Abstract

PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais adalah salah satu Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang menyediakan modal kerja dan pinjaman investasi. Berdasarkan karakteristik tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis laporan keuangan yang dipegang oleh debitur (pelanggan) oleh petugas pemasaran dan petugas kredit PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais, melalui analisis rasio keuangan berdasarkan 5 (lima) contoh kasus Kredit Modal Kerja yang diterima dan ditolak yang dimiliki oleh PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais dari tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil dari prinsip penilaian 5C (Karakter, Kapasitas, Modal, Jaminan, dan Kondisi) yang dimiliki oleh debitur (pelanggan) didasarkan pada wawancara awal dan wawancara lanjutan dengan debitur (pelanggan) oleh petugas pemasaran dan kredit dari PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais berdasarkan 5 (lima) contoh kasus pinjaman modal kerja yang diterima dan ditolak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran analisis laporan keuangan terhadap efektivitas pemberian kredit pada PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan dan untuk mengetahui peran penilaian prinsip 5C (Karakter, Kapasitas, Modal, Jaminan, dan Kondisi) pada efektivitas pembiayaan kredit di PT. Bank Bengkulu, Cabang Tais. Jenis-jenis penelitian dan metode analisis data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa peran analisis laporan keuangan dan penilaian prinsip 5C memainkan peran penting dalam efektivitas pemberian pinjaman kepada PT. Bank Bengkulu Cabang Tais. Meskipun dalam hal kemampuan debitur untuk membayar (pelanggan) masih kurang, menyebabkan kredit macet yang merupakan indikator mengevaluasi efektivitas pinjaman, ini lebih disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor kondisi ekonomi yang tidak dapat diprediksi dan menyebabkan penjualan publik dan daya beli menurun.

Abstract

Yun Fitriano, Zahrah Indah Ferina; This study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness and contribution of hotel taxes and restaurant taxes to regional revenue (PAD) Bengkulu city. The data used in this study are secondary data on hotel taxes and restaurant taxes which are sourced from reports on the realization of the Bengkulu city regional income and expenditure budget from 2015 to 2018. The method of analysis in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average value of the effectiveness of hotel taxes and restaurant taxes in Bengkulu City from 2015 to 2018 was quite effective, ranging from 80% to 82%. Meanwhile, the contribution of hotel tax revenue and restaurant tax from 2015 to 2018 has a very large contribution, where on average each year it has a contribution of above 4%. This shows that Bengkulu City's own revenue is influenced by a large proportion of hotel taxes and restaurant taxes. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dalam pengelolaan simpan sinjam pada UPK DAPM-ANM Kecamatan Air Nipis Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menganalisis aspek pengelolaan keuangan dan aspek pengelolaan pinjaman tahun 2017-2019 yang mengacu pada PTO PNPM tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa likuiditas simpan pinjam di UPK DAPM- ANM Kecamatan Air Nipis Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan dari tahun 2017-2019 dalam keadaan likuid atau sehat, analisis kinerja keuangan dari aspek pengelolaan keuangan dan aspek pengelolaan pinjaman sebesar 88, 54 %, 87, 5 % dan 82, 3 % yang berada pada posisi sehat.

Abstract

Effort done/conducted to conduct`product marketing or service by using media of internet can be referred as also marketing internet. Marketing Internet [is] marketing side of commerce elektornic, what consist of job/activity of company to communicate something, promoting, and selling service and goods [pass/through] internet. Target of this research To know influence of social media of instagram to enthusiasm buy consumer in Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu South south. this Research type is research of field that is measuring value one or more variable in sampel. All data represent reflection an measured variable according to its classification. Data personate input to be processed is clear, [is] later;then analysed and yield output for the determination of furthermore plan. Sampel in this research is cutomer/ client of Lady shop of Fashion Bengkulu south amounting to 95 people. Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the is Y = 7,486 + 0,825 X1, this matter depict direction of regresi which are positive, its meaning of Social Media variable of Instagram ( X) there are positive influence to Enthusiasm buy consumer ( Y) in Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu south. Level of coefficient value of determinasi from result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to 0,721. Matter this means that Social Media value of Instagram ( X) have an effect on to Enthusiasm buy consumer ( Y) equal to 72,1% while the rest 27,9 % influenced by other variable which do not check in research. Result of test of t [at] level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that by partial Social Media of Instagram have influence which is signifikan to Enthusiasm buy consumer [in] Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu south.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Village Financial Management in Lubuk Mindai Village, North Bengkulu. The object of this research is in the village of Lubuk Mindai, North Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted using interview and documentation techniques with parties involved in the management of ADD. The description results are obtained through Permendagri No. analysis. 20 of 2018 by comparing the realization in the field. Village financial management in Lubuk Mindai North Bengkulu Village in 2019 began reporting and accountability stages. Broadly speaking, it can be said to be in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. The analytical method used to assess leadership and work environment with job honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma uses Spearman Rank correlation analysis and t-test and the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the calculation of Spearman rank correlation between leadership and job satisfaction of honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.719 located between the intervals of 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that leadership has a strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained values tcount 6,543, where tcount > ttable (6,543 > 2,021), which shows that leadership has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. While the results of calculations between the work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.930 located between intervals of 0.800 - 0.1000, meaning that the work environment has a very strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained a tcount of 16.008, where tcount > t table (16.008> 2,021), so it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of financial report preparation based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) at Bengkulu Barbie Salon Micro Business which is engaged in beauty care services. The analytical method used in this research is comparative descriptive analysis. The results of the study are based on the presentation of financial reports consisting of daily and monthly financial reports that only show monthly net expenses and income and do not make reports that are in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) which consists of finance position report, income statement and notes to financial statements. This study suggests that the Barbie Salon should make a financial position report, profit and loss statement and notes on financial statements so that the financial statements at the end of each year are listed in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe about the implementation of village financial management according to Minister law number 20 of 2018 at Desa Tanjung Agung, Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Palik North Bengkulu regency. The method which used in this research is interactive analysis. The result shows that the financial managemen has followed the law which mentioned in Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia No 20 of 2018 about village financial management which involves: 1 a planning of village chamberlain to manage and collect data for a year needs, village held a meeting with village officers, BPD and society to tell them the idea to develop the village for the future. 2) using the village fund was done by using village account, the list of transaction in and out is followed by complete transaction proof and legal. Kaur finance must record all transaction, 3) Kaur finance record all money in and out in general cash book and do closing every end of the month and report it to village secretary to be verified, the secretary tell the chief for the approval. The responsibility report by secretary is always in time and quicker from the deadline which decided before 10th on next month.4) chamberlain create a financial report every one semester, the detail based on the guidelines. The realization report of village APD realization on first semester announced exact time, every second week on July, while the second semester on the fourth week of January next year. Village financial report which reported by chief to the regent followed by subdistrict head consist of the report of village spending realization in procurement of good and service. 5) the responsibility of realization to regent always on time while the report to society through end year meeting and using banner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The sample in this study was 96 Tabunganku customers at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and the analysis method by multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 11.647 + 0.320X1 + 0.425 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) on customer satisfaction (Y). This means that if the variables of service quality and trust increase, it will increase customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 0.416. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 41.6%, while the remaining 58.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially the variables of service quality and trust have a significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of service quality and trust have a simultaneous (joint) influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch.
