Abstract

There are several business processes, namely account management employee data, and car data, then there is a road letter management business process where this business process the courier assigned to deliver the goods submits a road letter request which will be made and signed by the admin, then Tracking the car where in the business process after getting the road letter and the courier starts delivering the goods, the courier driving the car concerned manually enters the location and if it has reached the destination the admin recaps the data. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework, utilizing a MySQL database server that allows access from anywhere and anytime. The benefits obtained from this system are that it makes it easier for companies and owners to check the current location of goods, and ensure data transparency between different departments to avoid misinformation, and for testing using the black box method, all application features run well according to the plan that has been made.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has made remarkable advancements in visual analysis, particularly in landscape image classification. This study applies the CNN method to automatically classify landscape images. Through sophisticated network training and feature extraction steps, CNN can recognize unique patterns and features from various landscape categories, such as mountains, forests, streets, seas, and glaciers. The key advantage of CNN lies in its ability to identify complex and abstract features in images. The evaluation results show that the CNN model achieves satisfying accuracy in classifying landscape images. The application of this method offers practical benefits in various areas, including location recognition, virtual travel, and environmental analysis. AI based on CNN opens new possibilities in visual landscape recognition and its potential to contribute to automated understanding of the beauty of nature

Abstract

The Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Treatment Site (TPST) is one of Indonesia's largest final disposal sites. The increasing generation of waste daily can cause methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Methane and carbon dioxide are greenhouse gases that can cause global warminag and endanger respiratory health at specific concentrations. Therefore, the authors created an IoT-based CH4 and CO2 gas monitoring system using the ESP32 as a microcontroller, the MQ-4 sensor to measure CH4, and the MG-811 sensor to measure CO2. The tool's design is simple and portable, with a 20x4 LCD, and the Blynk website can store data via an SD card. After testing, the tool can operate properly, and the results of CH4 and CO2 gas concentrations at the Bantar Gebang TPST location are around 2.01 ppm and 419.89 ppm with regular status.

Abstract

Rivers have an important role in the lives of Indonesian people, as they function as resources that are used for various purposes. When rivers are utilized wisely and accompanied by awareness of protecting the environment, the water quality can be maintained properly. This study aims to monitor river water quality in the Pesanggrahan river basin. The river water samples are then analyzed using various water quality parameters so that the resulting data is expected to help the Indonesian people understand the condition and quality of river water and optimize efforts to protect the environment. In this research, the designed tool includes several sensors and other components. DS18B20 sensor is used to measure water temperature, analog pH meter sensor is used to measure pH levels, TDS meter sensor is used to measure water salinity, and analog turbidity sensor is used to measure water turbidity. In addition, the ESP32 wireless communication module and Arduino ATMega2560 microcontroller are used to process and transmit data generated by these sensors. This system can be monitored remotely through a smartphone using the internet of things through the Blynk application in real-time. In addition, the data can also be disseminated through Telegram Bot so that users can easily access and monitor water quality data through smartphones.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence Celebrity endorser Fadil Jaidi has on Traffic Bun Brand Awareness. The population used in this study is Fadil Jaidi's Instagram followers, and uses quantitative methods with 400 respondents who participated in filling out questionnaires through online media selected through probability sampling. The analysis techniques used are simple linear analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this study first show that the relationship between celebrity endorsers and brand awareness has a positive effect. Second, Fadil Jaidi, as a celebrity endorser, has a 45.8% effect on brand awareness of Traffic Bun products. Meanwhile, 54.2% of the other influence is influenced by other factors that were not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct sentiment analysis on reviews of the film "Dirty Vote" from various sources, such as social media, film review websites, and online forums, using a fine-tuned BERT model. This approach includes review data collection, data pre-processing, BERT model refinement, and model performance evaluation. The research results show that the BERT model achieves a high level of performance with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score exceeding the threshold of 0.8 on the validation dataset. Sentiment analysis from various sources revealed variations in public opinion toward the film “Dirty Vote,” with significant differences in sentiment expressed via social media such as Twitter and Facebook compared to reviews from dedicated websites or online forums. In addition, discussion analysis of sentiment findings revealed people's preferences for certain aspects of films, such as visual effects and music. Sentiment analysis findings revealed that visual effects and music received the highest ratings from the public, while the cast and director received lower ratings. This information can be used by filmmakers to improve unsatisfactory aspects in subsequent film production.

