Abstract

This study discusses the communication crisis in the mass pandemic Covid-19, a case study in the coverage of the spread of Covid-19 by air. This research uses the theory of SSCT (Situational crisis communication theory) by Choombs, 2007. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. the crisis that occurred at WHO could result in the loss of public trust in WHO as a reliable source of world health information, WHO was proven wrong. Based on an understanding of crisis communication, the crisis of the difference in information conveyed by WHO regarding the spread of the corona virus through the air is an information crisis that occurs due to human error, where WHO is considered negligent in reviewing any information before it is submitted to the public. Based on crisis communication theory, WHO is trying to rebuild public trust using the rebuild method, here WHO is rebuilding trust by not condemning the actions of some researchers who think that WHO has been wrong in conveying information to the public, In addition to having acknowledged to the media that based on available evidence regarding the spread of Covid-19 WHO has also not posted information that contains opposition that the corona virus could not be transmitted through the air a few months ago, based on the results of a survey conducted by researchers by checking the WHO Instagram account, and the WHO official website. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the differences in work productivity between employees, contracts and freelancers at PDAM of Bengkulu City.The research method used in this research is descriptive and comparative method. Respondents were 148 employees of PDAM Bengkulu city, consisting of 68 employees, 65 contract workers and 15 freelance workers. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents, data analysis was done using one-way anova (one-way anova) test, which was used to test the average comparison between several groups of data. The results showed that there were significant differences in work productivity between permanent employees, contract workers and freelancers at PDAM Bengkulu city (sig 0.002> 0.05). Descriptive statistics show that the average work productivity score of permanent employees is 91.75, the average work productivity of contract workers is 98.14 and the average work productivity of freelance workers is 95.14. These results indicate that contract workers’ productivity is more dominant than the other two groups of employees. Furthermore, freelance workers have the second highest average work productivity, while permanent employees have work productivity with the lowest average value compared to the other two groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of engagement, supervision and work discipline on the performance of PD JabarHadi Bengkulu employees both partially and simultaneously. Methods used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing (t test and test f) with the help of SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 25.0 program. The sample in this study amounted to 37 respondents. The results showed that (a) Engagement has an effect on the performance of PD JabarHadi Bengkulu employees. It is proven by the regression coefficient of 0.253, the value of tcount > ttable (2.059 > 2.035) and a significant value of 0.047 <0.05. (b) Supervision affects the performance of PD JabarHadi Bengkulu employees. Evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.272, the value of tcount > ttable (2.162 > 2.035) and a significant value of 0.038 <0.05. (c) Work discipline affects the performance of PD Jabar Hadi Bengkulu employees. It is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.223, the value of tcount > ttable (2.101 > 2.035) and a significant value of 0.043 <0.05. (d) Engagement, supervision and work discipline affect the performance of PD JabarHadi Bengkulu employees. It is proven by the value of Fcount > ttable (13,988 > 2,659) and a significant value of 0.0000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the help of SPSS program (statistical package for social science) version 22. The sample of this study amounted to 75 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression obtained Y = 25.304 + 0.117X1 + 0.061X2+ 0.124X3 + 0.056X4 + 0.197X5 + 2.729. The results of the multiple linear regression with a regression constant value is 25.304, it means that if the location, facilities, image, price, service are 0 (zero), then the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism Central Bengkulu the value is 25.304. From the coefficient of determination, the R value is 0.730 and R Square (R2) is 0.533 or (53.3%). This showed that there is a very strong relationship between location, facilities, image, price, service, and the decision to visit because the value of r count is greater than the value of r table (0.2273). The results of the t-test on the location variable (X1) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.029 < 0.05), it can be concluded that location has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the Facility variable (X2) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.049 < 0.05), it can be concluded that the facility has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t test on the Image variable (X3) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), it can be concluded that the image has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the price variable (X4) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.023 <0.05), it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the Service variable (X5) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that service has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. Based on the F test, the significance value is less than 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that simultaneously (location, facilities, image, price, service) there is a significant influence on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTarget of in this research is to know relation discipline of work with performance employee at  Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province and to know satisfaction of work with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province. Method Analysis the used is correlation of spearman hypothesis test and rank with test t. Analyse correlation of rank spearman to relation discipline of work with performance employee at  Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province obtained by value 0,897 criterion very strong because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,800 - 1,000. From result of relation hypothesis test between discipline of work with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province is 17,355 so that can be concluded that discipline of work have relation of significant with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province because value of t count bigger than t of is tables of  (1,666). Correlation analysis of rank spearman to satisfaction of work with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province obtained by value 0,876 criterion very strong because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,800 – 1,000. From result of relation hypothesis test between satisfaction of work with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province is 15,505 so that can be concluded that satisfaction of work (X2) have relation of significant with performance employee at Department of Education and Culture Bengkulu Province because value of t count bigger than t of t tables of (1,666).Keyword: Discipline of Work, satisfaction of Work, Performance

