Abstract

Living calling in career means a condition in which a person is able to live up to what has become his vocation so that they're able to live a career or work done more positively. In some phenomena that occur among priests, the willingness to living a calling is still largely influenced by external factors that make it difficult for them to living a calling. The hypothesis of this study is that faith maturity influences living calling with materialistic value as a moderator. The research method uses a quantitative survey approach with quantitative correlational research techniques between three variables. The research subjects were 47 priests and vicar in one church synod in Bali and obtained by total population study technique. Data analysis using the linear regression analysis correlation test and correlation test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive influence of faith maturity on living calling but materialistic value cannot be a moderator

Abstract

Depression in students who are doing their final assignments is one aspect that must be considered by the university. Depression impacts on the complexity, awareness and behavior of a person. This change is caused by a person's personality character in the face of feeling depressed. The personality character of the Indonesian people is closely related to the collectivist culture, so that extraversion and conformity are the two dimensions of the Big Five Inventory about the ability to relate selected. This research was conducted by taking a random sample of students who have criteria as students who are carrying out their final project (N = 121). Data were collected using an online questionnaire. The results showed that Extraversion affects depression, whereas Agreeableness does not affect depression.

Abstract

In parents with their kids participating in education, there is some problems they faces. Financial sacrifices and risks of conflict also facility problems when doing family vacation is some problem they have to face. This study will explore more about influence of family ritual vacation and financial management to wellbeing in parents with their kids participating in education. Quantitative research methods with regression analysis technique are used in this study, conducting around 91 participants. Results of the study concludes that there is significant influence between financial management to wellbeing (p<0,05), but not true for family ritual vacation to wellbeing (p=0,125). This finding implied higher ability to plan financial management, their wellbeing will be also higher and vice versa. But the case isn’t true for family ritual vacation as the influence are insignificant.

Abstract

This study aims to see the role of communication and marital satisfaction towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. There are 3 hypothesis presented in this result of this study to see role of communication and marital satisfaction towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. The result of study is that communication and marital satisfaction contributed significantly towards coparenting in parent who have adolescence. This study was conducted on 79 parents who have adolescence in Church X Samarinda. This study use quantitative method with correlational design. The result of multiple regression test showed that communication and marital satisfaction contributed significantly to coparenting (F= 36,522 : p <0.05). The result of multiple regression also showed that commuication contributed higher than marital satisfaction, and that is 38,9%(????2 = 0,389 ???? < 0,05). While marital satisfaction contributed 10,1%(????2 = 0,101 ???? < 0,05).

Abstract

Work Engagement is one of the interesting topics to be discussed, especially in the world of work. Some previous studies show less specific results related to work engagement, especially the work engagement of millennial generation. Job satisfaction and work motivation are one of the factors that influence job engagement. These factors are actually discussed in Person Job Fit, which discusses the suitability of the character of the job with individual competencies. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the important person job fit in increasing work engagement in millennial generation employees. This study uses correlational quantitative research methods to see the relationship between the two variables and uses questionnaires as a data collection tool. This study succeeded in gathering data of 157 respondents from company X which is engaged in housing. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between work engagement with Person Job Fit (ρ: 0.534). If viewed from the dimension of person job-fit, the dimensions of vigor and dedication have a positive relationship with work engagement, while the absorption dimension does not have a relationship with work engagement.
