Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) accepts both empirical and theoretical articles relating to micro and macro phenomena in the development of management science. Abstract

This research is conducted to know the performance of management of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. The method used in the form of quantitative descriptive that is by collecting, presenting, and analyzing data from the company using the analysis of liquidity and solvency ratios to the financial statements of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. period 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Based on research that has been done, it can be concluded that PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk in the year 2013 - 2017 has a very good performance. Seen from the increase in the average number of Current Ratio for 5 years by 43%, Quick Ratio by 43% and Cash Ratio by 40%. The optimum performance of the company according to the calculation of liquidity ratio occurred in 2016 which increased 100% from each ratio.Based on the calculation of Solvency for 5 years decreased DTAR by 2%, DTER by 4% and TIE experienced an average increase of 158 times. Where the ratio of this ratio proves that the company is very solvable.Sedangkan Rentability ratio shows that the company is able to generate profits, although with a small percentage of less than 50%. Researchers also conduct an assessment of financial management performance of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. during the year 2013 - 2017 when compared with similar companies. And obtained the result that PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk has superior performance than PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. with the rate ratio always above the industry average.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) know and analyse the effect of work motivation on staff performance PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (4) know and analyse the effect of organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu. Population in this research is 45 staff, and all of them become sample. Data in this research is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; and (4) organizational culture performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu.

Abstract

The profit acquisition of go-public pharmaceutical subsector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange has been fluctuating since 2014 through 2017.  Even, there have been two companies indicating a negative trend, namely Indofarma, Inc. and Merck Sharp Dohme Pharma, Inc.  This circumtance has certainly affected on the earning per share in the companies.  The study aimed to find out and analyze the significance of the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Current Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio at Go-Public Pharmaceutical Subsector Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, partially and simultaneously.  This study used a qualitative method through ratio analysis.  The techniques of analysis applied were by using the classical assumption test and multiple regressions.  The sample covered 8 go-public pharmaceutical subsector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 through 2017.  The results indicated that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and only Return On Asset (ROA) partially had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. Abstract

The observation purpose is to testing influence of online media promotion against the purchase decision.  The population is 500 active consumers  of Alif Galeri Hijab Sidoarjo.  Data used is result of answers from consumer questionnaires which distributed to all active consumer of Alif Galeri Hijab Sidoarjo. The number of sample used is 83people through Slovin formula. The analyze technic used is simple linear regression with purpose to get the overview of the effect from online media promotion on purchasing decisions.The results of the observation isrepresented by the formula : Y = 10,786 + 0,750x. The formula is the result of validity test, reability test, normality test, heteroskedasticity test, partial test and coefficient of determination. The test show that every 1% increase of online media promotion then the purchase of decision will increase 75%. It can be concluded if online media promotion have a significant positive effect against the purchase decision.

Abstract

Toko Emas Gajah is the best gold shop located in Batu City that provides the best after-sales and maintenance services for gold jewelry, and always provides the latest jewelry models.This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at TokoEmas Gajah. The measurement of the quality dimension uses five dimensions of service quality which consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 99 customers of  Toko Emas Gajah which was taken using purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis to see the dimensions of service quality that were the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at  TokoEmas Gajah.The results of this study indicate the five variables of customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at  TokoEmas Gajah. While the factors that predominantly influence customer satisfaction in this gold shop are Reliability or reliability and are followed by variables of assurance, responsiveness and reliability.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 orang responden yang merupakan aparat di dua belas kantor desa yang berbeda pada Kecamatan Boliyohuto di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling di mana tiap kantor direkrut sejumlah 5 orang responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang transparansi, haruslah didukung oleh penguatan kompetensi aparatur desa.Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Kompetensi Aparatur Desa

Abstract

The large amount of competition makes radio stations provide innovation as a form of marketing strategy to attract listeners and advertisers. In order to maintain the viability of its business, an effective marketing strategy is needed. One effort to find out the right marketing strategy for the company is to use a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategies used and what should have been used Radio Kanjuruhan FM so far in increasing the number of advertisements. The marketing strategy carried out by Radio Kanjuruhan FM is a marketing mix that includes 4 components, namely, product, price, place, promotion. These 4 components provide an important role in supporting the progress of Radio Kanjuruhan FM. Based on the SWOT Radio Analysis Kanjuruhan FM can increase promotions, collaborate with local radio, increase the number of employees, utilize technology, and provide competitive prices. Whereas from the marketing strategy which includes, market segmentation, setting the target market (market targeting) and positioning (positioning) of Kanjuruhan FM Radio can find out which market segments have been listening to Radio Kanjuruhan FM.
