Islamic boarding school always formulates and holds deliberations with the asatidz council and all existing stakeholders to equalize the vision, mission and steps to achieve it. Second, the strategic implementation of Islamic boarding school learning in realizing a generation of good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is carried out in stages and in an organized manner, always accompanied by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, surveyed for its activities and intense mentoring, as well as an open leadership model. Third, strategic evaluation of Islamic boarding school learning in creating a generation with good morals at the Al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic Boarding School, Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency is by: (a) directly observing the behavior of students in everyday life (amaliyah dzahiriyah); (b) evaluations carried out both formally and informally; (c) see directly changes in the behavior of students after receiving coaching; (d) evaluation carried out in weekly, monthly, semi-annual, year-end and early-year evaluation activities; and (e) emergency evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of the transformational leadership of the madrasa head on teacher performance at MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency, totaling 8 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a simple regression analysis technique. This study resulted in the conclusion that the Madrasah Principal's Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Teacher Performance MI Ma'arif NU 01 Kalijaran, Karanganyar District, Purbalingga Regency, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.009 < α = 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.705 or a contribution of 70.5%

Abstract

The increasingly widespread spread of Covid 19 requires that learning in schools be carried out online. However, there are several institutions that carry out blended learning, namely carrying out limited online and face-to-face learning such as RA Masyitoh Mertasinga. Formulation of the problem, first how to plan a blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga, secondly how to implement blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga and third how to evaluate the blended learning of Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga.This research is a qualitative research because it produces qualitative data. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis used description techniques with the Miles and Huberman interaction analysis model with flows including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of the study concluded, firstly the planning of blended learning on Religious and Moral Values at RA Masyitoh Mertasinga includes planning at the institutional level, namely preparing blended learning supporting facilities and infrastructure and planning at the teacher level, namely setting material, setting goals, setting strategies, methods and media, compiling a syllabus, establishing learning activities, planning evaluation and determining follow-up steps, the second is the implementation of blended learning, namely the delivery of material by the teacher to students through a series of activities to teach students actively, creatively, productively and fun by applying various strategies and methods and using media and teaching aids to achieve learning objectives and the third evaluation of blended learning includes evaluation of the implementation of blended learning and evaluation of student learning outcomes

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is considered by many to be low, due to various kinds of problems ranging from internal madrasah problems to external madrasah problems, such as the weak leadership role of the madrasa head, teacher performance, student achievement, infrastructure, community environment, motivation and so on. Lots of problems that arise in the world of education. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the problems that occur. Some problem factors that can be taken one of them is the influence of the leadership of the madrasah head and work motivation on the performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in Banyumas Regency.In conducting the research, the researcher used quantitative research using a stratified random sampling technique, in which a portion of the population was selected from several strata or subgroups and separate samples were taken from each subgroup, with high, medium and low provisions. The number of respondents was 45 respondents / teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU in Banyumas Regency. The results of data collection showed that there was a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head and work motivation on the performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in Banyumas Regency, both independently and together. The madrasa head leadership contributed 64.44%, the contribution of work motivation was 66.60%, and the joint contribution was 31.40%, while the rest were 35.56%, 33.40% and 68 respectively. 60% of the teacher performance at MTs Ma'arif NU which is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Suggestions that need to be considered are that the leadership of the madrasa head needs to be improved and positive work motivation must be maintained and developed so that the work performance of MTs Ma'arif NU teachers in carrying out their duties as educators (educators) can be carried out in accordance with the objectives of madrasah education

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has 4 steps, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The data source for this study was Class V students at MI Islamiyah Brokoh, Wonotunggal District, Batang Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 22 students, consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques by observation, ability tests and learning outcomes research determine the volume of geometric shapes. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive statistics.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the analysis obtained a significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. Study results determine the volume of the geometric shape. in pre-cycle I in the complete category was 59.09% the number of students who completed was 13 students. In cycle II there was an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the complete category of 100%, while 22 students completed.The results of this study suggest for students to be more active so that fun and meaningful learning can be achieved. Suggestions for teachers should use the STAD Type Cooperative approach to improve learning outcomes in determining the volume of geometric shapes. in order to measure the ability of students as a whole