Abstract

This research investigates using TikTok live streaming as a creative marketing communications strategy in the skin care industry. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a basis in marketing communication theory and new media concepts. Through interviews and focus group discussions, this research explores how the skincare brand "Skintific" utilizes TikTok's live streaming feature to expand the market and increase sales. The research results show that Skintific has successfully integrated live streaming with a marketing communications mix, such as advertising, promotions, personal sales, and direct marketing, creating interactions that positively impact the audience. These findings underscore the importance of adapting to new trends in social media as an integral part of an effective marketing strategy. The practical implication of this research is to provide insight for marketing practitioners in optimizing live streaming as a powerful and impactful communication tool in modern marketing. In conclusion, the use of TikTok live streaming is a potential and relevant strategy to increase consumer engagement and expand market reach for skin care brands and similar industries. By taking advantage of new features on TikTok, such as live streaming, personal selling adjustments, relevant communication approaches, effective click-to-action, product layout, right pricing, and discounts, Skintific recorded significant growth from 2021 to the moment.

Abstract

Study of the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in supporting the inclusiveness of the elderly is becoming important as the number of elderly people in Indonesia increases. The global elderly population is increasing, including in Indonesia. Data shows that the percentage of the elderly population has doubled in the last five decades. Literature research in the last ten years highlights various uses of ICT to support the lives of the elderly, including application development and hardware implementation such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Home. Apart from that, the potential of future technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) was also discussed. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature study and descriptive analysis. Counseling on the use of ICT, developing elderly-friendly applications, and implementing integrated information systems were identified as initiatives that increase the inclusivity of elderly people in the digital era. A study of literature in scientific journals over the last 10 years shows that the use of ICT, including software, hardware and VR, has expanded

Abstract

A website has a significant role in this modern era, especially in distributing information to the public. An appealing website interface can make a someone interested in finding more information they are looking for. Moreover, a business will benefit significantly from the existence of a website. Teak Tree Eatery & Living is a business that specializes in F&B and Furniture which is located in Salatiga. Creating a UI/UX design for Teak Tree Eatery & Living uses the User-Centered Design method. This research aims to increase the website visitors' engagement so they decide to visit the location. The result of this research has a SUS value of 78,3, which is included in the B+ score category and GOOD for an adjective result so Users can accept the design. The answers were collected from 34 respondents.

Abstract

Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) is one of the private universities in Indonesia that actively utilizes internet technology and its Website to support academic and non-academic activities. SIASAT (Satya Wacana Academic Information System) provides important information confidentially to the community or makes this information only accessible to users who have an account. Regarding security, SIASAT has experienced problems, and threats such as SQL Injection, brute force, and so on which still happen frequently. Problems related to the security and confidentiality of data in computer networks are Privacy (confidentiality) data must be kept away from unauthorized parties. Integrity (integrity) ensures that the information sent remains intact or without changes. Authenticity (authenticity) is a procedure for knowing that a user is truly authorized to access a system. Authenticity could be password, PIN, fingerprints, or other identification. Non-repudiation (irrefutable proof) is proof to ensure that the user has full access to the services used in a system. A system can be categorized as unsafe if the above issues cannot be met. Therefore, by using Footprinting and vulnerability scanning techniques, analysis can be carried out on the SIASAT Website to overcome this problem. This research was carried out using an approach of ethical Hacking, with an emphasis on level Footprinting and vulnerability scanning. The results of this research have found information related to the SIASAT Website and several vulnerability warnings after scanning with high to low-risk levels.
