Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. The analytical method used to assess leadership and work environment with job honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma uses Spearman Rank correlation analysis and t-test and the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the calculation of Spearman rank correlation between leadership and job satisfaction of honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.719 located between the intervals of 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that leadership has a strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained values tcount 6,543, where tcount > ttable (6,543 > 2,021), which shows that leadership has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. While the results of calculations between the work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.930 located between intervals of 0.800 - 0.1000, meaning that the work environment has a very strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained a tcount of 16.008, where tcount > t table (16.008> 2,021), so it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the financial management planning in the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency and whether the village financial management plan in the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 113 of 2014. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and documentation and the data analysis method used is the analysis method used, which is to compare the Financial Management Planning Process made by the Air Dingin Village of Kaur Regency with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 113 of 2014. The results of this study are the process of financial management planning Village Fund Allocation in the Air Dingin Village begins with the preparation of the RPJMDesa, RKPDesa and APBDesa. In general, the financial management planning process of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Desa Air Dingin has been in accordance with Permendagri number 113 of 2014. However, there is one article or provision that has not been implemented, namely article 20 paragraph 4 " in paragraph (3), namely the draft Village Regulation on APBDesa as referred to in article (2), namely the village secretariat submits the draft Village regulation on APBDesa to the Village Head and submitted by the village head to the Village Consultative Body for discussion and mutual agreement no later than in October of the year walk". however, for Desa Air Dingin it cannot be carried out in October 2018 but on March 18, 2019.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how far the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Dalani Terang Persada. The research conducted is by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used is by using quantitative methods. In conducting this research, the writer uses correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression using t test and F test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the authors obtain the equation Y = 7.831 + 0.158 X1 + 0.531 X2, which means any increase or decrease in the variable leadership style (X1) is 1 point, the employee performance variable (Y) will increase or decrease by 0.158. In the work discipline variable (X2), for every 1-point increase or decrease, the employee's performance (Y) will increase or decrease by 0.631. From the relationship analysis, the correlation coefficient is shown by the simultaneous coefficient value of 0.735, which means that the two independent variables have a strong relationship with the dependent variable. and work discipline. From the results of the F test obtained a value of 15.83 where the value is greater than F table 3.35 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline can affect employee performance. In the t-test, it is known that the t-count for leadership style (X1) is 2.320 while the t-count column for discipline (X2) is 3.793 using the t-normal distribution table and using the error rate (α) = 5% and degrees of freedom (degree of freedom) or (df) n – 3 = 30 – 3 = 27, then the value of the distribution of table t is 2.051. Because the t count of leadership style is greater than t table or 2.320 > 2.051, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and because the t-count value of work discipline is greater than t table or 3.793 > 2.051, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, the Leadership Style and Work Discipline can partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Dalani Bright Persada.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it had a huge impact on the economy, especially the banking industry, which has experienced many obstacles in the past two years. Declining economic activity, rising inflation and changes in interest rates have caused banks to be very selective in anticipating and overcoming the surge in the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio. A high NPL is an indicator of a bank's failure to manage its business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of banking NPLs, especially BRI Tbk branch X. The results obtained that the NPL ratio of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch X for four years (2016-2019) fluctuated every year, the average percentage of risk level of Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch X was 1.30%. This means that the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch X for the four-year period (2016-2019) is low, and below the standards set by Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

This Research aim to know and analyse influence of location of employees to productivity of karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang X, As for used research method [at] this research [of] type qualitative and quantitative by using technique research of analysis of regresi doubled. in determination of sampel counted 34 people, Result of research at a time indicate that selection and location of simultan karyawansecara have an effect on positive and signifikan to Office employees work productivity , Result of research by parsial indicate that selection have an effect on positively and signifikan to Office employees work productivity , and so do for the variable of location of employees indicate that selection have an effect on positively and signifikan to employees work productivity.