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to determine the process of cultivating moderate Islamic values ​​in the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Class X at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen and to determine its success. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation using descriptive-analytic analysis techniques. The research informants were Class X Islamic Education teachers and other related informants. The research was conducted in August-October 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic. The results of the research are that: (1)during the Covid19 pandemic the process of cultivating moderate Islamic values (wasathiyah) regarding al-adl (justice), al-tawazun (balance), and al-tasamuh (tolerance) continues in the X-Class on PAI Learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen according to curriculum guidelines balanced with teacher creativity in incorporating these concepts and values ​​from the start of making lesson plans to the learning evaluation process, (2)the success of planting moderate Islamic values ​​is reflected in the results of the evaluation of learning and participant behavior Class X students of SMKN 1 Kebumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe efforts to form Islamic character of youth with jam'iyah diba'iyah activities in Pagerwangi Village which included variables (1) teenage character, variable (2) jam'iyah diba'iyah. This research applies the mix methods method. The subjects in this study include members, alumni, Jam'iyah diba'iyah supervisors. The quantitative data instrument in this study used a questionnaire, while the qualitative data collection used observation data along with interviews. The sample in this research is 20 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using a percentage descriptive method. The results of the questionnaire data research stated that the percentage of the implementation of jam'iyah diba'iyah activities was 81.25%, while the percentage of youth members of jam'iyah diba'iyah was 79.625%. And it is known that the success rate of forming Islamic character through jam'iyah diba'iyah activities shows a percentage of 80.4375% which means very good. As for efforts to form an Islamic character in jam'iyah diba'iyah activities in Pagerwangi village, namely through habituation both in organizing, socializing, and behaving, setting an example according to the characteristics of the Prophet, giving mauidzah hasanah and giving educational warnings and punishments

Abstract

Education is carried out to explore and then develop various competencies that already exist in each student, these competencies include abilities in the scientific field, attitudes and skills. These three competencies should be developed optimally and in a balanced way both in the learning process in class and in the implementation of assessments/evaluations. Facts on the ground show that affective domain assessment tends to be more difficult to implement and develop, in contrast to the cognitive and psychomotor competencies that are very commonly carried out by educators. Therefore, this study aims to help find solutions to the problems of affective assessment which have tended to be stagnant. This research includes library research using a qualitative descriptive approach and using Permendikbud Number 23 of 2016 concerning Assessment Standards and Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education as the primary data source and supported by several other supporting literature. The results of the study indicate that the affective domain assessment of students must be carried out thoroughly both when they are in the school, family or community environment around where they live. This assessment is carried out by observing the behavior of students and the observed behavior is the values of character education that have been stipulated in Presidential Decree Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education. These values include religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, communicative, love of peace, love to read, care for the environment, care for social And Responsibility. These values are observed and then converted into students' final scores on the affective/attitude aspects of students which are outlined in the form of Very Good, Good, Enough and Less values

Abstract

The undemocratic 2020 regional elections in Kebumen with a single candidate gave birth to the Community of Empty Boxes (Mas Koko) movement, which metamorphosed into the Konco Coalition of Democracy Fighters (Koko Pede) in Kebumen Regency. The momentum that paved the way for the Kebumen people's struggle so that the next local election does not present a single candidate. The results of this study are the continuity of democracy guarding by Koko Pede, after the election of the single candidate Arif Sugiyanto-Ristawati Purwaningsih as regent and deputy regent of Kebumen. This non-institutionalized movement is also an integral part of community participation based on local wisdom in fostering democracy in Kebumen. The implementation of this movement is by cooperating with other elements of society, including students, to carry out moral movements through various activities, such as discussions, both offline and online on social media (Medsos), whose recommendations reject a single candidate. Apart from that, he is cooperating with figures to carry out motions of no confidence against parties that carry out undemocratic political practices. This includes legislators from political parties who have submitted a single candidate in the 2020 Kebumen local elections.Furthermore, preparing candidates through an independent route, if all political parties submit a single candidate again in the next regional election. Even if the implementation coincides with the 2024 general election and presidential election, Koko Pede will make an even bigger move to reject a single candidate
