Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the KPU Strategies to Improve Voter participation on Election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Samarinda in 2015. Qualitative research methods used, techniques of data collection is done by the research library (library search) and field (Field work search), observation, interviews and documentation. Source of research data with the primary data is purposive sampling technique (key-informant) and snowball sampling (informant) and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis method of Milles and Huberman is condensation, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Conclusions from the study showed a picture that basically strategy commission to enhance participation of voters on election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Samarinda in 2015 are strategy institutional strengthening, strategies political socialization, beginner voter education strategy.Keyword: Strategy, Commission, Voter Participation, Election Unison

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Financial Assistance To Village (ADK) Program as well as being inhibiting. The analysis used is the concept of data analysis interactive proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana states in qualitative research, data analysis performed by condensation, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The study concluded that the implementation of the ADK Policy relating to communications between actors in the implementation of ADK done through socialization conducted by a team of district to district level and consistency in the achievement of the message/command policy. But some things related to the communication/dissemination to the public about its policies ADK has not been done by the implementor.Keyword: financial, village, implementation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the development of competencies to improve employee performance and identify factors that support and hinder the development of competencies to improve the performance of employees in Finance and Asset Management Agency Region West Kutai. The analysis used is the concept of data analysis proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana states in qualitative research, data analysis conducted by three lines of activities occurring simultaneously, namely condensation, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The study concluded the competence development of personnel resources is done through formal education by assigning as many as nine people who menyesaikan on graduate programs and of that number are all still in the process of completion of the study. While the development of employee competencies for education and training by assigning employees to follow bimtek and training as much as 5 employees with three types of activities that support the duties and functions of employees BPKAD West Kutai.Keyword: development, competence, BPKAD.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

Abstract

This study describes the accountability of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management from the village fund planning dimension and the village fund allocation dimensions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the dimensions of village fund planning are carried out through village meetings and the dimensions of village fund allocation consider aspects of transparency and relevance of community needs.Keywords: accountability, village fund allocation