Abstract

The research aim to know the relationship of personal selling with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu and to know the relationship of service with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu. Method Analysis the used is correlation spearman rank and hypothesis test. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between personal  selling with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu known by value of rho count equal to 0,567 its meaning the relationship of personal selling with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu is enought, because correlation value reside in  coefficient interval 0,400 - 0,599. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between service with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu known by value of rho count equal to 0,611 its meaning of the relationship service with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu is strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,600 - 0,799. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that personal selling and service have a significant relationship with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of promotion with the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT.Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu and to find out the relationship of services with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu. The analytical method used is Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Based on the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient, the calculated value of rho (p) between the relationship between promotion and the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is 0.877 located at Interpretation interval correlation 0.800-1.000, and the calculated value of rho (p) between the relationship between service with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is 0.836 located at Interpretation interval correlation 0.800-1.000. Hypothesis testing between promotion and the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is a calculated rho value greater than rho table (0.877> 1,692) and hypothesis testing between service with the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is a calculated rho value greater than rho table (0.836> 1,692) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between promotion and service with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu.

The research aim to know the relationship of competence and motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency. Method Analysis the used is correlation spearman rank and hypothesis test. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency known by value of rho count equal to 0,812 its meaning the relationship of competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency is very strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,800 - 1,000. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency known by value of rho count equal to 0,665 its meaning of the relationship motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency is strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,600 - 0,799. Assess rho count for the relationship competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency equal to 0,812 while rho tables is 0,392 or 0,812 > 0,392 so that Ho refused and Ha accepted, its meaning there are relation which is significant between competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency. While Assess rho count for the relationship motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency equal to 0,665 while rho tables is 0,392 or 0,665 > 0,392 so that Ho refused and Ha accepted, its meaning there are relation which is significant between motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency.

Target of this research is to know relation brand equity with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu and to know relation price with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. Method Analysis the used is correlation of spearman rank and hypothesis test. Pursuant to result of research obtained that correlation value of spearman rank between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,675 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value of t count is 6,340 so that can be concluded that brand equity (X1) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu because value of t count bigger than t tables (1,677). Correlation value of spearman rank between price with customer loyality at CV. Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,653 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between price with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. obtained by value of t count is 5,972 so that can be concluded that price (X2) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Abstract

In this competition era, hope and wish for satisfaction for services is becoming a weapon for GYM business and it must be maintained and improved. The purpose of this research is to find put the factors which affect the visitor satisfaction at Bone GYM in Bengkulu city. Analysis method in this research is rating scale method. Sample in this research are 68 respondents. The result of this research shows that the product quality factor is 307 in interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Services quality factor is 295,6 on interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Emotional factor is 295,6 which is on interval 285,6-340 with criteria strongly agreed. Price factor is 296,2 which is on interval 285,6-285,6 with agreed category. Dominant factor which affect visitor satisfaction is product quality with score 307.
